About: I provide dog/cat sitting in your home. I just spent a week at a lady’s home watching her two dogs. One had an energetic personality and the other had three Legs! I helped him jump on the bed, walk down the stairs, and go for walks. I also pet sat for my friends mom. She has three dogs. All different sizes. I played fetch, made sure I got to her house on time to let them out, and fed on the desired times. I’ve also watched A Doberman, two border collies, one corgi, one Gordon setter, and last but not least an Aussie spaniel mix all in the same house. They were full of energy but very well mannered. I can give diabetic dogs shots as long as they behave. I also have experience with incontinent dogs and wheelchair dogs. About: Relocated here from Iowa. Enjoy working with different dogs. Pet lover. I completed 6 months of Veterinarian Assistant classes online. Life happened and I had to take a pause. But I am thinking about going back and finish obtaining my associates degree in the field. So whether it be house sitting with the animals or simply doing some walking or activities, I don't mind and will enjoy my time with them. Its something I enjoy as one of my hobbies. About: I work from home. I have a small backyard and a park nearby with a walking path. I have 3 children who are good around pets. We have one dog of our own who is a 70lb, 12 year old female. My experience comes from my own pets and checking on friend’s pets while they are away. I am available in the mornings before work, can be flexible about lunch and breaks to leave and check on pets and end my work day at 5 (Mon-Fri). If I go into work, it is often on a Wednesday and my parents come check on my dog while I am away for the day. My home: I have a fenced yard, 1 older dog, and gates in the house to keep the dogs on the main floor. I do not have a crate or dog toys. My dog prefers long walks, scratches and a good nap. The last time I watched over dogs was just last fall for my friends shelties. I've owned several rodents over the years as well and currently babysit my bunny nieces and nephews when needed. For walks i know of many nature trails and parks or dog friendly areas in rochester i go to enrich and train my dogs. I got the dog canopy and car seat buckles in my car as well for safe travel. I have many puzzles and enrichement toys if the client wishes to test out new things to do with their dog.
About: I have been involved in lots of pet sitting throughout my life. In high school and in college, I was trusted to take care of animals often. About: I’ve had dogs in my family since I was 8 years old with my first dog being a border collie mix, who I trained in 4H for 5 or 6 years. After I moved out, I got my own dog, a lab/GSD mix, and she is now 7.5 years old. There are 5 dogs in my family, ranging from 9months to 10 years old. I’ve been a professional dog trainer for 5 years now, and can give meds as needed. I work full time at a pet store, but if needed I can do potty breaks on my lunch break (depending on how far your house is away from my work). I can do pretty much any wake up time/morning routines so your dog isn’t too stressed. I work til 8 or 9:30 T/W/Th so they might have later nights than normal, but the rest of the days are more flexible. I will stay with your dogs, and follow your instructions. If they’re better in the crate at night, I’ll crate them, if they’d rather sleep out free, they can do that. I try not to change their schedule/routines too much whenever possible.

We picked up a happy and content dog, and we could tell he enjoyed being there. They have a great place with a fenced-in yard, and he is treated just like one of the family, which our dog loves. We will definitely request Miranda in the future when we need dog boarding.”

I would love the opportunity to help out in your pet care needs. I have a fully fenced in back yard and a great neighborhood for walks! Let me know if you think it would be a good fit and you can contact me! It is me and my mom in the home, so good availability around the clock 😁 I work Monday- Friday 8 hour shifts. I'm available any day, but if dog sitting or doing doggy daycare during those days, the potty breaks would be 8 hour span while I'm at work.
