She's very good with dogs and we had talked with a couple other people coicindentally who also had their dogs kept by Christina with positive things to say. There were nuances that we hadn't remembered to mention & after communicating those with Christina, made a little more sense as to why our dog acted the way she did. It was unfortunate that our dog didn't have introduction to the setting prior to this as I'm pretty sure she was a bit overwhelmed with a different caregiver, house, dogs etc. We've reviewed many other dog sitters and Christina filled all of our desired qualities. About: I have owned cats my entire life. My very first pet was a Siamese cat named Emma that I got for Christmas when I was 7 years old. Since then I have owned pretty much every breed of cat throughout my lifetime. I have owned mama cats, and kittens. I have no problem cleaning litter boxes and have no allergies.

About: I've cared for a total of 8 kitties in my lifetime, from the daily feeding and litter scooping to claw trimming to intensive palliative care, and the 12 weeks of injections for Minky's FIP (she is totally healthy now!), and Poppy's twice daily epilepsy meds. I can handle any and all of it! Now I have 3 cats. Moki, my 16 yo boy, Minky, who's 3, and Poppy, the youngest at 2 years old. We all love our play sessions, whether that's with their wand and feather toy, their colorful springs, or exploring the outdoors in their harnesses. About: I am currently working towards a bachelor's in Animal Behavior and Welfare, as interacting with animals and learning about them is a passion of mine. I greatly enjoy learning to care for them and then doing so. The degree im working towards is focused on the care of animals while educating the public about them. I grew up with a dog and have had many small animals as pets throughout my life, rodents, fish, insects, arachnids, frogs, etc. Currently I have 3 reptiles and two cats. Willow-Wisp, and Boiled-Egg are my cats. My corn snake is Copper, Blue Tongued Skink is Little-Dude, and Tripod is my leopard gecko. Both Boiled-Egg and Tripod have medical conditions that require at home management and care which has given me some skills in caring for animals with disabilities. They are not the only animal I have history caring for with medical issues either. Many of my experience with pets has been rescue pets, and I have had plenty practice and patience regarding them and behaviors post trauma. I am more than willing to learn about your pets needs and help medical or otherwise. I am currently focusing on college and have plenty of time to help care for your animals. The only day I will be unavailable is Sunday. I have a fenced in yard and half the house closes off by doors so the cats will not interact with your animals unless you are comfortable with it. Depending on your animals preferance I can ensure that I spend time with them or give them the space to feel comfortable and settle in. Any and all expectations set regarding their care and what food, toys, or treats they are allowed will of course be followed. I may have treats of my own I could offer them but will only do so with your approval and in amounts you allow. I do haveextra food and water bowels if you would prefer to use those rather than bringing your own. In the case something awful were to happen I have experience bringing animals to emergency.

I have expanded my services to include dog sitting due to an increased demand for compassionate caregivers with medical knowledge. Many people are reluctant to leave their dogs at boarding kennels while traveling, particularly senior dogs and those with medical problems. Many dogs also experience high levels of stress while boarding. I provide an alternative to the traditional kennel experience by providing care out of my own home. Dogs that stay as guests in my home are provided with lots of individual attention. They are not locked in kennels, instead having free access to my home and yard. As an experienced Veterinary Technician I am also capable of caring for dogs with a broad range of medical issues, including Diabetes, Cushing's, Addison's, Epilepsy, Cancer, animals recovering from recent surgery, and more. Should your pet require emergency medical care, I am trained in animal CPR and live 5 minutes away from the clinic at which I practice. I care for dogs of all breeds, sizes, ages, and personalities. There are however, a few prerequisites to ensure that your dog will have a safe, happy stay in my care. Firstly, I an unable to care for dogs that have a history of aggression toward other dogs, or toward human adults or children. No exceptions. Secondly, dogs in my care must be current on Rabies and Distemper vaccinations. I also require proof of a negative fecal sample performed within 1 year prior to their stay if regular dewormings are done (i.e. year-round HeartGard). Dogs that are not regularly dewormed must have a fecal check done within 1 month prior to their stay, or perform a deworming treatment within 1 month prior. Puppies must be fully house trained. About: I specialize in large dog breeds as I have 1 Pyrenees and 1 golden retriever myself. They are both very well trained and certified ESA’s. I don’t have any special skills such as pet training, just really good with dogs. I am a full time nurse and I’m off every other week. I would love to take/walk dogs on my weeks off. I have always had a dog in my family. I’d love to hang out with your furry friends! I have two big loving dogs to keep yours company. We will spend a lot of time outside hiking and going for walks! About: I've been taking care of pets for 6 years and have 4 pets currently. Bluto (olde english bulldogge), Ruby (rottweiler), Tibby (siamese), and Molly (longhair). I do have experience with senior cats and dogs. We can talk a long walk on nature trails, or we can go for a slow stroll around the neighborhood! I only do gig work, so my schedule can fit around whatever your needs are. If something ever changes, you can always reach out and we'll work something out. For drop ins, I'll stop in and make sure theres no potty mess and if your kitty wants to we can play with whatever toys are available. We'll play for a bit so they're happy and worn out by the time we're done.

I prioritize play, so even drop ins will get plenty of entertainment! Supervised puzzle feeds, or playing with favorite toys, or whatever pops up in the moment. Pup-led play is usually the most fun! My schedule is fairly open most of the time, but I am going to be starting trade school to become a barefoot specialist for equines sometime in 2026. I need a flexible work schedule so I can trim my case study horses, and the horses I already trim for a friend. - REGARDING OVERNIGHT STAYS! My rates are for ONE 12 hr overnight visit. If you need me for consecutive nights with drop ins during the day, my rates increase to cover each drop in. Walks, nail trims, daily brushing are also an additional cost. These additional charges will be discounted, not my full rate. Let's discuss it 😃 My kitties and I enjoy a peaceful life out in the country. We're new to it, and it's not our house, so I am not currently offering boarding or doggy daycare. I am incredibly respectful of others' spaces. I follow the 'leave no trace' hiking guideline into clients' homes! I respect privacy and will never invite strangers in or take photos for any other reason than to update you, the owner.
About: I specialize in large dog breeds as I have 1 Pyrenees and 1 golden retriever myself. They are both very well trained and certified ESA’s. I don’t have any special skills such as pet training, just really good with dogs. I am a full time nurse and I’m off every other week. I would love to take/walk dogs on my weeks off. I have always had a dog in my family. I’d love to hang out with your furry friends! I have two big loving dogs to keep yours company. We will spend a lot of time outside hiking and going for walks! If your pet is not staying at my house we will still have fun going for runs, walks, or being outside.

“Christina, was very accommodating when we had an emergency family funeral to attend. The initial planned day was for a meet & greet but we needed emergency care for Willow & thankfully she had room. She's very good with dogs and we had talked with a couple other people coicindentally who also had their dogs kept by Christina with positive things to say. There were nuances that we hadn't remembered to mention & after communicating those with Christina, made a little more sense as to why our dog acted the way she did. It was unfortunate that our dog didn't have introduction to the setting prior to this as I'm pretty sure she was a bit overwhelmed with a different caregiver, house, dogs etc. We've reviewed many other dog sitters and Christina filled all of our desired qualities. About: Hello! New to Rover! My name is Amanda, I’m 22, and love animals more than humans! I’ve taken care of, rescued, and owned almost every pet imaginable! I had springer spaniels and a cavalier growing up that I trained. Also had a cat, turtles, ferrets, hamsters, and fish all through my childhood. Now living on my own, I have a rescued cat and two ball pythons! Pet care fits easily into my routine and happy to work around pet’s schedules. I have a consistent full-time work schedule and flexible on days off. I enjoy spending time with animals so always happy to make pet care apart of my day! I offer boarding/daycare in my home, which has a small fenced yard and blocks away a from a park. Plenty of opportunities for outdoor time and play. I also offer drop-ins where pets can stay comfortable in their familiar environment while I provide feeding, fresh water, potty breaks, litter box cleaning, playtime, updates, and more!
