“I can’t say enough great things about how fantastic Rachel and her family were with our dog, Larry. He was there for 5 nights over the 4th of July Holiday and had the time of his life. Rachel was so good about sending lots of pictures that we really felt like we had a good idea of how much fun he was having. Rachel’s family welcomed Larry like he was one of their own and their 4 dogs did a good job of showing Larry how life on the farm works! They even took him hiking at the nearby Pattison state park and he played a lot of fetch in their meadow and swam in the stream on their property. About: Hello there! I have been working in the pet industry for 6 years now and two years not in the industry. I have done everything from training to grooming. Currently living in Minneapolis, I have one larger dog named Gros tet (big head). He melts like butter and plays according to the animal visitors play type! When you book with me know your animals are in good hands, I will ask questions before the final book to make sure it is a good fit for you and for me. Communication is key in my eyes, and I love sending photo updates throughout the day! 2019 I left the active duty military, and my husband of 3 years is still active duty Marines. (So if you have an energetic pup that needs some run time we would be happy to accommodate!) when it comes to grooming, I operate my at home salon…well at home… could be good for some doggies and not so much for others. I’m typically home all day unless I need to step out for errands. We go to bed around 10-12pm and wake up around 7am everyday. Pretty relaxed. If you have a list I’ll gladly go through it. Every dog is different and with ever dog routines need to be adjusted. Since I already have a dog in home usually, visiting dogs like following him around, typically he is a very good trend setter! I will only do things I feel comfortable with, for example, if weather is bad and you would like a walk during the day, the animals safety comes first! We will try other games around the house! About: I was never a cat person until I found a kitten on the side of the road and took her home. Now I couldn’t imagine my life without a cat! I currently have 2 cats of my own, Jam is a 1 and a half year old Tuxedo cat and Momo is a 9 year old Flame Point Siamese. I have experience cleaning ears and giving meditation to cats, as my Momo is more on the elderly side and needs a little extra TLC. :) Of course nobody loves cleaning litter boxes, but for a feline friend I gladly do it! :)

About: I have owned cats my entire life. My very first pet was a Siamese cat named Emma that I got for Christmas when I was 7 years old. Since then I have owned pretty much every breed of cat throughout my lifetime. I have owned mama cats, and kittens. I have no problem cleaning litter boxes and have no allergies.

About: Care experience with all ages of dogs with emotional and some medical needs. Experience with potty training, aggression, and separation anxiety. Gentle care is always provided. My husband and I have lived our whole lives surrounded by pets and animals so we have experience and lots of love to give! I currently work a few very long shifts a week instead of daily leaving my home so I will only accept pets the days I am at home and available to give pets the attention they deserve. We have a large yard that is unfenced. We have one pup ourselves and two kitties. Our typical routine for our pet is to spend lots of time outdoors and on walks, to allow free feeding and sleeping in our bedroom on a pet bed on the floor at night, and crate training for when we are away from home. We can accommodate adjustments to this routine for your pet when they are at our home to accommodate feeding and kenneling schedules.

About: I've been taking care of pets for 6 years and have 4 pets currently. Bluto (olde english bulldogge), Ruby (rottweiler), Tibby (siamese), and Molly (longhair). I do have experience with senior cats and dogs. We can talk a long walk on nature trails, or we can go for a slow stroll around the neighborhood! I only do gig work, so my schedule can fit around whatever your needs are. If something ever changes, you can always reach out and we'll work something out. For drop ins, I'll stop in and make sure theres no potty mess and if your kitty wants to we can play with whatever toys are available. Skye has had some medical issues so I'm familiar with medication administration and cleaning out ears. I will always do my best to make things work In my home, I walk my dogs around the neighborhood 3-4 times a day. So I would do the same for your dog(s). We love to go to the dog park and try to do that every week. With your approval that is always an option. In your home, I will make sure to follow your instructions so that you and your fur baby are as comfortable and happy as can be.

About: I have owned my dogs since they were puppies and trained them myself for general commands as sit, down and come, and also potty training. I also grew up with cats. I also used to have a roommate where I would assist in the care of her German Shepherd as well who does not do well with strangers, which makes me used to big dogs that seem scary and can pull if they want to. I have one dog of my own currently and a toddler. We live in our own home in town with a fenced yard. I have already had COVID-19 and also am fully vaccinated for COVID-19. I currently work full time 9-5 job Monday-Friday straight. I can easily schedule drop ins and walks fitting around this schedule as my regular schedule is extremely predictable. I’m flexible in needing to leave work early if I need to on certain days and may be able to accommodate for last minute changes in your needs. I am comfortable with both shy and overly exitable pets of all sizes and can match their energy and needs. I will take pets on outings and work with training on request.

About: Living on a farm, I have a lot of experience interacting with animals of all kinds. Running a farm of any size is not a one person job so my family is a big part of my life. I can’t imagine a better place to live doing something I love. Pet care is an integral part of my daily routine. Whether it is feeding and watering our chickens and cows or grooming our dogs, I work hard to ensure our animals are cared for. I am a stay at home mom so your four legged friends will rarely be left alone. I work hard to follow any instructions owners may give me. My schedule is fairly open most of the time, but I am going to be starting trade school to become a barefoot specialist for equines sometime in 2026. I need a flexible work schedule so I can trim my case study horses, and the horses I already trim for a friend. - REGARDING OVERNIGHT STAYS! My rates are for ONE 12 hr overnight visit. If you need me for consecutive nights with drop ins during the day, my rates increase to cover each drop in. Walks, nail trims, daily brushing are also an additional cost. These additional charges will be discounted, not my full rate. Let's discuss it 😃 My kitties and I enjoy a peaceful life out in the country. We're new to it, and it's not our house, so I am not currently offering boarding or doggy daycare. I am incredibly respectful of others' spaces. I follow the 'leave no trace' hiking guideline into clients' homes! I respect privacy and will never invite strangers in or take photos for any other reason than to update you, the owner.

About: I have had multiple dogs ever since I was born and love providing care for them. My grandparents also owned a dog kennel so have always been aware of proper exercise, care, and support for dogs of all shapes and sizes. Lastly, I am in school to become a nurse so caring for others is a passion of mine! I currently am a college student moving back to Duluth over the summer and work two jobs which allow me the availability to pick and chose the days I work so if enough in advance I am very available to fit pet care into my weekly routine any day of the week! I have a half fenced in yard at my house but also very aware of the area and neighbors surrounding. I have easy access to hook up a long leash for the dog to play while I supervise as well as, no other dogs live with me.
About: I have 6 years in animal care 2 years of that is working animal control for the city! I love caring for other pets and animals. I treat them as my own ! i work Thursday- Monday working animal control and then I come home and care of my personal pets. I’m constantly surrounding myself with animals as they are a big part of my life! I love other animals and treat them all as if they were mine. About: I have two cats of my own. My tuxedo lu has been around since I was super little, I’ve carried her with me everywhere i go! My fluffy boy moo was a rescue a few years ago, he’s a big sweetie. I have a dog named ollie that I share custody of with my mom. he comes with me on all of the road trips and hikes. I’ve sat for family members and people in my area since I was 15. I also have reptile experience caring for chameleons and snakes. I’m here for any pet! Taking care of animals is my passion ☺️ I do photography full time so my schedule stays pretty flexible. About: I have grown up with dogs all my life, ranging in breeds from dalmatians to terriers to labs to shepards. I am able to go for runs with active dogs or give company to the elderly ones. I have two dogs of my own: a 9 yr old lab mix and a 6 yr old German Shepard. I have had nothing but great experiences using Rover, and want to make sure others experience the same. “I can’t say enough great things about how fantastic Rachel and her family were with our dog, Larry. He was there for 5 nights over the 4th of July Holiday and had the time of his life. Rachel was so good about sending lots of pictures that we really felt like we had a good idea of how much fun he was having. Rachel’s family welcomed Larry like he was one of their own and their 4 dogs did a good job of showing Larry how life on the farm works! They even took him hiking at the nearby Pattison state park and he played a lot of fetch in their meadow and swam in the stream on their property. About: Call me Kim, I have loved and cared for many animals starting at a young age, while growing up in the country. I have also had pets my whole life including; dogs, cats, rabbits, birds, chickens, turkeys, turtles, pet rats, fish, pigs, cows and horses. Currently I have 2 cats, one is a 14 year old senior who is hard of hearing. He is social and gets along well with everyone. My younger cat, Timba is 4 years old and is the ‘typical’ orange cat, always ready to play, be in everybody’s business and wants to be every dogs best buddy. I have grown up with a background in caring for farm animals and have experience caring for many types of animals including; horses, cows, turkeys, goats, pigs, snakes, rabbits and chickens.
