“I can’t say enough great things about how fantastic Rachel and her family were with our dog, Larry. He was there for 5 nights over the 4th of July Holiday and had the time of his life. Rachel was so good about sending lots of pictures that we really felt like we had a good idea of how much fun he was having. Rachel’s family welcomed Larry like he was one of their own and their 4 dogs did a good job of showing Larry how life on the farm works! They even took him hiking at the nearby Pattison state park and he played a lot of fetch in their meadow and swam in the stream on their property. About: I am currently working towards a bachelor's in Animal Behavior and Welfare, as interacting with animals and learning about them is a passion of mine. I greatly enjoy learning to care for them and then doing so. The degree im working towards is focused on the care of animals while educating the public about them. I grew up with a dog and have had many small animals as pets throughout my life, rodents, fish, insects, arachnids, frogs, etc. Currently I have 3 reptiles and two cats. Willow-Wisp, and Boiled-Egg are my cats. My corn snake is Copper, Blue Tongued Skink is Little-Dude, and Tripod is my leopard gecko. Both Boiled-Egg and Tripod have medical conditions that require at home management and care which has given me some skills in caring for animals with disabilities. They are not the only animal I have history caring for with medical issues either. Many of my experience with pets has been rescue pets, and I have had plenty practice and patience regarding them and behaviors post trauma. I am more than willing to learn about your pets needs and help medical or otherwise. I am currently focusing on college and have plenty of time to help care for your animals. The only day I will be unavailable is Sunday. I have a fenced in yard and half the house closes off by doors so the cats will not interact with your animals unless you are comfortable with it. Depending on your animals preferance I can ensure that I spend time with them or give them the space to feel comfortable and settle in. Any and all expectations set regarding their care and what food, toys, or treats they are allowed will of course be followed. I may have treats of my own I could offer them but will only do so with your approval and in amounts you allow. I do haveextra food and water bowels if you would prefer to use those rather than bringing your own. In the case something awful were to happen I have experience bringing animals to emergency.
About: I have two chocolate labs at home. I have cared for these dogs for 8+ years, and I have also dog-sat plenty of my neighbors', community members', friends', and relatives’ dogs over the years. About: I have owned cats my entire life. My very first pet was a Siamese cat named Emma that I got for Christmas when I was 7 years old. Since then I have owned pretty much every breed of cat throughout my lifetime. I have owned mama cats, and kittens. I have no problem cleaning litter boxes and have no allergies.

About: I've cared for a total of 8 kitties in my lifetime, from the daily feeding and litter scooping to claw trimming to intensive palliative care, and the 12 weeks of injections for Minky's FIP (she is totally healthy now!), and Poppy's twice daily epilepsy meds. I have expanded my services to include dog sitting due to an increased demand for compassionate caregivers with medical knowledge. Many people are reluctant to leave their dogs at boarding kennels while traveling, particularly senior dogs and those with medical problems. Many dogs also experience high levels of stress while boarding. I provide an alternative to the traditional kennel experience by providing care out of my own home. Dogs that stay as guests in my home are provided with lots of individual attention. They are not locked in kennels, instead having free access to my home and yard. As an experienced Veterinary Technician I am also capable of caring for dogs with a broad range of medical issues, including Diabetes, Cushing's, Addison's, Epilepsy, Cancer, animals recovering from recent surgery, and more. Should your pet require emergency medical care, I am trained in animal CPR and live 5 minutes away from the clinic at which I practice. I care for dogs of all breeds, sizes, ages, and personalities. There are however, a few prerequisites to ensure that your dog will have a safe, happy stay in my care. Firstly, I an unable to care for dogs that have a history of aggression toward other dogs, or toward human adults or children. No exceptions. Secondly, dogs in my care must be current on Rabies and Distemper vaccinations. I also require proof of a negative fecal sample performed within 1 year prior to their stay if regular dewormings are done (i.e. year-round HeartGard). Dogs that are not regularly dewormed must have a fecal check done within 1 month prior to their stay, or perform a deworming treatment within 1 month prior. Puppies must be fully house trained. About: I have owned my dogs since they were puppies and trained them myself for general commands as sit, down and come, and also potty training. I also grew up with cats. I also used to have a roommate where I would assist in the care of her German Shepherd as well who does not do well with strangers, which makes me used to big dogs that seem scary and can pull if they want to. I have one dog of my own currently and a toddler. We live in our own home in town with a fenced yard. I have already had COVID-19 and also am fully vaccinated for COVID-19. I currently work full time 9-5 job Monday-Friday straight. I can easily schedule drop ins and walks fitting around this schedule as my regular schedule is extremely predictable. I’m flexible in needing to leave work early if I need to on certain days and may be able to accommodate for last minute changes in your needs. I am comfortable with both shy and overly exitable pets of all sizes and can match their energy and needs. I will take pets on outings and work with training on request.

I need a flexible work schedule so I can trim my case study horses, and the horses I already trim for a friend. - REGARDING OVERNIGHT STAYS! My rates are for ONE 12 hr overnight visit. If you need me for consecutive nights with drop ins during the day, my rates increase to cover each drop in. Walks, nail trims, daily brushing are also an additional cost. About: I have two cats of my own. My tuxedo lu has been around since I was super little, I’ve carried her with me everywhere i go! My fluffy boy moo was a rescue a few years ago, he’s a big sweetie. I have a dog named ollie that I share custody of with my mom. he comes with me on all of the road trips and hikes. I’ve sat for family members and people in my area since I was 15. I also have reptile experience caring for chameleons and snakes. I’m here for any pet! Taking care of animals is my passion ☺️ I do photography full time so my schedule stays pretty flexible. I’m typically available on holidays! I don’t mind to travel a little for your furry friends, so don’t worry too much if you’re far away! I love spending most of my time with my cats. No matter what I’m doing—they’re at my feet or on my lap. My cat moo comes on hikes with me! I enjoy getting fur babies out of the house into the world. About: I specialize in large dog breeds as I have 1 Pyrenees and 1 golden retriever myself. They are both very well trained and certified ESA’s. I don’t have any special skills such as pet training, just really good with dogs. I am a full time nurse and I’m off every other week. I would love to take/walk dogs on my weeks off. I have always had a dog in my family. I’d love to hang out with your furry friends! I have two big loving dogs to keep yours company. We will spend a lot of time outside hiking and going for walks! If your pet is not staying at my house we will still have fun going for runs, walks, or being outside.

About: I am currently working towards a bachelor's in Animal Behavior and Welfare, as interacting with animals and learning about them is a passion of mine. I greatly enjoy learning to care for them and then doing so. The degree im working towards is focused on the care of animals while educating the public about them. I grew up with a dog and have had many small animals as pets throughout my life, rodents, fish, insects, arachnids, frogs, etc. Currently I have 3 reptiles and two cats. Willow-Wisp, and Boiled-Egg are my cats. My corn snake is Copper, Blue Tongued Skink is Little-Dude, and Tripod is my leopard gecko. Both Boiled-Egg and Tripod have medical conditions that require at home management and care which has given me some skills in caring for animals with disabilities. They are not the only animal I have history caring for with medical issues either. Many of my experience with pets has been rescue pets, and I have had plenty practice and patience regarding them and behaviors post trauma. I am more than willing to learn about your pets needs and help medical or otherwise. I am currently focusing on college and have plenty of time to help care for your animals. The only day I will be unavailable is Sunday. I have a fenced in yard and half the house closes off by doors so the cats will not interact with your animals unless you are comfortable with it. Depending on your animals preferance I can ensure that I spend time with them or give them the space to feel comfortable and settle in. Any and all expectations set regarding their care and what food, toys, or treats they are allowed will of course be followed. I may have treats of my own I could offer them but will only do so with your approval and in amounts you allow. I do haveextra food and water bowels if you would prefer to use those rather than bringing your own. In the case something awful were to happen I have experience bringing animals to emergency.
About: I have two chocolate labs at home. I have cared for these dogs for 8+ years, and I have also dog-sat plenty of my neighbors', community members', friends', and relatives’ dogs over the years. I love to adventure with my dogs, but I can accommodate whatever adventure means for each dog, based on ability and the owner's desire. Also, I have done training with my oldest dog, have experience giving medication upon the owner's instructions, and have sat with quite sick dogs (my attentiveness to needs in this department is high). Overall, excited to sit for you! And let me know if you have further questions for me! I’m currently working part-time, so I have plenty of time to devote to your pups! I’m available for watching on both weekends and weekdays when you need my help! I will have work throughout the week, but I can pick up times to watch as my schedule is flexible. I spend a lot of time with my dogs when they go outside, and I walk/run them every day. I can easily crate your dog if needed. I also have experience ensuring owners’ dogs receive their medications and the correct dosages. Overall, I can adjust to all your pup’s needs!
