“Our girls came home happy and tired! They seemed to make themselves at home right away and I’m so glad they were able to be part of a family while we were away! Good communication and flexibility throughout the stay, would definitely have them stay again!”

“My dog loves going to Nathan & Laura. She gets the best care, love and attention from the whole family. Bungles especially likes to run free in the fenced back yard.”

“I had the absolute pleasure of having Heather take care of my dog, Opal, and I couldn't be happier with the experience! From the very beginning, Heather went above and beyond to make sure Opal felt comfortable and loved. She sent me lots of pictures throughout the day, which gave me peace of mind and showed how well Opal was being cared for. Not only did she take Opal on multiple walks, but she also gave her a bath, leaving her looking and feeling fresh. The love and attention Opal received were beyond what I could have hoped for, and I will definitely be using Heather again in the future. Highly recommend!”

“Opie loves staying with Jamie and is always well cared for when he is there. I never worry while we are away. I would recommend Jamie if you are looking for a caregiver for your furry family member.”

“Patty is amazing! Tango had an allergic reaction while staying with her and she notified me immediately and she knew exactly what to do for him. Tango loves staying at her house and always comes home happy and calm and ready for a long nap:) Patty is our #1, I never worry about anything when Tango is with her. :)”

“Nicole did great! Banjo had a great time and she kept him busy! Lots of picture updates which was great! No hesitation sending Banjo back to Nicole next time we're out of town!!”

“Emily saved our family vacation, and helped our sweet girl with separation anxiety come out of her shell! If catastrophizing was an Olympic sport, I’d be the undefeated Gold medalist. I automatically assume something will go wrong, so after plans for our dog’s care fell through right before our vacation, I was irritated with my husband for even suggesting Rover. I was certain, it wasn’t was possible to find someone Piper could meet, develop a relationship, and truly enjoy staying with—for 5 whole days, and on that short of notice. She’s a great dog, but she needs to know where my husband is at all times. That’s why I couldn’t believe he thought she’d survive a week away from him! Let alone after being plucked out of her home and left with complete strangers! I knew I’d have to stay home, and there was nothing Rover could do about it. I thought we were wasting our time, but I had been looking forward to that vacation for a year, so I wanted to be sure there was no way to make it work before accepting the loss. After coming across Emily’s profile, I I held my breath, and told my husband I was willing to schedule a meet-and-greet. Eveything about her experience, living arrangements, and family life looked perfect on paper, but the “glass is totally empty” part of me spent days insisting it was destined to fail. Imagine our surprise when the “absolutely not”, quickly shifted to talks of mutual friends, laughs, and knowing they were exactly who we were hoping to find!! We absolutely loved getting frequent photos chronicalling Piper’s adventures! Seeing how much fun she was having helped ease our minds, and allowed us to enjoy our time together as a family—without having to worry if she was being treated well! One after the other, each picture reminding we had nothing to worry about! We should just enjoy ourselves, because Piper was having too much fun, participating in too many activities, and soaking in immeasurable amounts of love and attention to worry about when we’d be back to pick her up! I don’t know about you, but I think that’s all a nervous pet owner could ever ask for. Thanks again for everything! We can’t wait to book with you again soon! Pat & Laura Larson”

“I’m always so hesitant to leave my pup anywhere, but she had the best time at Christina’s. Kiya played her heart out and got all the snuggles, and I am so grateful.”

“My dog had a great time with Kelli and Shane. He's a border collie, and I know he enjoyed running around in the fields and playing with the kids. It was a good vacation for him.”
“Lassie had a wonderful time with Rachel, her family and her pets! She whined in the car when we were driving off…she didn’t want to leave! Thank you so much for the great care you took of her and for sending so many pictures during her fun time there!”

About: I am currently working towards a bachelor's in Animal Behavior and Welfare, as interacting with animals and learning about them is a passion of mine. I greatly enjoy learning to care for them and then doing so. The degree im working towards is focused on the care of animals while educating the public about them. I grew up with a dog and have had many small animals as pets throughout my life, rodents, fish, insects, arachnids, frogs, etc. Currently I have 3 reptiles and two cats. Willow-Wisp, and Boiled-Egg are my cats. My corn snake is Copper, Blue Tongued Skink is Little-Dude, and Tripod is my leopard gecko. Both Boiled-Egg and Tripod have medical conditions that require at home management and care which has given me some skills in caring for animals with disabilities. They are not the only animal I have history caring for with medical issues either. Many of my experience with pets has been rescue pets, and I have had plenty practice and patience regarding them and behaviors post trauma. I am more than willing to learn about your pets needs and help medical or otherwise. I am currently focusing on college and have plenty of time to help care for your animals. The only day I will be unavailable is Sunday. I have a fenced in yard and half the house closes off by doors so the cats will not interact with your animals unless you are comfortable with it. Depending on your animals preferance I can ensure that I spend time with them or give them the space to feel comfortable and settle in. Any and all expectations set regarding their care and what food, toys, or treats they are allowed will of course be followed. I may have treats of my own I could offer them but will only do so with your approval and in amounts you allow. I do haveextra food and water bowels if you would prefer to use those rather than bringing your own. In the case something awful were to happen I have experience bringing animals to emergency.
“Scout had a wonderful stay with Marly! She is a senior canine-citizen and needs a few extra potty breaks and TLC and she got exactly what she needed at Marly's house. Thanks, Marly!”

“Shiloh did amazing with our golden doodle Jinx! She sent sweet update photos and jinx came back happy as ever. Her children gave our dog lots of love and her dog was very sweet and playful!”

“Amber has been so wonderful and a lifesaver for my pooch and me. After fracturing my ankle, she came and picked up hanky for a few days while I was unable to properly take care of him. She brought him home when I was feeling better and now picking him up while I await surgery. I am so fortunate to have her and know my hanky boy is in good hands as I go through this. Thank you to her and her family for the help and support❤️”

“Love love the in home visits with Rachel A. She also took the appointment on really short notice and went way beyond expectations!!! I’m am so happy and so is my boy buddy! Thank you so much Rachel! I think she loves my boy 🤗”

“Talia did an amazing job taking care of my shy cat (former barn kitty who is skittish with new people) while I was away from home for a few days. She came for a meet and greet beforehand, kept me updated throughout each day I was away, shared photos, asked questions, and went above and beyond basic tasks by taking care of house chores. She’s truly a caring person who knows how much fur babies are loved by their owners. It takes a wonderful person to understand and have patience with their little personalities and needs. I appreciate knowing my cat was in such caring hands while I was away!”

“Excellent service, Sav sent updates for Mimmie and was precise and punctual and cordial - was timely in response and flexible.. was very kind and gentle to Mimmie : will definitely use her service again. one of the best we ever had on Rover as we have used the service many times for vacation. Randy A.”

“Kim was great! She spent a lot of time with our orange tabby. It was obvious from the pics and video she took that he liked her a lot. She played with him quite a bit (and maybe raised the bar for us, in that department 🙂). We’re very happy customers and would highly recommend Kim!”

“Amber did a great job! When our cat didn’t eat breakfast and take his medicine, Amber went back in the evening to check on him! She went above and beyond. Thank you, Amber!”

“Christina is wonderful with animals and very professional. She took care of my two cats and hamster while we were on vacation. She was reliable and kept me informed about the status of my animals. She communicates very well. I already booked our next vacation with Christina watching our pets. I recommend her 100%!”

About: I have owned cats my entire life. My very first pet was a Siamese cat named Emma that I got for Christmas when I was 7 years old. Since then I have owned pretty much every breed of cat throughout my lifetime. I have owned mama cats, and kittens. I have no problem cleaning litter boxes and have no allergies.

“Absolutely amazing and professional! Very trustworthy…Smokey was well taken care during our stay out of country. Liz kept us updated and spent good quality time with him. She was able to accommodate his ‘unique’ lifestyle habits and he was able to spend his enormous amount of energy…we can’t thank you enough!”

“Beth was wonderfully professional!!! She sent us pictures of our pets and a brief report every night! It put our minds at ease that she was taking such good care of our pets and watched our house, including bringing in the mail and watering the plants. I recommend her highly!!”

About: I lived my whole life with at least one cat in my home. I understand their body language and how timid some can be with strangers. I am willing to work with their preferences to provide the best care I can.

“Julia took such good care of my cats, and they warmed up to her right away. It is so nice to get the regular reports and pictures, didn’t have to worry about them at all and could just enjoy my vacation. I will definitely book Julia again when I leave town.”

About: I've cared for a total of 8 kitties in my lifetime, from the daily feeding and litter scooping to claw trimming to intensive palliative care, and the 12 weeks of injections for Minky's FIP (she is totally healthy now!), and Poppy's twice daily epilepsy meds. I can handle any and all of it! Now I have 3 cats. Moki, my 16 yo boy, Minky, who's 3, and Poppy, the youngest at 2 years old. We all love our play sessions, whether that's with their wand and feather toy, their colorful springs, or exploring the outdoors in their harnesses. I will prioritize play if your kitty is comfortable with it!

“We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience with Rachel and her wonderful family! They looked after Jack while we attended a wedding, and from the moment we met them, we knew he was in the best hands. Rachel was incredibly kind, caring, and thoughtful, and her whole family made Jack feel completely at home. It was so reassuring knowing he was being loved and cared for as if he were part of their own family. We could relax and enjoy the wedding knowing he was so happy and comfortable. Jack was so well looked after, and it’s clear Rachel genuinely loves and cares for the dogs she watches. We are beyond grateful for everything she did and would recommend her to absolutely anyone looking for someone trustworthy, loving, and amazing with dogs. Thank you again, Rachel!”

“Christina is incredible with our little 5 month old puppy. She is flexible, very responsive, and has really helped our puppy build confidence and socialize with her dogs. Highly recommend Christina!!!”

“Our dog Molly loved her day of doggy daycare. Laura was welcoming and kind. We appreciated the flexible and accommodating drop off and pick up times. We got lots of pictures and updates. Molly had a great time with her new fur and kid friends. Molly will be back for a week stay next month 😀”

“Winnie seemed very comfortable with Peter and Barb. Peter provided good ongoing photos and communication which put our minds at ease right away. We will use his services again.”

“Patty is the absolute best. Our boy is reactive, and when we had family visit, we needed a place for him to stay during the day to avoid the stress of having strangers (to him) in the house. Oh my goodness I cannot say enough good things about his stay! She was so flexible with timing, which was great since our dinners and activities were very variable. She gave us lots of pictures, followed his lead on if/when he wanted to meet new dogs, and he was so excited to see her every day! She was responsive, kind, and the big yard to run around in was so so good for him. Patty is very knowledgeable when it comes to dogs, and asked all the questions that made me feel like she was going to handle our dog well. She gives full answers to any questions you may have, as well. We will for sure be using her again!”

“Great rover! We had our dog spend the day at Jamie’s place for the day while we had family over. Jamie was super nice and super thoughtful and accommodating with our dog. Would definitely go with her again in the future!”

“Nicole is great to work with. She is very good with my dog. She takes him to dog parks and on walks and when he comes home, he is tired! She is knowledgeable and has shared some tips with me which I really appreciate. She communicates with me during the day and sends lots of pictures. I am very grateful to have found her!”

“Heather and her family did such an amazing job with Edie. They helped her ease into a new environment and gave her lots of love and affection. Heather sent many updates during the day and in all the pictures Edie looked happy and content. When Edie got home she was exhausted from a day of fun. I would recommend Heather to anyone looking for care for their pup!”

About: With over 20 years of experience as a dog owner and lover, I provide a caring, home-based environment for dogs of all sizes. I work primarily from home, have two children, and a large, fenced yard for plenty of outdoor time and walks. My goal is to make every dog feel safe, loved, and part of the family while you're away. I look forward to meeting you and your doggos! Working primarily from home with a flexible schedule allows me to provide plenty of attention, companionship, playtime, walks, and outdoor fun throughout the day. We currently do not have any pets of our own, which makes our home a great fit for dogs who prefer a quieter environment or do best as the only pet. I'm available most weekdays and weekends and would love to learn about your dog's unique routine, personality, and needs. My goal is to provide a safe, comfortable, and loving home where your furry family member feels happy, relaxed, and cared for while you're away. I understand that pets are family, which is why I treat every dog in my care like one of my own. With plenty of experience hosting friends' dogs, I strive to provide a safe, loving, and stress-free environment where your pup can relax, play, and feel at home.
“Casey took great care of my rather hyper, 10th month old golden retriever. We had done a meet a greet a week before, so she easily went with him when I dropped her off for the whole day. He sent a picture and a video of her interacting with the other dogs in his care. She seemed quite happy. He was flexible with my somewhat uncertain schedule for the day. I will definitely use him again when I am back in that area.”

“Not only were Aneesa and Ethan super flexible with working out pick-up/drop-off times, but Chester also came home SO happy and obviously well taken care of during his stay. Can't wait for the puppies to hang out again!”

“Courtnie is absolutely fantastic! My little guy is usually a bit skittish when going to a new home for day care but he warmed up extremely well with Courtnie and her dogs! She is super accommodating and incredible when it comes to the care of dogs, very highly recommended her! Thank you so much!! ?”

“Madisen did an ABSOLUTELY AMAZING job with my puppy, Rosie. I could NOT be happier! I felt comfortable with leaving my puppy with Madisen, especially since I know I have a bit of an anxious puppy. But Madisen handled Rosie really well, and I could tell she was happily exercised when I took her home. I cannot recommend Madisen enough, and I will definitely trust Madisen to take care of Rosie again! ♥️”

“Sav met my young lab and he instantly liked her. She knows dogs well and is very knowledgeable. I trust her 100% with my dog. Sav responds quickly, shows up and comes well prepared for their adventure. I was truly impressed and I would definitely recommend her! She's very good.”

About: I'm looking forward to providing quality loving care for YOUR beloved canine! I am a small animal Certified Veterinary Technician with over 15 years of clinical experience. I have expanded my services to include dog sitting due to an increased demand for compassionate caregivers with medical knowledge. Many people are reluctant to leave their dogs at boarding kennels while traveling, particularly senior dogs and those with medical problems. Many dogs also experience high levels of stress while boarding. I provide an alternative to the traditional kennel experience by providing care out of my own home. Dogs that stay as guests in my home are provided with lots of individual attention. They are not locked in kennels, instead having free access to my home and yard. As an experienced Veterinary Technician I am also capable of caring for dogs with a broad range of medical issues, including Diabetes, Cushing's, Addison's, Epilepsy, Cancer, animals recovering from recent surgery, and more. Should your pet require emergency medical care, I am trained in animal CPR and live 5 minutes away from the clinic at which I practice. I care for dogs of all breeds, sizes, ages, and personalities. There are however, a few prerequisites to ensure that your dog will have a safe, happy stay in my care. Firstly, I an unable to care for dogs that have a history of aggression toward other dogs, or toward human adults or children. No exceptions. Secondly, dogs in my care must be current on Rabies and Distemper vaccinations. I also require proof of a negative fecal sample performed within 1 year prior to their stay if regular dewormings are done (i.e. year-round HeartGard). Dogs that are not regularly dewormed must have a fecal check done within 1 month prior to their stay, or perform a deworming treatment within 1 month prior. Puppies must be fully house trained. Rachel B. Certified Veterinary Technician I treat pets like family! Dogs who stay in my home are given lots of playtime and attention. I try to keep routines similar to what they are used to at their own home. Dogs are fed separately for safety but otherwise have free range of the home. I am an experienced animal nurse and well equipped to handle an emergency if one should arise!
“She did a great job with Lola. We really appreciated the last minute accommodation and she was very flexible with our time. Thank you again. Will definitely use again when in the area.”

“Christina is wonderful with our 4 month old puppy Dolly. She has been very helpful in the training and socializing processes. She is very kind, patient, courteous and responsible. Christina communicates all needs or issues respectfully. Christina does her best to accommodate any changes to Dolly’s walk schedule. We feel 100% confident that Christina cares for Dolly as if she were one of her own. My husband and I can not say enough good things about Christina. If we could we would definitely give her way more than 5 stars. We would 100% recommend Christina to all of our family and friends.”
“Had such a GREAT experience with Sav! She knows exactly what she is doing and was SO adaptable her first time getting to know our dogs quirks. Truly, it means so much as we have a golden retriever who struggles on walks and is anxious! We will absolutely be using her again as our dog walker!”

“Amber is the best! I'm so happy with how it's going with my pups! My chihuahua-dachshund is impossible to walk but just a couple of weeks of walking with Amber and he's walking without pulling!!”

About: Living on a farm, I have a lot of experience interacting with animals of all kinds. Running a farm of any size is not a one person job so my family is a big part of my life. I can’t imagine a better place to live doing something I love. Pet care is an integral part of my daily routine. Whether it is feeding and watering our chickens and cows or grooming our dogs, I work hard to ensure our animals are cared for. I am a stay at home mom so your four legged friends will rarely be left alone. I work hard to follow any instructions owners may give me. Additionally, I make sure all animals in our care have access to food, water, and love. I also like to take a few pictures of what we are up to send them to people so they know their pet is getting loved and cared for.
About: I’ve been taking care and walking a lot of dogs since elementary school and know a lot about pets body language and how they work. Pet care fits into my schedule on the days that i’m off work from my part time job, message me and see what days you need me for and i’ll make it work for you! I know a lot about body language and how to read the signs of what they’re feeling meaning that I can give them what they need in the moment. Following instructions to best take care of your furry friend.

“Audriana is fantastic! She gives my updates of how my puppy is doing on his walks and sends me pictures. She also gave me over a months notice when she was going to be out of town and not able to walk my little guy. Would HIGHLY recommend Audriana.”

Whether your dog loves long walks, playtime, cuddles, or simply having someone nearby, I will take the time to make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and cared for. I also have experience providing more specialized care, including administering IV medication for an elderly animal I was watching. This experience taught me the importance of patience, responsibility, attention to detail, and following care instructions carefully. My background working in childcare, summer camps, and other safety-focused roles has helped me become dependable, organized, and attentive. I will treat your pets like they are my own and your home with the same respect I would want someone to show mine. I am happy to provide updates and photos so you can have peace of mind while you’re away. I am currently a full-time online student, which gives me a flexible schedule and allows me to dedicate plenty of time and attention to caring for your pets. I love going on walks and runs hikes, swimming and basically any outdoor activity your dog might love. I’m also into chilling inside with your pet if that’s more their vibe! About: i’ve always had such a soft spot in my heart for animals, even scaly friends too! I myself have had animals ranging from cats and dogs, to snakes to fish and rats.. and as you can imagine, they all require some very different needs! i ALWAYS make it my goal to care for each individual animal the best i can, after all they deserve it! I’d love to make taking care of your furry friends my main priority! I have open availability during the week and will be home all day with them, wether it’s your home or mine (: I do have 2 dogs of my own, so unfortunately i do not have availability for overnight stays. I always make it my biggest goal to let animals know how loved they are! I am willing to accommodate to you and your pets needs to ensure the safety of me, you, and your pet! My 2 dogs have me wrapped around their pinkies (toes? paws? 🤷🏻♀️) and i’d do anything to make sure they’re happy. I treat every dog in my care like my very own. I understand leaving your dog in the care of somebody else can be nerve-racking, especially if it’s in somebody else’s home. You worry about wether or not your sitter is going to leave them alone during the day, or if your sitter lives on a busy street, or if there’s a chance your dog gets loose.. i understand all of these! A home visit is a must and i’d be happy to show you where your furry friend will be staying, and what a typical day looks like!

“Kylee and David are excellent pet sitters! I don't have to worry at all when our dog is with them. He gets to go on adventures and lots of walks. He comes home happy and sleepy! :)”

“Rachel was great with Ralphie! She has a very dog friendly household and there’s no hiding the care and love they have for animals. It’s great being able to travel comfortably knowing that my furry family is taken care of. Thanks Rachel!”

“Kate was so awesome to work with, her layout and location was perfect for what we needed. She sent me great pics of my happy dog that made me feel comfortable about leaving him. It's my first time using Rover so I didn't know about the tip feature 😬 so sorry about that ugh. I would use Kate again if she would have my dog again and this time the tip I now know about would be included!!”
