At the time he was an 11 month old, in tact, Australian Shepherd/Border Collie mix. He is A LOT to handle. We got daily updates and pictures which was awesome. He appeared to be having the time of his life and not missing us at all. She allows her dogs on the furniture but we don’t. We asked her to keep him on the floor. We received pictures where her dog was on the furniture but ours was on the floor. We appreciated not having to retrain him.”

About: I haven had dogs in my house and taken care of them since I was 7 years old. I've participated in training classes with my black lab as a puppy, as well as daily dog chores like walking, feeding, and brushing. I also have experience taking care of injured and elderly dogs. Along with caring for my own pets, I've also pet sat for neighbors and friends before. These visits included walks, play time, feeding, brushing, etc. This summer I have a part time nanny job, so I will have plenty of extra time to take care of your fur babies! I will be available weekdays after 4pm and all day on the weekends. I understand that dogs can be hesitant when stranger enter their home, but try to greet new pets slowly and friendly and give them all the sniffs they need.

We did a video interview, as we weren't able to connect in person before our trip and Sara was able to come to our home to handle all duties without issue. She bonded very well with both cats and they even started looking forward to her visits - greeting her at the front window and door! About: I’ve always had dogs in my life. In the past 3 years we’ve welcomed almost 50 fosters into our home, many with behavioral issues. We currently have two rescues that are our life - and we want to welcome your pup into our home. We are heavily involved in the rescue world. We crate train, work on obedience, have the tools for a smooth transition, and go on walks multiple times a day. I currently work from home and am active on breaks with walks, training, and providing puppy love. We believe in routine and keeping dogs on a schedule. We watch our dogs, crate and rotate if needed, and always walk with a secure harness or harness lead. We allow pups to transition as long as they need as being away from home can be stressful!

About: Our home in Brooklyn Park is ready to host your pet. Having had a Great Dane for almost ten years, we are ready to watch pets in any size range. We have no dogs or cats in the home currently, but are set up to give your pet the best possible experience while you are away! We have experience with senior dogs and dietary restrictions such as raw feeding, as well as giving medications as needed. Currently, both Jackie and I work from home, so there is always someone around during the day. We live right off of a walking trail, so daily walks will be no problem. We have a fenced in yard if your pup likes to be outside. Otherwise they are welcome to hang out with us during the day on one of many dog beds, or on the couch for cuddle time.

When I work Sunday-Thursday I’m available to drop in at least one early morning, I can do another drop in in the early afternoon, and another drop in when I get off if needed (I get off at 11pm). On my days off - Friday and Saturdays - I can do numerous drop ins throughout the day. Anytime between early morning to late night. I have two cats of my own. Both are tabby cats, but they have very different personalities. Bean, who is an orange long haired cat, is very skittish, loves to play, enjoys pets but hates being picked up. While Franklin, is a grey short hair, loves cuddles, being next to his people, and would rather play with Bean than his humans. We got Franklin when he was 8 weeks old from my boyfriend’s brother and we fostered then adopted Bean when he was 12 weeks old (about 6 months after getting Franklin). We discovered Franklin loves going outside, so we bought him a cat harness and leash and frequently take him on walks (: Bean is too skittish for this, but he loves to play inside with toy mice and springs (ESPECIALLY springs, those are his favorite 😅)

You may book two per day! •I’m always open to any extra needs or modifying for your situation!! I’m currently in law school and have class mid-day from August to May. I have mornings and evenings/nights open for drop in visits and dog walking during these months. From May to August, I work very early mornings 5x a week. I’m free 2pm and onwards during the summer months for drop-ins and dog walking services. I also stop by prior to my 6am start time for work to do drop-in visits as well. Please don’t be afraid to reach out for anything at all! •I always allow meet-and-greets for a quick 10 minute appointment (free) prior to any drop-ins or walking services so that I’m no stranger to you or your pet before I stop by for the first service. This also allows us to establish what needs your pet may have and your expectations for me. These aren’t mandatory to be able to book with me, just solely a comfort thing! •I remember the way pet items were stored in your home and return them back to the way they were after I’m done using them. •I always message you and ask for permission prior to entering any other part of the house that’s not necessary to the service. This rarely happens, but for example: a dog I came to walk was sleeping in the master bedroom so I messaged the owner first prior to retrieving him for our walk😂

“Neha was absolutely amazing! I had just moved to a new neighborhood and was looking for someone to give my miniature golden retriever, Leia, dinner, a walk, and some extra belly rubs. Unfortunately, I forgot to update my address in the Rover app, so Neha ended up driving all the way to my old house across the Twin Cities. When she arrived, she noticed that the house didn’t match the photos and instructions I had provided and kindly reached out to me. I was out of town and didn’t see her message for over 30 minutes. “Andrea was great! We would highly recommend if you have a high energy dog. She was the first one to ever care for our baby. At the time he was an 11 month old, in tact, Australian Shepherd/Border Collie mix. He is A LOT to handle. We got daily updates and pictures which was awesome. He appeared to be having the time of his life and not missing us at all. She allows her dogs on the furniture but we don’t. We asked her to keep him on the floor. We received pictures where her dog was on the furniture but ours was on the floor. We appreciated not having to retrain him.”

At just shy of 5 months old, she had never been boarded or stayed anywhere else, so I was incredibly nervous. Kyle put my mind at ease right away. Not only is he genuinely kind, but it’s obvious he truly knows, understands, and loves dogs. He was responsive the entire week, sent plenty of photo updates, and even brought her along to his family’s Thanksgiving dinner, where she got tons of love and attention. When we picked her up, she was still the same happy, wiggly bundle of joy we left—clearly well cared for and comfortable the whole time. We’re so grateful for the peace of mind he gave us.
