I have lived my entire life with at least one animal in the house and I have been dog sitting on and off since high school. I am certified in three years of dog training and currently live with my lovely cat, London. I’ve never met a pet that I haven’t loved, and past employers would describe me as dependable, easy-going, and kind. Now that I am starting school again, my hours of availability have become a bit slim. However, my weekends are entirely open, and I have enough time between classes to provide service to any animal who needs my attention. In my home, I live with my cat London, and four other housemates. If your animal stayed with me, they would never feel alone and would always have somebody in the house that can watch them or be there for all their needs. My oldest dog is almost 3 and I have also have had him since he was 8 weeks old. I have watched and walked other dogs for friends and family overnight and for extended periods. I could pet care in the summer almost every day, since I am a teacher. Some things may come up, but I have a pretty flexible schedule. I would prefer to care for pets in my home during the day to make the pet more comfortable. I am able to play with, feed, bathe, walk, etc. I have a fenced in backyard! I have a very large home where your dog can roam freely inside. However, I don't have a fenced in yard. I do have a secure tie line attached to my home. Your dog will never be left outside by themselves as I will be there with them.

About: Ever since I was a kid I was bring home stray cats to nursery back to health. I am still doing it back in September I found my current cat Jup outside in with a really young kitten. Unfortunately the kitten was too sick so we found it a better home equipped to take care of it need but we had to keep Jup.

I have had my own dog since I was about 19, but have had outdoor farm dogs for as long as I can remember. I have been around dogs, cats, guinea pigs, and other small animals for as long as I can remember. I am patient, detail orientated and I truly just love spending time with animals. “Margarita has been a wonderful, flexible, accommodating, understanding, champion for me and Spike. He is having a good time there. When I get him he is always a happy puppy and I can tell he is well taken care of. He comes home and he likes to take naps afterward, poor puppy having so much fun with her dogs and her cute youn son. Nice open space for Spike to walk on leash and not worry about his safety. Definitely booking again (already have the reservations). It’s nice to know that my 11week puppy has a loving and caring place that takes care of him while I am at work.”
About: I’m recently retired and have had dogs all my life, since being 7 years old. I had to put my last fur baby to sleep in January 2026 and will be traveling over the next few years so don’t want to get another right now, and really miss having a doggo around! I used Rover quite a bit when I had dogs so would love to pay it forward and help someone else. Plus then I hopefully will get my fix of dogs! I’m currently very flexible, having just retired. I usually walk first thing in the morning and then after dinner with our British lab, Lilly. Live in Madison Lake but willing to drive to Mankato or St. Peter, for pet sitting or dog walking. We have a great home for dogs, so am happy to do pet sitting in our home too. We have a small British lab but she is not in the house much; she is a sweet, lover dog that prefers to hang outside in her luxury kennel outside. We walk her twice daily, and she gets along with all dogs we meet.

About: I have grown up with two lovely pups in my house. I helped taking care of them and even helped in training our hunting dog! I love being around animals and especially dogs. I am currently a college student I go to school at the university of Minnesota state Mankato. I am majoring in sports management with a minor in marketing.
