About: I work remotely in marketing full time. We’re very grateful to have a nice home with a wonderful, large, fenced-in backyard that allows the dogs to go potty in and explore (bark!). My availability and hours are very flexible and the dogs are rarely left alone or kenneled, they are free to roam the house, I just close doors as necessary. I have never owned a dog of my own, I just grew up around dogs and cats. Mainly and most recently, it was a sisters two dogs our family spent the most time around: Gibbs (15 lb., 13 yr old, male Jack Russell Terrier & Beagle mix) and Zero (65 lb., 5 yr old, male Standard Poodle). I would basically Rover for her and her husband, which including giving the senior, anxiety-ridden dog meds (he didn’t enjoy, he would spit them up). We enjoyed being outdoors and evening walks around the neighborhood and having them a part of our family. They have then since moved to the West coast with their dogs. I work remotely and am blessed with the work-life balance it offers. I have an energetic elementary school-aged daughter. She's an empath and truly cares for all animals wellbeing! She's deeply concerned about any discomfort or distress. We have a dog-friendly orange cat named Buddy (4). He's fed first thing in the AM and enjoys chin scratches. He stays nearby me in my office or does his own thing. My daughter buses to and from school and I take a hour lunch at noon, then am done at 5 PM and we go about our evening routine. Dogs go out every few hours (sliding patio door) to the fenced in yard or when they signal me. Right in the morning and before bed. I try to get as much activity in for us as possible, especially on decent weather days. We utilize a nearby parks, dog park and walking trails in our community. Having the dogs here really motivate me to go for more walks, the dogs love them and I appreciate the eager walking company. I also live with my younger sister (23). She works full time 2 jobs as a CNA/retail, isn't home much but does help me care for the dogs, such as a short walk around the block. Our home is a 4 bed, 3 level split with a finished basement. It has a large secure, fully-fenced in yard and the property has 11 trees. Garage is attached. We all sleep in the upstairs bedrooms which is also where my office is. I have 2 litter boxes for my cat, one in garage that he prefers. The other is in the basement bathroom, where I can keep the door shut (Ive caught sisters dog eating litter covered turds). Our neighborhood is very safe and quiet. I have a reflective sash I wear out at night (this summer I was nearly ran over by an SUV when it was dark). The dogs usually sleep on the floor in my room and it's OK if they sleep on the bed, I am not concerned about fur. If the dog stinks, I can give them a bath either downstairs in the wash tub or upstairs in the bathtub. If they stay longer and start to stink, I will bathe them, because everyone feels better after a bath.

About: My husband and I are former dog foster parents and love meeting/spending time with new dogs! We have one resident (foster fail!) dog: Tesha, a rambunctious tripod who loves people. We especially love older dogs in our house but are open to dogs 1 year and up. We have a fully fenced in backyard and a tie out available for outside play time. We have space to keep dogs separated if you have a dog that is shy or needs very slow introductions (we have a three level home). Our resident pup is allowed on our bed if she chooses, but we have plenty of dog beds around too, and we do not allow dogs on our couch. We will do our very best to accommodate your pups needs and keep you updated on how your four legged family member is doing while you are away! I currently work from home and am able to take breaks to allow potty and attention breaks. My husband is also home most of the time and will be available when I am not. We like to do slow introductions to other dogs to ensure the comfort of our resident dogs and the visiting pups. We have the space to crate or allow roaming on separate levels if needed.

Your fur baby will be my first priority when I wake up and for their entire visit with me. I like to take dogs for a long walk through the park or to the dog park when they come visit. I always ensure plenty of exercise and a safe play environment. I always have plenty of time for evening walks, playtime and mental enrichment activities. The dog park is always a must during your pets visit with us! I have a heeler mix rescue that gets along with any dog, him and I go for a walk everyday and would love to take your pup with us! I always make sure they are treated as if they are my own!
About: I’ve been caring for dogs and other animals for about five years! I started out by dog- and house-sitting for families in my neighborhood, and eventually, word started to spread. Before long, I was being reached out to more and more often to care for dogs, bunnies, hamsters, cats, and guinea pigs! In May 2025, I got a puppy of my own named Goose. Once Goose turned one, I decided to join Rover so I could expand my experience and have the opportunity to help even more pet parents with their animals’ care. I understand how hard it can be to find a family friend—or simply someone you know and trust—to watch your pet. Sometimes, when that option isn’t available, people have no choice but to turn to an app like Rover and trust someone they may have never met before. Because of that, one of the things I pride myself on most is providing a detailed description of EVERY pet visit, along with a possibly excessive amount of pictures! I know the anxiety that can come with leaving your pet in someone else’s care, so I do my best to be reliable, trustworthy, and communicative. I want every update I give you to make you feel like you were there in person, while making sure you’re always kept in the loop about how your pet is doing. At the end of the day, I want you to feel confident knowing your pet is in good hands, getting plenty of love and attention while you’re away! Pet care fits in perfectly with my routine. I am very responsible when it comes to other people’s pets and am very flexible and available. In my home, someone is almost always around. My dad works from home and I have school for a minimum of 2 hours in the morning. In my clients homes, I take time out of my day to spend time with their animals, and work according to the animals schedule, not mine.

I’m very patient and am super attentive to caring for your pets. I’m gentle and would love to spend time with them!! I’ve worked with anxious and nervous animals and am very good with staying calm and letting them warm up to a new friend. I’m open to anything needed as I’m very comfortable in the animal world! I’m currently out of college for the summer and would like to keep my schedule busy as I’m not in school now! I am free Monday- Friday and sometimes weekends! I’m super comfortable with getting pups inside or crating them if needed. Treats always can work wonders!! I have no issues if any pups need to be moved in a separate area!
About: We are a cozy, warm, loving family of four who love animals! I (Jenny) rescued my first dog, Summit-a black lab mix many years ago. He was with us over 14 years and we loved him so much! We just recently adopted a kitten a little over a year ago. She is a tuxedo house cat named Smokey. Drop-in visits and dog walking are what we are able to offer as of right now. We may bring boarding back into the mix when Smokey is a bit older. Jenny works part time and has time for drop-in visits as well as dog walking. If allowed by the pet parents our kids (10 and 12) would also love to help out! We play with Smokey in our home with balls, springs, socks! I am happy to pet and play with your pet. Feed, let out, clean litter boxes, and taking leashed dogs for walks.

About: I grew up with a Shih Tzu (Scruffy) for 15 years and absolutely loved him. I’m very comfortable around dogs and am looking forward to getting my dog time in :) I also volunteer at the Twin Cities Pet Rescue as a supply donation coordinator. I have a full-time job Monday-Friday, so I am available after work around 4pm to walk your dog as well as anytime on the weekends. I live in a house with a nice outdoor patio, and I live by a variety of parks and walk paths. It is a very safe neighborhood as well.
About: Ive taken care of pets for friends and family across all sorts of breeds, species, and ages. I have years of experience owning a senior dog, and understand just how much our fuzzy friends mean to us. I currently work a super flexible job as a substitute teacher, and can make nearly any time you need work! About: I’ve taken care of dogs since I was 10 , I’ve had a golden doodle , Great Dane and pitbull for years . I took care of my friends and family’s dogs when they needed , I walked them I bathed them fed them and played with them often going to the dog park I currently work part time , so I’m pretty much available to help you out with your pups most of the time and any day of the week !
