About: My love for animals goes well back to when I was 4 or 5 and I was in charge of letting our neighbors dog out while they were on vk. (my mom was really there ;)) I always loved the 2 cats we had I'm sure but my love started growing for all animals when I took on that letting the neighbors pets out. Through highschool I volunteered when I could at the animal shelter a couple cities over and dreamed about owning my own training and boarding facility when I graduated. Well life pushed me into college and a career and 10 plus years later here I am with a degree I don't want a career in.... I'm going back to my dreams and would love for your dogs to be a part of the start of it! I have 3 fur babies of my own a cat and two dogs! All three rescues and loving life! Any questions feel free to reach out! Cant wait to meet everyone! I currently work Monday through Friday 8 to 5 as an intake coordinator for a hospital from home. My love is animals so all my spare time goes to fostering and volunteering for ruffstart along with taking care of others furbabies. All pets deserve lots of love but discipline when needed. I believe in positive reinforcement but some pups need a little more guidance and a shorter leash than others.. I plan on following owners directions and requests but offer guidance if wanted or needed. If all you want me to do is let your fur babies out and spoil them rotten I would absolutely love doing that! For boarding and doggy daycare I have an older resident dog so we can only take laid back submissive dogs for now. We do habe the capability to separate if she needs a break. We have a big Shepard mix that loves to play with everyone at only 3 years old!
“Kristi watched Oscar (our Cavapoo) for 12 days in her home. The experience was amazing for Oscar and for us. She was so attentive to our needs by checking in on a regular basis. She would ask questions about his behavior to see if it was unusual and asked how we would handle it so that she was responding to Oscar in the same way we would. She wanted things to be as normal as possible for him. As she described his bedtime ritual I knew that Oscar felt safe and loved because he doesn’t snuggle up like that with just anyone. Oscar even gave her a snuggle good bye when we left. I will use Kristi for all of our short and long term care needs. I can’t say how important it is to know Oscar is cared for in such a loving manner when we can’t be there. Thank you so much Kristi!”

About: I have been walking dogs for 3 years. The dog I currently walk is a Golden Retriever with a lot of energy! I have also walked other large dogs as well as small dogs. I currently walk a dog every morning Monday through Friday, and 2 small dogs as needed. We enjoy going for walks and to the dog park if requested. We have gone on car rides to different parks for walks as well as walking in the neighborhood. I love the time I get to spend with the dogs. Dog walking is what I do. Every day Monday through Friday I walk a Golden Retriever. After that I am open to taking on more walking or drop in visits. When going to clients homes I am always careful to be sure to lock up the home after our walk. I check to be sure that there is adequate water. I am respectful of others private space and leave things as I find them. I give treats if requested. On hot days we can keep walks shorter if requested. I will also brush your dog if you request this.

About: I have raised several dogs from the time they were puppies. I have done obedience training with all of them. I truly enjoy the loyal companionship of a dog. I am currently on SSDI, so I am retired. I do have a karaoke DJ business, but that usually only takes me away one or two nights a month. I’m currently working part time, so I have time throughout the week but my schedule changes so I will keep things updated and only accept cares when I can give your pet the time they need. I always try and stick to the pets routine as much as possible so it is as stress free as possible for them. I have 3 dogs that would be able to give your pet some company if that is what you would like and if your dog is comfortable with other dogs.
About: I have raised several dogs from the time they were puppies. I have done obedience training with all of them. I truly enjoy the loyal companionship of a dog. I am currently on SSDI, so I am retired. I do have a karaoke DJ business, but that usually only takes me away one or two nights a month. I currently have a French bulldog who is fixed and he is very friendly with other dogs. I also have two cats, but I have the ability to separate them from the rest of the house.

I stick to regular feeding schedules, provide plenty of playtime and walks, and give lots of love and attention. When I’m caring for pets in a client’s home, I do my best to follow their routines as closely as possible, whether mealtime, walks, or bedtime, so pets feel secure and stress-free. About: Though I’m new to Rover, I've watched animals for friends, family, and employers for the past 10 years and would love to chat with you to see if I can help you with yours. As a former receptionist at an emergency vet clinic and with extensive experience with my own fur babies, I'm very aware of the health risks to both cats and dogs and have training in recognizing signs of distress. I will work with you to establish an emergency plan beforehand if you are going on extended trips. I also have experience with several vets in the area and even bringing animals to the animal chiropractor. I know that every animal's personality is unique, and routines are important for managing stress. My goal is to be that trustworthy, consistent, and dependable addition to your animal's care team. We always had multiple cats and dogs at one time in my family home growing up. They were more than my animals; they were my brothers and sisters and beloved friends. I've loved and cared for 3 of my cats and 2 of my dogs into their senior years and through medical complications. I have experience with administering medications, including insulin to cats, animals with arthritis, and care after major procedures. I currently have open availability during weekdays M-F. I'm here to provide weekday support via check-ins and walks for busy families, as well as support with home visits if you are on vacation. I do work weekends, so my availability over weekends is limited. I respect all house rules and work with you to get every detail of care, big or small. You set how many updates you’d like to receive when away, but it’s standard for me to write a document of all activity and behavior after each of my visits for you and your vet to reference at any time. I’m happy to do initial home visits to make sure care works for us both.
About: I may be new to Rover, but I’ve grown up around dogs and currently have a dog of my own, so I understand the patience, attention, and care pets need every day. I’ve also helped friends and family care for their dogs, including feeding, walking, playing, and making sure they feel comfortable while their owners are away. I also respect my client’s home and keep them updated with photos and messages for peace of mind.
About: I’ve been around animals my whole life! I grew up on a large animal farm where we had bison for 20 years. I went to college at msu Mankato for animal science. In 2016 I started working at a boarding kennel and ever since I have found my life passion of working with dogs and cats. I have 4 dogs of my own on a hobby farm. I have two springer spaniels, my rescue dog that is a chow pit bull, and recently got a golden retriever puppy. I have also been grooming dogs professionally since 2018. I know how to do anal glands, haircuts, nail trimming and buffing, ear cleaning, meds, baths, basically the whole works! I am currently available pretty much everyday for drop ins, walks, feeding, meds, and to give love to your fur babies! Even last minute I’m available I offer drop in at your house, I can do over nights if needed, I also can pets to appointments if needed. I do have experience with aggressive dogs as well. I have a fully enclosed 7 foot tall fenced in yard as well

About: My love for animals goes well back to when I was 4 or 5 and I was in charge of letting our neighbors dog out while they were on vk. (my mom was really there ;)) I always loved the 2 cats we had I'm sure but my love started growing for all animals when I took on that letting the neighbors pets out. Through highschool I volunteered when I could at the animal shelter a couple cities over and dreamed about owning my own training and boarding facility when I graduated. Well life pushed me into college and a career and 10 plus years later here I am with a degree I don't want a career in.... I'm going back to my dreams and would love for your dogs to be a part of the start of it! I have 3 fur babies of my own a cat and two dogs! All three rescues and loving life! My love is animals so all my spare time goes to fostering and volunteering for ruffstart along with taking care of others furbabies. All pets deserve lots of love but discipline when needed. I believe in positive reinforcement but some pups need a little more guidance and a shorter leash than others.. I plan on following owners directions and requests but offer guidance if wanted or needed. If all you want me to do is let your fur babies out and spoil them rotten I would absolutely love doing that! For boarding and doggy daycare I have an older resident dog so we can only take laid back submissive dogs for now. We do habe the capability to separate if she needs a break. We have a big Shepard mix that loves to play with everyone at only 3 years old!
