“Ruby was great with our dog, Pickles. This was our/his first Rover experience and we couldn’t be happier. He returned to us tired so think he had some fun! We recommend and hope Ruby is available for our upcoming needs.”

“Krista was great! She was flexible and sent cute updates. Finn came home a relaxed, happy boy. It looked like he had so much fun with her dogs! I’d definitely recommend to anyone looking for a responsible, reliable sitter. We hope to have Finn stay with Krista every time we’re in the area!”

“There is not enough things to say about my dogs stay with Mike and Nicki. From drop off to pick up the communication was great, and I knew my dog was in good hands with all the exercise he was getting and pictures I got throughout the stay. I would recommend them to anyone and will be looking for them next time I need a dog sitter in the area!”
“Elizabeth is awesome! She was so patient and kind with my really nervous dog and went above and beyond to communicate with me and problem-solve as my pup presented her with some unforeseen challenges. I can’t imagine that there’s a better dog caregiver out there.”

I have a special place in my heart for Senior dogs... my senior Bichon gave me so much love and caring experiences to share with others<3

“Shaelie was amazing once again. She is so attentive and patient with my bunny, always communicating well and takes lots of photos which I love. I know my bunny enjoys her visits while I am away.”

“Grace was kind and generous with our cat Patches. He appreciated the extra pets and human contact while his favorite person was away. Being able to stay in his home to look out his favorite window and sit on his favorite blanket has been a nice change from his traditional boarding. The stay home option would not be available without our cat sitter! We appreciate you, Grace!”

“Daina did drop in visits for our cats while my husband and I were away on vacation. When she came over for the meet and greet she was very friendly and genuinely seemed to bond with our pets! During her visits she fed our cats, cleaned the litter box, and gave our fur babies all of the love and attention they needed. Daina also sent many pictures as well as a daily updates. When we came home from vacation we found a box of treats she had bought for our cats (so sweet!) We will definitely be thinking of Daina during future vacations and would recommend her to other people looking for a pet sitter. Thanks again Daina!”

About: I've had cats pretty much my whole life. For the longest time, I preferred them over dogs! However, I'm to the point in my life where I love both dogs and cats equally. 🥰 When I worked at Ames Pet Resort in Ames, IA, they offered lodging for cats so I took care of many different kitties. From mean, to anxious, to super lovey dovey ones! I've also given them their medicines, though needles are a little tough for me with cats... but I'm very willing to learn! I currently have my own house cat and she's my little baby. 🥰 She loves to snuggle with me right away in the morning and right before bed. I got her from a farm down in Iowa and it took her a few days to get used to me and my dog, but once she was used to us, she was following us around the apartment everywhere! And now that I live in a house, she has a whole house to explore and a new kitty to play with! After I got Athena, I got her spayed and updated on her shots. She didn't like taking her medicine, but she let me do it anyway, which I was super thankful for at the time since I worked a lot at the time. I love to play with her whenever I get the chance, and my dog often joins us in play time. ❤️

About: Hello! My name is Liz and I am a lover of animals of all kinds. They are the joy of my life. I have cared for pups since I was young. In my adult life, I adopted the most beautiful little pomeranian, my Remy. He was a senior dog when I adopted him and came with many special needs. I have experience with giving multiple medications, cooking speciality meals, and hand feeding 4 times/day. My little guy even had to be held and burped like a little baby! I am deeply caring, gentle, and warm with all animals. I love taking them on long walks, playing puzzle games and fetch, bringing them on stroller rides, swimming at the lake, and going for car ride adventures. I work very hard to keep my little fur babies engaged, joyfilled, and calm. After losing my little boy Remy in July, I would really appreciate being able to carry that love over to your own special furry, feathered, or scaly family member. It would be a joy for me to help care for your loved one. I am currently the most available that a person could be. Caring for your special family members is my job, and my passion. You name the day and time, I will make it happen. I have a wonderful little home in town with a large yard. I do not have a fenced in yard, however, I live right near miles of walking trails. My home is clean, calm, and welcoming, with lots of sunbathed, cozy places to nap. If you would like me to visit your loved one in your home, I will always be diligent about following house rules. I am respectful, courteous, and conscientious.
About: I've always had a connection to animals since childhood. My family had a small hobby farm growing up and I would spend my free time reading out by the chickens, batting a softball for my lab-spaniel mix to fetch or laying in the grass with my guinnea pig and rabbit. I volunteered with Adopt-A-Pet animal rescue for eight years in many capacities including foster mom. Besides pet sitting, I've also worked in the Petsmart grooming salon and have a grooming certification. I've worked as an animal caretaker on several organic farms and have the skills necessary to petsit animals considered farm animals. I have a calm demeanor about me which animals sense and quickly feel comfortable around me. I also have the patience it takes to work well with animals. I value good communication, honesty, diligence, punctuality and quality care.
“Chris and Ashley were great! Archie was tuckered out and had so much fun playing. They were open about anything we had questions about and listened to our concerns as Archie can be a LOT to some, but they handled him so well. We'll be back for sure!”

“Buddy really enjoyed his time at Diane's-- She did an excellent job with him across the 4 days. She was communicative, sent photos and flexible with drop-off and pickup times. A perfect option for a few dog free days while visiting the Crosslake area. Will definitely reach out to her again!”

About: I've had a dog since I was five. We got her from a cabin up North who was not a breeder. From the moment we got her to the moment she passed, she was my puppy. I taught her all the tricks she knew, I walked her, I did everything with her. She was 15 years old when she passed two falls ago. My family now just got a puppy during Covid. Again, when I am living at home (not at school), she's my dog. My fiancé and I moved to Pequot Lakes in April 2023. We now have a Springer Spaniel puppy named Maverick, who will be 2 in April. I work in Crosby, but I am out the door early in the morning and typically back by 3:30 pm. I could do a really early morning visit, but the afternoon/evenings would fit my schedule better during the week. Otherwise, I work from home on Fridays and the weekends my schedule is more open. When I go for walks, I ALWAYS make sure I have poop bags with me as I hate when people don't pick up after their dogs. I'm not afraid to pick up after dogs!
About: I’ve taken care of pets since I was 4. I’ve had dogs, cats, and other small creatures. I do well with grooming, bathing, walks, and car rides. I’m currently doing online college. Plenty of access to walk and shade, and beds! Big or small
About: My family and I love pets! We would love to have your dog stay with us and enjoy all the comforts of home! We have children who are sure to give your pet loads of extra attention. I am a (mostly) stay-at-home mom! This means your pet will have near constant companionship while in our care. They will be loved, cared for, and treated as a member of the family. We have a fenced in yard and go for a lot of walks! Your pet will be hanging out with a family, not left alone in a kennel.
About: I have been surrounded by dogs my whole life and now have a german shepherd and blue heeler of my own that keeps life exciting with play and training. I am currently working part time from home so I have plenty of time to care for others pets and am available most days for care such as dog walking, pop-ins, or all day care! I have my own fur babies, a gentle giant german shepherd and a blue heeler and do training with them daily. We have 40 acres so they get plenty of exercise and play time. I keep many different toys and treats in the home for rewards! I am a animal lover and treat my pets like my kids!

About: Because I believe pets are family, I will treat your animals like mine….like family or children! So excited to meet new friends! Humans are cool too I guess! It will be just me checking in with your pet even though I mention my husband. I have a job where I can set my own schedule, so I’m pretty flexible. I start work at 3 so I have all day to tend to your pet. The latest I will ever be at work is til 8pm. I may be away on weekends for sporting events, but still reach out to see if I will be away all day. We have 3 dogs and a baby and no fenced yard so we would not board anymore animals. But as far as taking care of animals in your home, I will greet them and give them all the loves they are missing. I will tend to their needs, if you have a fenced yard I will play with them outside if not I will play with them inside being careful of surroundings. I will take your dogs on walks or cats if they like it! I will take your pet on a car ride to get them out too if you want. My pets love it!
About: I’ve been around and taken care of pets since I was a child. I have experience with animals with health issues as well, so that’s no problem! I also volunteered at the Morrison County Humane Society in high school. I’m a college student during the school year and do not have a full time job. I pick up hours as the weeks go on, so pet care is a perfect opportunity to let me be productive while also loving it. I will not care for animals in my home as I live in an apartment complex. I will gladly come to your home and travel within my area.

About: I have adored animals for as long as I can remember. Over the years, I've had the privilege of caring for dogs of all sizes, cats, birds, and fish! I'm committed to providing the same level of love and care for others that I provide for my own pet, a wonderfully wiggly cocker spaniel. I received two degrees from the University of Nebraska; a Bachelor of Science in Fisheries and Wildlife, and a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish. Two of my favorite activities include spending time outside, and giving lots of love to animals. I am currently working to build a strong client base and have lots of time to play, walk, or keep your pet company. Have any questions? Ask away! I can accommodate your preferences- whether that's providing company, playing, exercising, or doing some scent work exercises to work your pooch's brain! The safety of your pet is my number one priority. On walks, I practice situational awareness and always keep an eye out for off-leash dogs or other potential hazards.
“Elizabeth is wonderful! We recently booked her for the first time, and she was so patient and gentle with our somewhat timid dog. Finley warmed up to her quickly & had the best time! Elizabeth is very professional- great communication and we loved the cute pics of our dog. We highly recommend her!”

About: I grew up with dogs and love being around them. I have also been a cat sitter multiple times. I have a flexible schedule due to the fact I am a college student. I have class early during the week but majority end before noon. I love spending time with animals and will complete the cares necessary for each furry friend leaving the environment clean and safe for your animal.

About: Hi! I’m a caring and reliable pet sitter with a real love for animals. I currently work at The Babinski Foundation, where I’ve learned a lot about taking care of pets with all kinds of personalities, needs, and behaviors. Working there has given me a lot of experience and knowledge about how to keep animals safe, happy, and healthy. As a pet sitter, I treat every pet like they’re my own. I take the time to get to know each one and make sure they feel loved, comfortable, and cared for. What makes me different is how much I truly care about animals and how much I enjoy spending time with them. I always give pets lots of attention, patience, and kindness. I want them to feel at home with me and to know they’re in good hands. As a pet sitter I go above and beyond to provide personalized care for each pet I look after. What sets me apart as a pet sitter is my genuine love and empathy for animals. I treat each pet as if they were my own, showering them with affection, attention, and patience. I strive to create a bind of trust and companionship with every pet, making sure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved in my care.
About: I have had at least one dog to take care of since I was 10 years old, and my extended family has always had numerous additional dogs. I feed, give water to, and entertain multiple dogs, of multiple sizes, on a daily basis. I have been responsible for a variety of breeds, as well as both indoor dogs and outdoor farm dogs. Raising sheep and working on horse/cattle farms throughout my middle and high school years has taught me how to care for all kinds of animals, big and small. I am currently waiting to ship out for Navy boot camp, so my schedule is very flexible and I’m available most days of the week. If overnight care is needed, my roommates are able to look after my dogs, which allows me to stay with pets for extended periods when required. I care for pets based on what they need most. Sometimes that means simply being there to keep them company, letting them out, feeding them, and spending time playing or relaxing with them. Other times it can mean giving a little extra attention and monitoring for pets who need more care.

I have also administered medications including insulin. I also have 2 cats and my kids have a guinea pig, rabbit, and bearded dragon. I also volunteer/foster dogs for a local rescue. I work part time at the kennel, so availability does vary depending on the week. Daily my pups get fed twice and let out as often as needed. I have a 6ft privacy fenced yard to keep the pups safe. Including a "safety square" to prevent the pups from escaping one of the gates. As far as your home, I will be able to accommodate whatever your safety measures are for your home
About: i have dog sat for multiple people and love all dogs/ cats. i have experience with puppies and also older dogs. i would prefer to not have the dog be aggressive if possible. i have also taken care of a couple cats and would feel comfortable doing that also! Right now i am working around 30 hours a week but i work during the day so i’ll be able to let them out and i don’t work full 8 hour shifts so they wouldn’t be home alone too long! I will make sure to follow all the instructions you give me while taking care of your pets, because i know they’re your family and i wouldn’t want anything to happen to them.
About: I had a dog growing up for several years where I not only took care of, but she was also my friend and companion! Growing up with a dog was a good responsibility and taught me how to care for something else. I’m currently in occupational therapy school and I have a month and a half break where I am looking to earn some extra cash! I would be available on weekdays or weekends. I will create a safe, and trusting environment for your pet while providing tailored care specifically to your own pet. I want to provide a comfortable environment and build rapport with your pet. Meeting up with your pet prior before providing pet care will ensure this safe environment.
“It is not fair!! My dog sits on a chair by the front window looking out for Daina now. Everything was more than one could ever expect! I would say I recommend her highly except then I worry she will get too busy to see Jasper when I need that :-) Definitely a 5 Star Review all the way!!”

About: Rised on a hobby farm so grew up with all sorts of animals. My very own puppy came to me when i was 12 years old and have had a fur baby pretty much since. Have had some training in puppy classes and obedience. Have work with Bark Busters of the Twin Cities. Over the last 6 plus years I have joined a pet service company based out of the Twin Cities who specialize in doggy day care, dog walks, pet sitting for vacation clients in their home and also in our home. Pets come first. Working from home gives us the flexibility to care for your pets 24/7. Plenty of exercise, play time and of course scratches and love time. When pets come into our home we treat them as if they are our own. Currently the big back yard is not fenced in, however that will be changing very soon. In the meantime we will be going on more walks and being outside with your pets on a leash. We have one furbaby, and he is definitely a spoiled baby. If for some reason our pets do not get along, we will have a separation for our pets to keep all safe and yet still make sure that your pet feels like they are at their 2nd home. About: I’ve worked with dogs for the past 7 years of my career. Have done dog sitting for the last 4 years. My current job is with animals. Can’t wait to meet your fur babies! I work full time but have one day off a week and have weekends off. Will stay in your house and can take them hiking or for walks. I prefer to care for your pets in your home where they are most comfortable in their environment. Take them for walks and play with them however they like.

About: I’ve owned dogs for the last 26 years. From car rides, to hide and seek and tug of war games and cuddling, they were spoiled! About: Lifelong animal experience – I’ve cared for animals my entire life, not just as a job but as a way of life. • Real dog-owner perspective – With 2 dogs of my own, I understand routines, energy levels, training reinforcement, and emotional needs. • Calm, patient care – Great for shy, anxious, senior, or high-energy dogs who need consistency and understanding. • Individualized attention – I don’t do “one-size-fits-all” care. Walks, play, feeding, and downtime are tailored to your dog. • Trust & reliability – I show up on time, follow instructions closely, and communicate clearly so you can relax while you’re away. • Home-style love – Your dog is treated like family, not a booking. Hi! I’m Shelbie, a lifelong animal lover with experience caring for dogs and cats of all personalities. I live in a peaceful rural area with plenty of space for play, walks, and safe adventures. Your furry friend will get the love, attention, and care they deserve while you’re away! Dog Boarding (In My Home – Female Dogs Only) For the safety and comfort of all pets in my care, I only board female dogs. My Australian Shepherd has a strong personality, and keeping our home harmonious means I cannot accept male dogs. Female pups are always welcome, and they’ll receive lots of love, playtime, and cuddles in a safe, home environment. I work full-time from 8–5, but I’m happy to stop by during my lunch break for local drop-ins to take your sweet guy or girl out for a potty break, walk, or some love. I’m available after 5 PM, all day on Wednesdays, and all weekends. I’m reliable, flexible, and always happy to work with your pet’s routine whenever possible. I care for pets with patience, consistency, and lots of love—whether in my home or yours. While I don’t have a yard yet, I live close to a dog park and provide plenty of walks, playtime, and mental stimulation to keep dogs happy and exercised. I follow your pet’s normal routine as closely as possible, including feeding schedules, potty breaks, walks, play, and downtime. Safety and comfort always come first, and I make sure pets get individual attention, affection, and enrichment. In your home, I respect your space while ensuring your pet feels secure and relaxed in their familiar environment. I’m attentive, reliable, and treat every pet as if they were my own.
About: I've had dogs in the house since I was a little girl! My boys really love dogs and have just as much energy! I want your pet to leave happy and ready to come back again! I am available on weekends, I am available on week days in the evening also. I just need to know your pets routine and can adjust as needed. I have plenty of space to walk your pet outside and can take them out as many times as needed. Our Rex sleeps with the kiddos and a wonderful snuggler and we love all this kisses and anuggles.
About: Animals have always been apart of my life growing up my parents bred English mastiff and pugs. I showed dogs in 4-H for 4 years and it really helped me amass so much knowledge. I have extensive experience with senior dogs and they hold a very special place in my heart. With us your senior will be in the best of hands. I don’t have a regular 9-5 so most of my day is spent home with the pups. I have my dogs on a specific feeding/potty schedule but I am very flexible to make your pup feel as comfortable as possible. I like to think I treat them as one of my one while keeping in mind if the owner has and rules or requests of their own.
