About: I have taken care of pets for as long as I can remember. I have experience with dogs, cats, hamsters, rabbits, and fish. I like to make sure the animal is having as much fun as I am. I am currently job hunting until I start college during the second semester so I am free all hours. I can update you as often as you want about your pets. Every hour to once a day it's up to you. I have job shadowed at a vet clinic a few times so I put the animals safety first. I won't pressure or force your animal to do something they don't want. This means that I will spend time with them so they trust me to attach a lesh to go outside. I don't prefer to handle animals at night because they tend to be more cautious but I can if needed.

I have lived my entire life with at least one animal in the house and I have been dog sitting on and off since high school. I am certified in three years of dog training and currently live with my lovely cat, London. I’ve never met a pet that I haven’t loved, and past employers would describe me as dependable, easy-going, and kind. Now that I am starting school again, my hours of availability have become a bit slim. About: I absolutely love dogs of all breeds. I am very familiar with the “bully breeds”, and larger breed dogs. I love cuddles and exploring, playing with toys, and meeting new friends at doggy parks. Working from home allows me to not have to leave your babies home alone for more than a couple of hours if I need to do errands. My 12yr old loves all animals and is willing to keep your babies active or relax and lay around. We can be a very active household, but we like to have a relax day here and there as well. Our favorite time of day is walking or running outdoors. We are pleased to have any age dog around! When your pup is with me, they will be loved and treated as if they have been in the home with us their entire life. I currently work from home so have plenty of flexibility. We have a big yard with plenty of pup toys, we are very observant and make sure everyone is doing good at all times. I am a dog trainer as well so know a lot of different skills to work with most dogs.

About: I’m recently retired and have had dogs all my life, since being 7 years old. I had to put my last fur baby to sleep in January 2026 and will be traveling over the next few years so don’t want to get another right now, and really miss having a doggo around! I used Rover quite a bit when I had dogs so would love to pay it forward and help someone else. Plus then I hopefully will get my fix of dogs! I’m currently very flexible, having just retired. I usually walk first thing in the morning and then after dinner with our British lab, Lilly. Live in Madison Lake but willing to drive to Mankato or St. Peter, for pet sitting or dog walking. About: I work remotely in marketing full time. We’re very grateful to have a nice home with a wonderful, large, fenced-in backyard that allows the dogs to go potty in and explore (bark!). My availability and hours are very flexible and the dogs are rarely left alone or kenneled, they are free to roam the house, I just close doors as necessary. I have never owned a dog of my own, I just grew up around dogs and cats. Mainly and most recently, it was a sisters two dogs our family spent the most time around: Gibbs (15 lb., 13 yr old, male Jack Russell Terrier & Beagle mix) and Zero (65 lb., 5 yr old, male Standard Poodle). I would basically Rover for her and her husband, which including giving the senior, anxiety-ridden dog meds (he didn’t enjoy, he would spit them up). We enjoyed being outdoors and evening walks around the neighborhood and having them a part of our family. They have then since moved to the West coast with their dogs. I work remotely and am blessed with the work-life balance it offers. I have an energetic elementary school-aged daughter. She's an empath and truly cares for all animals wellbeing! She's deeply concerned about any discomfort or distress. We have a dog-friendly orange cat named Buddy (4). He's fed first thing in the AM and enjoys chin scratches. He stays nearby me in my office or does his own thing. My daughter buses to and from school and I take a hour lunch at noon, then am done at 5 PM and we go about our evening routine. Dogs go out every few hours (sliding patio door) to the fenced in yard or when they signal me. Right in the morning and before bed. I try to get as much activity in for us as possible, especially on decent weather days. We utilize a nearby parks, dog park and walking trails in our community. Having the dogs here really motivate me to go for more walks, the dogs love them and I appreciate the eager walking company. I also live with my younger sister (23). She works full time 2 jobs as a CNA/retail, isn't home much but does help me care for the dogs, such as a short walk around the block. Our home is a 4 bed, 3 level split with a finished basement. It has a large secure, fully-fenced in yard and the property has 11 trees. Garage is attached. We all sleep in the upstairs bedrooms which is also where my office is. I have 2 litter boxes for my cat, one in garage that he prefers. The other is in the basement bathroom, where I can keep the door shut (Ive caught sisters dog eating litter covered turds). Our neighborhood is very safe and quiet. I have a reflective sash I wear out at night (this summer I was nearly ran over by an SUV when it was dark). The dogs usually sleep on the floor in my room and it's OK if they sleep on the bed, I am not concerned about fur. If the dog stinks, I can give them a bath either downstairs in the wash tub or upstairs in the bathtub. If they stay longer and start to stink, I will bathe them, because everyone feels better after a bath.

I have grown up with a fear reactive dog, so I have experience with reading dog’s body language and reacting accordingly.
About: I have grown up with two lovely pups in my house. I helped taking care of them and even helped in training our hunting dog! I love being around animals and especially dogs. I am currently a college student I go to school at the university of Minnesota state Mankato. I am majoring in sports management with a minor in marketing. Moving back to college means I’m away from my dog at home. I am not ready to commit to getting a dog of my own due to living in an apartment, but I wanted the opportunity to be around dogs. So, that’s when I found rover and thought it would be perfect for someone like me! I give a lot of attention to the dogs and of course love to take them on long walks as I am quite active myself.

About: I have fostered any age dog for 3 years! Have a dog of my own for 10 and grew up on a farm with many dogs and cats. Also going to school for a vet tech. I can take on a couple dogs or cats any day of the week. Someone is always home. Have 7 people in the house with 4 adults and 3 teens. I have a fenced yard and a dog friend to play with. Also have 6 other people i. My home to help out. Am very good at calming animals and have reiki experience with animals.
About: Hi! My name is Sage and I specialize in animal caretaking and welfare. I have lived my entire life with at least one animal in the house and I have been dog sitting on and off since high school. I am certified in three years of dog training and currently live with my lovely cat, London. I’ve never met a pet that I haven’t loved, and past employers would describe me as dependable, easy-going, and kind. Now that I am starting school again, my hours of availability have become a bit slim. However, my weekends are entirely open, and I have enough time between classes to provide service to any animal who needs my attention. In my home, I live with my cat London, and four other housemates. If your animal stayed with me, they would never feel alone and would always have somebody in the house that can watch them or be there for all their needs. We have a lovely backyard full of grass, a back deck for lounging and sunbathing and a large neighborhood for daily walks. Your pet would feel like a king or queen in a castle! :)
