“Naomi took great care of my kitty, Beauford, while I was gone for a vacation. I had no worries at all and she provided detailed updates and photos of him. I would definitely book with her again!”

“Grace did a GREAT job checking in on my cat Jasmine while I was gone. She was very conscientious in assuring she was doing ok, and in her reporting to me. I will definitely look for Grace again when I plan my next trip!”

“Melissa was fantastic to work with! She was able to gain so much tryst from my cat, Sapphire, who is very shy and scared of people she doesn't know. She even went above and beyond to get my cat out of a small crawl space in our attic so she could get her medicine! Thank you so much Melissa!”

“Nancy was fantastic! She was extremely flexible and accepted the drop in visits on short notice. The picture updates she sent put my anxiety to ease. I couldn’t have asked a better person to take care of my cat while away on vacation. 10/10!”

“Shaelie was amazing once again. She is so attentive and patient with my bunny, always communicating well and takes lots of photos which I love. I know my bunny enjoys her visits while I am away.”

“Buddy really enjoyed his time at Diane's-- She did an excellent job with him across the 4 days. She was communicative, sent photos and flexible with drop-off and pickup times. A perfect option for a few dog free days while visiting the Crosslake area. Will definitely reach out to her again!”

About: Hey there! My name is Jennifer, and I absolutely love animals! I have been lucky enough to have doggos in my home pretty much my whole life. I’ve also volunteered at rescues, so I have some experience with many different dog breeds, personalities, and temperaments. I specifically have experience with caring for short-nosed breeds, such as English and French bulldogs, pugs, etc and all that entails. Deaf dogs, senior dogs, medical dogs, puppies…. No problem! If you have to be out of the house, whether for work, vacation, or other commitments leaving your pet alone for a stretch, I’m available to make sure they get some attention and time outside while you do what you need to do! I’ll take care of your fur kiddos, so they feel loved and happy. We can go for a nice long walk to get some energy out, play fetch, or just bum around the house while I give your baby all my attention. I’ve had experience with dogs big and small, rescues who weren’t social with other dogs and needed to be walked away from other pups, giving medicine.... you name it! I’d be happy to take social dogs out to parks, or on longer stays, I’m happy to take your pup paddle boarding or kayaking if you’d like. As long as I know what you’d like for your pup, I’ll do everything in my power to make that happen. Thanks for stopping by! If my schedule is showing free, I am home and off work. Happy to swing by and help out with whatever pet care you need! I may be available other dates and times too, dependent on my work schedule. I am always cognizant of the environment when out with your pet, watching for other animals and making sure the pavement isn’t too hot in the warmer months. For the short-nosed breeds, limiting time out in the heat and making sure for plenty of water after!
About: I have a ton of experience training and caring for animals, mostly dogs, as I have 2 German Shepherds of my own. Both were trained and raised by me. I have always loved animals + taking care of them, and I also volunteer at a Horse Rescue Ranch when I have the time. I am also going to pursue a career in Veterinary Medicine !! Right now I am busy with High School Sports, so I am not working for an actual company at the moment but I will definitely have the time after school and on weekends! :) I have taken care of many pets for people while they are away or busy. I always treat them as my own, and make sure they get enough physical exercise along with just play time and or anything else.

About: i have dog sat for multiple people and love all dogs/ cats. i have experience with puppies and also older dogs. i would prefer to not have the dog be aggressive if possible. i have also taken care of a couple cats and would feel comfortable doing that also! Right now i am working around 30 hours a week but i work during the day so i’ll be able to let them out and i don’t work full 8 hour shifts so they wouldn’t be home alone too long! About: My house is a great place for dogs to stay in the Brainerd Lakes area, I have plenty of room in the house, and have 13 acres of wooded property for them to enjoy when we go outside! ***Fall 2023 update**** I now have a fenced in backyard to utilize with pups coming over to visit! I have had a dog of my own growing up for 12 years. Currently, though I do not have any dogs. I used to volunteer part-time to train future service puppies for the blind for over 3 years. ( I have worked with 9 or 10 dogs in the Leader Dog for the Blind program) I have a flexible schedule, and I'm always willing to figure out a solid plan with potential people who need a sitter for their awesome furry friends. I am capable of working and looking after dogs with medical needs as well :). I have worked in probation, law enforcement, corrections, and mental health for over 11 years now. I am a very energetic person who enjoys exercising, and enjoy bringing dogs for walks. I have been on Rover for 4 years I enjoy traveling the world in my free time. ***I respond to requests generally within 10 minutes*** I have a pretty flexible schedule so I will do my best to assist with whatever drop off or pick up time you may have :). I now have a fenced in area in my backyard. My driveway is about a 1/4 mile from my house to the road so traffic is not a concern. I can crate if requested.
About: Rised on a hobby farm so grew up with all sorts of animals. My very own puppy came to me when i was 12 years old and have had a fur baby pretty much since. Have had some training in puppy classes and obedience. Have work with Bark Busters of the Twin Cities. Over the last 6 plus years I have joined a pet service company based out of the Twin Cities who specialize in doggy day care, dog walks, pet sitting for vacation clients in their home and also in our home. Pets come first. Working from home gives us the flexibility to care for your pets 24/7. Plenty of exercise, play time and of course scratches and love time. When pets come into our home we treat them as if they are our own. Currently the big back yard is not fenced in, however that will be changing very soon. In the meantime we will be going on more walks and being outside with your pets on a leash. We have one furbaby, and he is definitely a spoiled baby. If for some reason our pets do not get along, we will have a separation for our pets to keep all safe and yet still make sure that your pet feels like they are at their 2nd home. We will customized your home habits as you request. Crated as needed or want by our clients.
About: I have had at least one dog to take care of since I was 10 years old, and my extended family has always had numerous additional dogs. I feed, give water to, and entertain multiple dogs, of multiple sizes, on a daily basis. I have been responsible for a variety of breeds, as well as both indoor dogs and outdoor farm dogs. Raising sheep and working on horse/cattle farms throughout my middle and high school years has taught me how to care for all kinds of animals, big and small. I am currently waiting to ship out for Navy boot camp, so my schedule is very flexible and I’m available most days of the week. If overnight care is needed, my roommates are able to look after my dogs, which allows me to stay with pets for extended periods when required. I care for pets based on what they need most. Sometimes that means simply being there to keep them company, letting them out, feeding them, and spending time playing or relaxing with them. Other times it can mean giving a little extra attention and monitoring for pets who need more care.
