After our beloved 14-year-old Rhodesian Ridgeback passed away in January 2026, we realized just how much we missed the routine of caring for a dog. I love interacting with dogs of all shapes and sizes. Through fostering numerous puppies, I have mastered the art of leash training and high-energy play. Furthermore, because our own dog was deaf and lived to a ripe old age, we are uniquely equipped to provide gentle, specialized care for elderly or disabled dogs during drop-ins, walks, and some boarding. About: My wife and I have had paws in our house almost from day 1. Over the years we have had 6 dogs and 7 cats, all of which came on board as puppies or kittens, and they all lived long and happy lives. Currently we have 1 dog and 2 cats. I am now retired, so I have maximum flexibility to schedule sitting/walking times. The biggest competitors for my time are the grandkids, and the lawnmower in the summer and snow shovel in the winter. Our cats are indoor cats with access to a screen porch to satisfy their outdoor desires. We have used the Invisible Fence for our previous larger dogs. The client would set the requirements for care at the pet's home. I also have walking shoes and a leash for doggie exercise. I have not signed up to care for client's animals at our house.

About: I've grown up with dogs and cats, am a fur baby auntie, and live in a neighborhood that has lots of good sniffs for a furry friend. With the hybrid work style, my husband or I am home 2 days of the week and in office 3 days. This gives us a ton of flexibility to spend time with yiur fur babies! We have a 2 year old and a 4 year old who love furry friends when they're home from daycare. I take dogs out for a daily walk and I will let them out to go potty based on their needs. For cats I will change their litter box daily. For either cats or dogs, I will feed them according to their normal schedule. About: I've been caring for others pets since I was 10yo. Prissy & Ginger (a Boston Terrier & a Pug) were my first loves as I would walk my neighbors dogs for companionship when I could not have my own. As an adult, I still pet-sit for friends, most frequently a 5yo Tamaskan when his owner travels. I was a part-time vet-tech in college and work in a (human) clinic as an adult, so I understand special needs, different medications, and the roll of compassion for all conditions. I work out of the home all week, so can accomodate unique schedule needs. My home has 3 areas that a pet can be isolated from others, if needed. I also have a large (unfenced) yard for endless roaming and sniffing, and a 2nd story deck overlooking my back acre for fun and safe wildlife viewing for leisurely sunny afternoons. I'm around my home most times while I work out of the home. Unique schedules can be easily managed, and special dietary or medical needs tended to. In boarding other peoples pets, I do my best to keep their usual routine to maximize their comfort and minimize stress while mom/dad are away. I have several spaces that can be closed off for isolation if needed for care, sleeping or feeding separately, or they can have the whole house to roam, if that is their preference. I have 2 leashes/tethers (40' or 20') to explore the yard and a box full of toys for chewing, pulling, fetching as needed - or bring your own favorite toys, we'll play with those!

About: Our family simply adores dogs. I personally have owned a dog for the majority of my life and have raised two puppies. My kids (13 and 11 y.o.) love dogs and dogs love them too. We have a very spacious fenced yard and my kids love playing with dogs and keeping them active in our backyard. We also take dogs for nightly walks. Our 6-year old (29lbs) cockapoo does great with dogs of her size or smaller, also with dogs that have moderate energy. She does not seem to feel too comfortable with high energy dogs and that are significantly bigger than her. We don't crate (unless your pooch prefers it) and our guest dogs will sleep with us in bed (if they want). Your furry child will feel right at home with us as we will shower him/her with love and LOTS of cuddles and will treat him/her as part of our family 🐾❤️ I work mostly from home so I'm usually available to spend time with your dog giving them the love and attention they need. We currently have a dog of our own ( 6 y.o. cockapoo) who we care for daily. She is a very friendly dog. We have a fenced back yard and one dog of our own to keep your dog company. We also walk our dog on daily basis to give her extra exercise. My 13 and 11-year old kids love playing with the dogs.

About: Howdy howdy! I currently work 36 hours per week within the disabled community. I help folks with disabilities get out into the community and discover their passions! My job is my favorite thing, and coming home to a sweet pet and - quite frankly, a bed nicer than mine, is always going to be welcomed! I spend most of my off hours training my current rescue dog and loving on my senior dog. I am a tv show connoisseur as well! I provide stability and consistency. I also do provide cuddling services if so requested by your pet. I am extremely patient and will give any dog the time they need to warm up to me - I’m a stranger! Furthermore, because our own dog was deaf and lived to a ripe old age, we are uniquely equipped to provide gentle, specialized care for elderly or disabled dogs during drop-ins, walks, and some boarding. About: In addition to owning cats and dogs my whole life, I work at an emergency vet clinic. About: I've been caring for others pets since I was 10yo. Prissy & Ginger (a Boston Terrier & a Pug) were my first loves as I would walk my neighbors dogs for companionship when I could not have my own. As an adult, I still pet-sit for friends, most frequently a 5yo Tamaskan when his owner travels. I was a part-time vet-tech in college and work in a (human) clinic as an adult, so I understand special needs, different medications, and the roll of compassion for all conditions. I work out of the home all week, so can accomodate unique schedule needs. My home has 3 areas that a pet can be isolated from others, if needed. I also have a large (unfenced) yard for endless roaming and sniffing, and a 2nd story deck overlooking my back acre for fun and safe wildlife viewing for leisurely sunny afternoons. I'm around my home most times while I work out of the home. Unique schedules can be easily managed, and special dietary or medical needs tended to. In boarding other peoples pets, I do my best to keep their usual routine to maximize their comfort and minimize stress while mom/dad are away. I have several spaces that can be closed off for isolation if needed for care, sleeping or feeding separately, or they can have the whole house to roam, if that is their preference. I have 2 leashes/tethers (40' or 20') to explore the yard and a box full of toys for chewing, pulling, fetching as needed - or bring your own favorite toys, we'll play with those!
