“I can’t say enough good things about Kayla. I have 4 cats and she makes sure to shower them each with attention. She is the most thorough, responsible, responsive, and sweet cat-sitter I’ve ever worked with. She handled giving my cat her medication like a pro. She is great about seeing to their litter. But what I love most about Kayla cat-sitting is her updates and photos she sends me (so thoughtful!)! I know my cats are safe and well taken care of with Kayla. She’s just the best!”

My building isn't the easiest to get into, and Anna had to kind of work around my roommate situation - all of which she handled with ease. I left kind of complicated instructions, and she never missed a beat! My two girls loved her care, and it took all of the stress out of my week long trip. Thank you from Sushi, Bamboo, and myself. We'll see you soon for my next vacation, tysm again :D”

“Jessie cared for our Bernese Mountain Dog for a day of dog daycare. She responded quickly to my Initial request. About: I've cared for over 15 different dog breeds since I was 10 years old, from high energy hunting dogs to cozy lap snugglers. Friends and family have trusted me with their beloved pets for years. With 8 years in animal welfare, I understand behavior and emotions, including noise fears, nervousness with new people, leash reactivity, shy/timid, resource guarding, seniors, puppies, and special needs pets. I also care for cats of all personalities independent explorers, playful toy lovers, and devoted snugglers. My goal is to give your pet a safe, loving, stress free home where they feel truly cared for while you're away. Each dog in my care receives personalized attention and love. For daycare and boarding, I limit to two dogs at a time to ensure quality care while they are in a new environment. When house sitting in your home, I can happily care for up to four dogs, keeping everyone safe, comfortable, and happy in their own home. I’m happy to provide photo updates, and our home is fully prepared for play, rest, and supervision. I’m home during the day, which allows me to provide pets with consistent attention, companionship, and enrichment. Every pet in my care enjoys a healthy balance of play, mental stimulation, walks, and quiet time to rest and recharge. Evenings are cozy and relaxed, filled with gentle supervision and snuggles, so pets feel safe, happy, and loved from morning to night. I have a fully fenced yard with secure gate locks to keep pets safe, and I’m happy to make adjustments using leads or harnesses for curious or adventurous pups. I also maintain an up-to-date list of urgent care and emergency veterinary clinics throughout the metro area for added peace of mind. Potential clients are always welcome to schedule a video home tour to see the setup and environment their pet would be in. My home allows for kenneling if needed, and I can provide large and extra large crates. I also offer separate spaces for feeding time and am located near several nearby parks for walks. For cats, I can provide a quiet, separate space if they need time to decompress. In addition to care in my home, I also offer house sitting so pets can remain comfortable in their own environment and routines. I’m located about 15 minutes from MSP Airport, which many traveling pet parents find convenient for drop-off and pick-up. Street parking is available in the area, and rideshares to the airport are typically around $20.
About: The Best Part of Both Our Days After 20+ years in the corporate design leadership world, I am soft retiring and putting my reliability, commitment and energy into helping others and bringing happiness to their pets. With 10 years of dog walking and pet sitting experience, I don’t just show up. I show up for your dog, on their terms. Every dog is different, and I believe in honoring that. Whether your pup likes to stop and sniff every inch of the sidewalk or prefers a brisk, energetic stride, I walk at their pace because a great walk isn’t about the distance, it’s about the experience. I’m comfortable walking multiple dogs at a time, making sure every single one enjoys their walk, gets the attention they deserve and takes care of their business. From the energy of a curious puppy to the gentle needs of a senior dog, I understand that every stage of life comes with its own needs and I embrace all of them with patience and care. But it doesn’t stop at the leash. I genuinely love spending quality time with dogs, whether that’s a relaxed afternoon cuddle on the couch or an enthusiastic play session with their favorite toys. “Emilie was so good to my dog, Walter. I felt really comfortable leaving her with him for the whole day. “Marisa did a great job handling three-month-old Basie’s first time away from his home and family. She even took the time to do a meet-and-greet between her dog and Basie ahead of time to make sure they would get along together. She also made sure that Basie had fun and got to do some safe exploring and socializing. I would definitely feel comfortable having her look after Basie in the future.”

“Great experience having Robert watch my pup - highly recommended, especially for a high-energy dog. Will definitely be coming to him in the future when I need someone to take care of her while I'm in Minneapolis.”

About: I've had family pets since I was a little girl which adds over 15 years of experience to my repertoire. I have cared for friends and family dogs through walks, baths, and everything in between. Most recently, my roommate and friend got a puppy who is now a full grown doggo! I have taken care of him alongside her, so know how to handle puppies as well. He is like my own dog! I work from home, and am available all day and can always find time after work and on weekends, as long as I have free time and am around on weekends. I have a great work-life balance to fit in dog-sitting and care. Feel free to ask me questions! I live in a spacious apartment in South Minneapolis, with lots of walkability near-by. There is one dog in our apartment, Arlo, who is the sweetest and easiest yellow lab. I currently house-sit regularly for one family and have lots of experience with a variety of animals, such as dogs, cats, chickens, and fish. I can also crate your dog with provided crate. I will listen to your needs and goals to make you and your dog comfy and happy!
“Karen and Ryan have been the best sitters for my puppy. He’s always so happy to go to their house. They’ve been feeding him and helping with a medical need during the day and are flexible when I’m running late from work. Would recommend them to friends and family!”

“Kelly is absolutely fantastic! I knew the first time she met with my little dog, Mabel, she was the one! Kelly came in and got down to Mabel‘s level and was so sweet with her!”

About: Hi, I'm Caitlin! Being a pet parent is special, and I genuinely understand what it means to trust someone with your pet. I lost my 15-year-old dog last year, and that kind of loss changes how you see pet care, and it's exactly why I take this seriously. Every animal in my home gets real attention, a consistent routine, and the kind of care I'd want for my own. My home is a calm, adults-only environment with a fully fenced yard to ensure safe outdoor time, and my neighborhood is a quiet tucked away pocket near Cedar Lake. While I try to board pets only from the same home, there can at times be exceptions (mostly holidays). While my main living area is on one level, there are stairs required to get into the home via the front door. I also welcome & love cats. I've been fostering through Pet Haven for over a year, so I understand what a cat actually needs in a new space (spoiler: it's not just food and good vibes), and how to introduce pets to a decompression space and other pets they are not familiar with. I keep my roster intentionally small so I can give every animal genuine attention, not assembly-line pet care. You'll get photos and updates throughout, so you can actually enjoy your time away. If you want someone who treats your pets the way you would, please send me a message! I'm currently in between jobs, which means I have maximum flexibility for mid-day walks, drop-ins, and check-ins. I only confirm stays I can genuinely support. I build the routine around the pet to the best of my ability. I'll ask you what your animal's schedule looks like at home and do my best to mirror it. I know consistency matters! I treat communication as part of the service. You won't wonder how your pet is doing. At my home: As often as possible I try to start every stay with a meet-and-greet so your pet arrives already familiar with the space and with me. I'll ask you in advance about their routine (feeding schedule, walk preferences, any quirks or triggers) and I follow it to the best of my ability. My home is calm, adults-only, and has a fully fenced yard for dogs. For cats, I set up a dedicated decompression space so they can settle in at their own pace. I typically do not take overlapping bookings unless the pets are from the same household, but there are sometimes exceptions. At your home: I follow whatever directions you leave. I'll send photo updates so you know things are normal, and I'll flag anything that seems off rather than wait until you're home. For cats especially, in-home sitting is often the lower-stress option, and after a year of fostering, I know how to read a cat who's fine versus one who isn't.
“Kiirsten was absolutely amazing with our process! She was kind, attentive, and made sure she got plenty of exercise and love. We received updates and photos, which gave us so much peace of mind. Highly recommend and will definitely book again!”

“April was wonderful! She came over quickly, with minimal warning to walk my dog. My dog loved her! April is trustworthy and friendly- I would definitely use her again!”

About: Need someone that loves your dog like you do? I can help! :) I’ve been an animal lover my whole life! I bring a calm and understanding care to every fur friend I look after. I currently dog walk a sweet 5 year old Boxer-mix weekly, but I’m excited to add more animals to my schedule. I build a bond with the pets in my care and am always looking for ways to personalize my approach to best fit their needs! -I also volunteer weekly as an animal care assistant at the Animal Humane Society! I am working part-time so I have lots of time to spend with your pet! I am available on weekdays for walks & drop-ins! I would love to meet your fur friend🐾 Making sure your pet feels comfortable is my top priority! I take the health and safety of the pet in my care very seriously. Ensuring that they receive their regular feedings times, potty breaks, medications, walks, play-time etc.! Aside from usual clean-ups (accidents/messes), I also do my best to tidy up as I go.
“Kiah has been a great weekly dog walker. We liked having a meet-and-greet prior to booking. She has great communication and accommodates for our preferences (ie: gentle leader, dog shoes, etc). We would highly recommend her services!”

“Grace is so professional, and does above and beyond the required dog walking duties. She’s stepped in during off times, dropped off a “sample” to the vet’s office, and is giving my pup, needed training. She’s the best!”

About: I have had dogs and cats my entire life. I have also helped raise and care for other people's pets. I would be happy to take your dog on walks, potty breaks or for overnights. I can also visit your cat and give it love and attention when you're away. We have a 16lb dog ourselves who is very dog friendly. I work from home so I am available any day from 8am - 7pm for walks or potty breaks. If your dog prefers running we can talk about running as an option! I have a fenced in yard with a fence high enough for small and medium sized dogs. Our 16lb 5 yr old dog is very dog friendly.
“Iris was fantastic! She was able to help out last minute, even though we had never met before, and she immediately put me at ease. She showed up right on time, took great care of Tussey, and sent plenty of pictures during the walk. It was such a relief knowing Tussey was in good hands. Highly recommend and will definitely book with her again!”

I ensure pets are fed on schedule, have clean water, and receive appropriate exercise through walks or playtime. For dogs, I ensure they get plenty of outdoor time and mental stimulation, and for cats, I make sure their litter boxes are kept clean and they are given affection and entertainment. I always prioritize safety and comfort, creating a calm, welcoming environment for the pets I care for. I also follow any specific instructions provided by the pet owner to ensure the pet feels at ease while in my care.

“Vida seemed very happy and at least slightly tired (not an easy feat for an 8 month old vizsla!) when I got home. It looked like she had a good time with Laura, and I was happy that I was kept in the loop! We'll definitely be repeat customers.”

About: I have had dogs and cats in my life since i was born. i trained my dog since she was 10 weeks and she wound up having very good recall and other skills like “touch” and “kennel”. she crossed the rainbow bridge 2 years ago and i’ve been needing some dog time since. she was very reactive and anxious at times so i have a very firm grasp on dog body language, and how to make them feel safe and comfortable. i have experience with dogs of all shapes and sizes and am always happy to help with training and maintaining skills. I work night shift in the ER so depending on the day I’m either sleeping during the day or up later in the day. On my days off i’m usually free between 12pm and 11pm. On the days I work I’m free usually between 4pm and 9pm. I work every other weekend and alternating weekdays. I love making any pets feel comfortable and safe, and I do this by paying attention to their body language and the messages they’re sending me. I make sure my pets are well fed, well exercised, and feeling content with their living situation.

I cannot recommend him enough 😃 Our dog, Archie, had a great time staying with him and got lots of love, attention, and walkies 🐾 Robert sent such fun updates, pictures, and videos that we loved getting and made us smile so much while away from our little guy 🤍 We will definitely be booking with him anytime we need to board Archie again in the future. I would give him 10 stars if I could ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“If I could leave greater than 5 stars, I would. I cannot express my appreciation for the pet sitting services and communication of Oleksandr and his family enough. Oleksandr and his family cared for our puppy (11months old) for over 2 weeks and maintained regular and ongoing contact with descriptions of the day and many pictures everyday. Our puppy was given a daily routine of walks, play, quiet and caretaking time. Our puppy was so active and loved the entire time she was there, she was hesitant to come back home with us! Truly a great family who are gifted at caring for dogs who are away from home.”

“Our older dog, Yoda, had a great time with Allie P. and her dog. I knew Allie would be a good match for Yoda right away. We really appreciated the pictures and check-ins during our trip. I would absolutely book with Allie P again.”
