So trust is a big deal for our Harlow. He can be super submissive and sad when kenneled or boarded. They made our gentle boy so at home he even ate and drank. He has refused to do so with other sitters and huge sign he felt safe! He followed them everywhere, watched some football, took naps…so all his favorite things. “Our dog Sue is 12 1/2 years old. She is a senior rescue and goes everywhere with us. But while I but I was having surgery at Mayo Clinic, we needed to find someplace for her. jennifer and Scott’s beautiful home with a fenced yard was a home away from home. Sue was allowed free roam and not required to be in a kennel or crate. She was not left on her own. They do doggie daycare and Sue loved having the other dogs around during the day and then her own space at night. They updated us with photos. It was as good as it gets and I was grateful knowing she was n a good place where she was safe and part of the family.”

About: I am a 2020 graduate of the University of Minnesota Twin Cities and work as an organic farmer. Rover helps me to earn money for myself during the off season when work dies down. I grew up around dogs/cats of all kinds my whole life and have previous experience with dog sitting for friends while they were away on trips. I’ve also volunteered at my local animal shelter, where I spent time caring for and walking both dogs and cats. You don’t need to worry about traveling, as I have my own vehicle to travel. Because I work part time at a clinic, I’m available only afternoons and nights during the week. However, I'm available all day during the weekends. If you need a sitter, I would be unavailable to take them to my own house, but can stop in/stay at your place. Caring for an pet greatly depends on the pet themselves and the owner's desires. I love to play and be active with the animals if allowed. If a pet is older and doesn't like to be active for long, I enjoy just spending the quality time so they aren't lonely while their owner is away. About: Dogs, cats and birds have always been a part of my life. As a child, we even had a pet crow named Butch! I work from home so your fur or feather baby won’t be left alone. My last two dogs passed away after months of battling cancer. My siberian husky had nasal cancer and my papillion had lymphoma. I have experience providing palliative care for dogs that are not feeling well and probably need extra love and attention. Currently, my resident dog is a foster failure named Peppy. Occasionally, I will have a foster dog in addition to my resident dog. I would disclose that information before booking. I currently work from home and my schedule is very flexible. After work, I walk my dog either around the neighborhood or we go to Red Cedar trail or to a park in town. I can easily crate your dog if you request it but it’s ok if he/she sleeps wherever. My dog freaks out in a crate (he was a breeder release) so he sleeps wherever he chooses. He is very gentle and has no teeth so I will not care for any aggressive dog.

Did a great job sending me updates during the process and my cat warmed up to her super quickly. I live with my girlfriend who’s passion is all critters wildlife and domestic. She loves dogs and has had a beloved rescue pit bull and border collie. No little children will be around, just two cats so any dog’s must be cat friendly. We have large out door kennel with doggy door open to the house. Our cat’s enjoy sitting out there in the summer. I am home and available all day and can’t wait to hear from you! My girlfriend and I share pet sitting duties. We both work part time so have plenty of time to give your pet’s lots of care. Pet’s get loving care and are allowed on the furniture, get timely potty breaks and walks. We have a large deck with tie out for safety. Rarely used is a large kennel with doggy door open to the back porch. We treat the pet’s like they are our own.

About: I've taken care of all my friends and family's pets. Everyone relies on me to make sure proper care of their animals are taken. I go above and beyond of what is asked. I am available any day Monday through Sunday between the hours of 7am to 9pm. However,, I am more than flexible for certain circumstances though. About: I have two dogs and two cats. I have raised two puppies and rescued MANY cats- I clean daily and all of my animals are up to date on everything and get their teeth brushed for bed time. I take pride in caring for your animal the way you would. My animals love to play and I plan on building a dog washing station outside this summer. We have had big german shorthairs, as well as miniature schnauzers so I’m accommodating to any size dog, and can easily take care of them. About: I have always had an animal in my house since birth. I don’t know what life would be like without a fur baby. About: Dogs, cats and birds have always been a part of my life. As a child, we even had a pet crow named Butch! I work from home so your fur or feather baby won’t be left alone. My last two dogs passed away after months of battling cancer. My siberian husky had nasal cancer and my papillion had lymphoma. I have experience providing palliative care for dogs that are not feeling well and probably need extra love and attention. Currently, my resident dog is a foster failure named Peppy. Occasionally, I will have a foster dog in addition to my resident dog. I would disclose that information before booking. I currently work from home and my schedule is very flexible. After work, I walk my dog either around the neighborhood or we go to Red Cedar trail or to a park in town. I can easily crate your dog if you request it but it’s ok if he/she sleeps wherever. My dog freaks out in a crate (he was a breeder release) so he sleeps wherever he chooses. He is very gentle and has no teeth so I will not care for any aggressive dog.
About: I have taken care of kittens, puppies, dogs. I have also trained my dog when I was younger when she was a puppy. I’m just here to help. If there’s anything I can do please let me know. I do not have a fenced yard but I do have a big play pen fence for playing or training if we’re outside, also I have a big garage with a little fence outside for a potty. About: I can walk, doggy-sit during evenings and weekends. Prior military knows how difficult it is to trust others to care for your dog. Always a concern of mine when I had to go away for any period of time and so am empathetic to that type of worry and concerns. I can also offer overnights, my home or yours, and negotiable for longer periods. I grew up with dogs so am not intimidated by even the large types, but will need to overnight at your home if the dog is over 40lbs. I have a small female franchie that loves other dogs, cats and people. I work from home most days so can have your dog at my place while you work or are out. My frenchie goes out every 4-5 hours, working from home makes that more convenient. If your dog needs to go out more often it is no problem. My dog is also not allowed to have food constantly, she is fed 3 times a day and sometimes a treat or two, mainly to control her allergies. I have an apartment, the bedroom has carpet but the rest of the apartment does not so I keep my frenchie out of bedroom due to her allergies. If you have a dog with allergies I am familiar with medications and anything else you might need. I have 6 years of experience specific to the bully breed and 10 years or more with other breeds. I prefer that you can drop your dog off with me but can discuss if you need me to pick them up. I also can only take one animal at a time daily.

About: I’ve always had dogs since I was young. I have walked, fed, administered medication and cared for many dogs throughout my life. I absolutely love every moment I get to spend with them. I typically work from 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM on weekdays. I am available for walks that would end at 7 and anytime in the afternoon/evenings. I have an immense respect and love for all animals, especially dogs. I am also a responsible owner and caretaker and will put the safety, comfort and happiness of each pup I work with above all else.
