Every pet I've ever watched I try to mimic their home behavior so there are no bad habbits learned. If they aren't allowed on the couch at home. I wont let them here. If they are working on commands I will use your verbiage and hopefully return them to you more trained then when they came! If you want them to have the best time ever and be on vaca too, I can absolutely do that as well with beach days and sleeping in, on my bed! I want your pet to feel happy and loved while you're away and I can always provide pictures and video's too if you'd like! I have had a lot of experience with dog behaviors, training and medications and am always willing to learn. I chose to do Rover because I no longer wanted to leave my older dog… then COVID happened and I lost all 4 of my hospitality jobs so I chose to watch dogs full time! About: I taught my cat how to sit! He probably forgot by now but I still feel accomplished haha! I’m comfortable doing nail clippings with cats who aren’t overly aggressive, as mine get clipped regularly at home.
About: My family always had pets growing up, I've taken care of dogs, cats, fish, ginuea pigs, and even a few bearded dragons. I've also pet sat for friends, family, and neighbors! I've raised a couple kittens into adulthood too! I currently work throught the week during the day, but my availability opens up at about 5pm. My weekends are usually pretty open. I'm always happy to be flexible whenever possible. The cats I've brought up from kittens ended up affectionate and playful. My current cat is a rescue, due to having a rough early life she ended up extremely shy and anxious, she's taught me a lot about interacting with cats, and more generally animals, that are cautious of people.

Gabby looked happy when i picked her up - easily going back to Marill to say good bye to her. Very reassuring experience. About: My husband and I are former dog foster parents and love meeting/spending time with new dogs! We have two resident (foster fail!) dogs: Ace, a shy pitbull who LOVES other dogs and Tesha, a rambunctious tripod who LOVES people. We especially love older dogs in our house but are open to dogs 1 year and up. We have a fully fenced in backyard and a tie out available for outside play time. We have space to keep dogs separated if you have a dog that is shy or needs very slow introductions (we have a three level home). Our resident pups are allowed on our bed if they choose, but we have plenty of dog beds around too, and we do not allow them on our couch. We will do our very best to accommodate your pups needs and keep you updated on how your four legged family member is doing while you are away! I currently work from home and am able to take breaks to allow potty and attention breaks. My husband is also home most of the time and will be available when I am not. We like to do slow introductions to other dogs to ensure the comfort of our resident dogs and the visiting pups. We have the space to crate or allow roaming on separate levels if needed.

“This was Zildjian’s first Rover experience and it couldn't have gone better. Leanna was great and allowed me the opportunity to test put how he would do with a shorter than usual stay (4 hours). She was very accommodating and communicative. I could tell he liked her even though he starts out meeting new people a little in a vocal manner. He trotted right along side her into the house and the photos I saw of him playing with the other dogs showed me that he enjoyed his time. About: I've been taking care of my own animals since I was 8 years old. I grew up with multiple pets in my house hold. I raised a chinchilla to be 18 and my oldest dog was almost 16. Our family recently moved to the area and I’m just getting back into Rover. I'm currently a teacher so I have plenty of time to check in on your animal(s). I have a flexible schedule in the summer so I will try to work with your schedule. I am able to check in on your animal(s), give them attention, take them for a walk, and feed them/give them potty breaks. “I am new to the area, and Chelsie was very close by. She responded promptly and communicated clearly. I brought Riley over, and Chelsie kindly met me at the car. I was having some difficulty with the long lead, and Riley immediately went up to her as if they had known each other for a long time. When Riley heard the dogs barking inside the house, she led Chelsie to the door, which was quite charming. I realized I forgot to mention something to Chelsie, but she responded right away. On my way back to pick up Riley, I got caught in traffic, so Chelsie graciously brought Riley out to me, and Riley happily got into the car without any issues. After we returned home, I noticed that Riley's card was filled out, and there was a detailed note, along with photos of Riley's day, showing that she had gone for a walk and played with her dogs. Overall, I would rate the experience as excellent, and Riley will definitely be visiting again.”

About: We are a cozy, warm, loving family of four who love animals! I (Jenny) rescued my first dog, Summit-a black lab mix many years ago. He was with us over 14 years and we loved him so much! We just recently adopted a kitten a little over a year ago. She is a tuxedo house cat named Smokey. Drop-in visits and dog walking are what we are able to offer as of right now. We may bring boarding back into the mix when Smokey is a bit older. Jenny works part time and has time for drop-in visits as well as dog walking. Pet care will be my full-time focus for the next 3–4 months before I head to college, which means I have a very flexible schedule and plenty of availability for walks, drop-ins, and sitting. I’m reliable, communicative, and committed to keeping you updated with photos and messages so you always know your pet is in great hands. I also have previous pet-sitting experience with repeat families who trusted me to care for their pets while they traveled, and I can provide references upon request. My previous experience as a pet sitter has provided me with references from past families who attest to my exceptional care and dedication in providing the best possible care for their animals during their absences.
About: I have had and taken care of dogs for over 30 years! I have always been a dog lover in particular but also have plenty of experience caring for cats as well. I work as a PCA weekdays 9:30-4:30 but have the flexibility to do drop in visits with my client during my work hours. I believe that our pets are family members and always treat them as such. Lots of attention will be given. I guarantee it! I work Monday through Friday 9:30-4:30. I am available before, after and during my shift. Open availability on weekends and I am available on most holidays. I treat pets as family. Lots of love and attention. I am not one to have a no pets on the furniture policy that's for sure!
