About: Animals have always been apart of my life growing up my parents bred English mastiff and pugs. I showed dogs in 4-H for 4 years and it really helped me amass so much knowledge. I have extensive experience with senior dogs and they hold a very special place in my heart. With us your senior will be in the best of hands. I don’t have a regular 9-5 so most of my day is spent home with the pups. I have my dogs on a specific feeding/potty schedule but I am very flexible to make your pup feel as comfortable as possible. I like to think I treat them as one of my one while keeping in mind if the owner has and rules or requests of their own.

We have 2 dogs and a cat so pets are not left alone more than 3 hours during non work days. Your dog will be treated like a member of the family in our home. We live in a quiet neighborhood on almost 3 acres. Dogs will be taken out on a leash to potty. We have 2 dogs that are friendly and social and 2 boys that are dog savvy kids. About: I've had cats pretty much my whole life. For the longest time, I preferred them over dogs! However, I'm to the point in my life where I love both dogs and cats equally. 🥰 When I worked at Ames Pet Resort in Ames, IA, they offered lodging for cats so I took care of many different kitties. From mean, to anxious, to super lovey dovey ones! I've also given them their medicines, though needles are a little tough for me with cats... but I'm very willing to learn! I currently have my own house cat and she's my little baby. 🥰 She loves to snuggle with me right away in the morning and right before bed. I got her from a farm down in Iowa and it took her a few days to get used to me and my dog, but once she was used to us, she was following us around the apartment everywhere! And now that I live in a house, she has a whole house to explore and a new kitty to play with! After I got Athena, I got her spayed and updated on her shots. She didn't like taking her medicine, but she let me do it anyway, which I was super thankful for at the time since I worked a lot at the time. I love to play with her whenever I get the chance, and my dog often joins us in play time. ❤️

About: I’ve been around animals my whole life! I grew up on a large animal farm where we had bison for 20 years. I went to college at msu Mankato for animal science. In 2016 I started working at a boarding kennel and ever since I have found my life passion of working with dogs and cats. I have 4 dogs of my own on a hobby farm. About: I currently have a German Shepherd myself, trained her from a puppy, she is 2 yrs old now. I have also helped my mom raise a couple of her dogs she has had over the years. Helped family and friends with their pets when needed as well. I love taking care of animals and would love to help you make sure your pets are well taken care of and love them like my own. I will walk, bathe if needed, play/exercise your pet as well. If needed I could also train your animals some obedience as well. She contacted me when she had questions/concerns when she felt Charlie wasn't eating the way she thought he should, which is huge! This was Charlie's first experience with dogs and he seemed to settle in well. They were calm with there 1st introduction which shows that they are well socialized. After the third day there it seemed that Charlie ruled the roost tormenting the dogs...made me chuckle 😃. I will definitely use her in the future!”
About: I have been a vet tech for 13years now and also have fostered over 30 dogs in the last 4 years. Knowledge with health, behavior and wellness. We love senior pets and understand the care that goes into them! Variety of experience with different dog breeds. I work at home full time during the week. We have 2 dogs and a cat so pets are not left alone more than 3 hours during non work days. Your dog will be treated like a member of the family in our home. We live in a quiet neighborhood on almost 3 acres. Dogs will be taken out on a leash to potty. We have 2 dogs that are friendly and social and 2 boys that are dog savvy kids. There is a cat in the home as well that will more than likely be hiding during your dogs stay. I am able to administer medications if needed. Nail trim and/or bath can be provided for fee
About: I’ve owned dogs for the last 26 years. From car rides, to hide and seek and tug of war games and cuddling, they were spoiled! Friday and Saturday’s are wide open for me as those are my days off. Your dog can relax at our house, play in our yard and go on walks. I also worked at a veterinary clinic and kennel all through high school and college, where I learned to care for everything from playful puppies to senior dogs needing extra attention. Today, I train my own border collies for stock dog work, combining practical skills with positive training methods. Pet care is a natural part of my daily routine because I live and work full-time on the farm. I’m always close by to give dogs the attention, exercise, and structure they need throughout the day.
