About: Call me Kim, I have loved and cared for many animals starting at a young age, while growing up in the country. I have also had pets my whole life including; dogs, cats, rabbits, birds, chickens, turkeys, turtles, pet rats, fish, pigs, cows and horses. Currently I have 2 cats, one is a 14 year old senior who is hard of hearing. He is social and gets along well with everyone. My younger cat, Timba is 4 years old and is the ‘typical’ orange cat, always ready to play, be in everybody’s business and wants to be every dogs best buddy. Currently, I am taking online classes, making my schedule flexible and open to help out other pet parents. I have grown up with a background in caring for farm animals and have experience caring for many types of animals including; horses, cows, turkeys, goats, pigs, snakes, rabbits and chickens. About: I've cared for a total of 8 kitties in my lifetime, from the daily feeding and litter scooping to claw trimming to intensive palliative care, and the 12 weeks of injections for Minky's FIP (she is totally healthy now!), and Poppy's twice daily epilepsy meds. I can handle any and all of it! Now I have 3 cats. Moki, my 16 yo boy, Minky, who's 3, and Poppy, the youngest at 2 years old. We all love our play sessions, whether that's with their wand and feather toy, their colorful springs, or exploring the outdoors in their harnesses. About: Have much patience as I helped raise litters of puppies from 17 on, experience with IVDD (intervertebral disk disease) paralyzed, expressing bladders, dog grooming assistant for 2 yrs, cancer/kidney failure, comfort cares, giving meds, behavior/aggression issues and more :) Currently work another part time flexible job. I don’t have a sitter for my dog so I would have to bring him along if it’s for an extended stay. He is very dog and cat friendly. I am a hard worker and learn things quickly. About: I specialize in large dog breeds as I have 1 Pyrenees and 1 golden retriever myself. They are both very well trained and certified ESA’s. About: I simply adore animals! I will provide loving, playful, patient, high quality care that will leave your fur babies begging for more! I am able to administer medications and general care as specified. I also offer nail/claw trims for dogs and cats for $20. Just check the bathing/grooming box. I prioritize play, so even drop ins will get plenty of entertainment! Supervised puzzle feeds, or playing with favorite toys, or whatever pops up in the moment. Pup-led play is usually the most fun! My schedule is fairly open most of the time, but I am going to be starting trade school to become a barefoot specialist for equines sometime in 2026. I need a flexible work schedule so I can trim my case study horses, and the horses I already trim for a friend. - REGARDING OVERNIGHT STAYS! My rates are for ONE 12 hr overnight visit. About: I've been around pets my whole life from growing up with 3 dogs to adopting a sweet black lab Diamond as a young adult. Diamond passed away in April of 2023 and I've since got my dog fix dog boarding for friends, family and Rover clients doing one of my all-time favorite things - running, adventures and play with dogs! About: Call me Kim, I have loved and cared for many animals starting at a young age, while growing up in the country. I have also had pets my whole life including; dogs, cats, rabbits, birds, chickens, turkeys, turtles, pet rats, fish, pigs, cows and horses. Currently I have 2 cats, one is a 14 year old senior who is hard of hearing. He is social and gets along well with everyone. My younger cat, Timba is 4 years old and is the ‘typical’ orange cat, always ready to play, be in everybody’s business and wants to be every dogs best buddy. Currently, I am taking online classes, making my schedule flexible and open to help out other pet parents. I have grown up with a background in caring for farm animals and have experience caring for many types of animals including; horses, cows, turkeys, goats, pigs, snakes, rabbits and chickens. Thanks for taking the time to check out my profile! My senior cat is respectful and very friendly being open to any pet guests that come to visit. My younger kitty Timba loves to play, and enjoys lots of attention. I do treat any fur babies in my care as I would *my own*, so we go for rides in the car, walks, trips to the beach, the pet store for a Birthday or special treat, the local dog parks & occasional trips out to the country. I am currently doing online classes with a few afternoon appointments so your fur baby would have my full attention for fun play time, frequent bathroom breaks and leisurely walks.
“He did a wonderful job of caring for my spoiled dog! He was great with photos and communication showing that my girl was well cared for, she was even cuddled up on the couch in blankies which is her favorite. He also went out for a few walks in the below zero weather to make sure she did her business, because she isn't used to a fenced in yard. My Sadie was there with another beagle and he made sure that my dog who is free fed, could get time to eat, where the other dog was on a scheduled feeding time. Hoping I can use him again in the future.”
About: While I have not been a professional dog sitter I have always been the one to offer to walk or watch my coworkers, family, and friends dogs.I absolutely love being around them, and can't wait to meet yours. In the past I have used Rover to find a sitter for my dogs when I am travelling with them. Having a safe place for them to be when I go tour around a new city is such a nice option to have. Sometimes this is a few hours other times an overnight. Hoping to be able to provide this for others. I have 3 dogs of my own, one shelter rescue and 2 foster fails. Luna, Ole, and Birdie have been great foster siblings to foster dogs I have cared for also. I have a fenced yard with enough room to play. I also have a few spare bedrooms so will have the ability to separate dogs if that is needed however I prefer to dogsit those that are dog friendly due to already having a few in the home.
