I also have extensive experience taking care of older dogs, as I cared for my childhood dog during the last year of her life. I also have lots of experience as an Animal Care Attendant. About: I have owned cats my entire life. My very first pet was a Siamese cat named Emma that I got for Christmas when I was 7 years old. Since then I have owned pretty much every breed of cat throughout my lifetime. I have owned mama cats, and kittens. I have no problem cleaning litter boxes and have no allergies.
About: I've cared for a total of 8 kitties in my lifetime, from the daily feeding and litter scooping to claw trimming to intensive palliative care, and the 12 weeks of injections for Minky's FIP (she is totally healthy now!), and Poppy's twice daily epilepsy meds. I can handle any and all of it! Now I have 3 cats. Moki, my 16 yo boy, Minky, who's 3, and Poppy, the youngest at 2 years old. We all love our play sessions, whether that's with their wand and feather toy, their colorful springs, or exploring the outdoors in their harnesses. About: Have much patience as I helped raise litters of puppies from 17 on, experience with IVDD (intervertebral disk disease) paralyzed, expressing bladders, dog grooming assistant for 2 yrs, cancer/kidney failure, comfort cares, giving meds, behavior/aggression issues and more :) Currently work another part time flexible job. I don’t have a sitter for my dog so I would have to bring him along if it’s for an extended stay. He is very dog and cat friendly. I am a hard worker and learn things quickly. About: I have always had a dog in my home for the past 20 years. I have been hired by many friends and families to watch and care for their pets, both cats and dogs. I also have extensive experience taking care of older dogs, as I cared for my childhood dog during the last year of her life. I also have lots of experience as an Animal Care Attendant. Taking care of all different ages, sizes, and energy levels of dogs! I am well versed in dogs with behavioral issues. Administering oral medications. As well as feeding. I am a big dog lover and have two rescue dogs myself :) I am very flexible and open during the week days. I can also be available on some weekends with notice! I typically spend my mornings taking care of my pups and getting them out on a walk. The rest of the day I am free! I am very patent when it comes to animals. I love playing, walking, and cuddling (but only when they want to). I am very observant and make sure they aren't getting into things they shouldn't. Your pets health and safety is my number one priority!
