About: I have always been an avid animal-lover. From childhood into adulthood, I have owned and cared for a variety of pets, including dogs, cats, small mammals, reptiles, birds & fish. My family & I currently share our home with two dogs, a bearded dragon, a Russian tortoise, & a ball python. I have several years of professional work experience in animal care (zoo, kennel care, walking, basic grooming) and wildlife / parks & recreation—both of which are relevant. I enjoy the outdoors and keeping all of our furry (& scaly) friends happy. I will board dogs, small mammals, reptiles & birds in my home! Upon request, I can do drop-in visits for cats or exotic animals within a 15 mile radius. I am currently a stay-at-home mom & so my schedule allows me to be at home majority of the time. If I need to leave the house, it’s never for more than a couple of hours. I have a large four-story home, which provides amble space for pets to play or to be separated if need be. I utilize crates for dogs who need or prefer it. Our yard is unfenced, so I use slip leads and tie-out cables for potty time.

From long walks to playing fetch, and everything in between (bathing, feeding on time, bathroom time) I’m ready for it all! I’m not as familiar with caring for elderly pets or medication, but with a little instruction, I’m a fast learner! I’m currently working part time, so I’ll have plenty of time to play with your pets! I’m mostly free the first half of the week (Monday to Wednesday) and weekends (Saturday and Sunday) at anytime, and Fridays after 3 pm. I’m a very patient person and am willing to fit whatever needs your pet requires. Schedules are not a problem for me, if your pet needs to use the bathroom at 6 am every morning, or food is served at 9 am, and goes on frequent walks, I’m very flexible.

About: I have 3 dogs of my own that I take care of as well as a 14 year old cat that has a lot of special needs and accommodations. I also watch my neighbors pets when they go on vacations. I'm a full time college student during the school year, during the summer I have a very flexible schedule and can watch your pets any day given at least a days notice. I always walk outside when the dogs are outside, even if they are on a leash or in a gated area. I also take them on frequent walks.

I hit the trails almost every day so I can take them with me for a run/walk :) I also have access to 40 acres of wooded hills that I can take the pups too! The safety of your pet is #1! I am a former vet tech and have a great knowledge of dog care and health. I can administer medications- no problem! If am coming to let your pet out of your house, I can walk in the neighborhood or have a play session in the yard. If your pet is at my home, I have a big, fully fenced yard and I live right across from East Lake Winona, the dog friendly lake :) I am very aware of every situation I take your dog into and can address needs or concerns ASAP.
