Both pups were clearly pampered and well loved in their home away from home, and got plenty of exercise in the spacious yard. If you need boarding for your furry family, you can't find much better than this! Jazmin and Mary will definitely be the first call I make next time I need boarding for my pups. I would also note that one of my two is an elderly, blind lab who is diabetic and needs shots twice daily, and that was no problem at all for Mary. Finding a boarder who is willing to administer shots is really hard, and I am so glad we connected!”

About: I have been working with dogs my whole life. I grew up with two dogs and have provided them with feedings, medication, baths, training, walks, etc. I also worked for a dog boarding company for two years where I supervised group play time, gave feedings and medications, worked with reactive dogs, dogs with high anxiety, and complicated medical needs, changed diapers, and cleaned up after them. I have also taken care of many neighbors animals (dogs and cats) as they have gone out of town. One of my dogs is dog reactive and has a high prey drive, so I have learned how to work with him and other dogs like him, knowing that his needs are a little different. Old, young, reactive, friendly, etc. I understand that each dog has a different personality and different needs, and am happy to get to know each dog and accommodate to them. I am currently working a part time job. This summer I will be working 3 days a week so I will have plenty of time to check in on your pet(s). I am available for check-ins any day of the week and will work around and communicate my schedule with you as necessary. :) I understand that each person does things a little differently. I ask where the pets belongings and anything they may need is. That is all I touch in someone’s home (other than maybe the sink to wash my hands) :). If your pet has special needs, I am happy to change what I do based on that. I will use their personal food, harnesses, and leashes when going on walks to keep them as comfortable with me as possible. I stick to the routine that they are used to and am able to crate them if wanted.

About: I’ve worked with dogs and cats in many different ways. I have owned dogs my entire life, plus a few cats. I volunteer at the Humane Society in Kansas City while at school where I work directly with the shelter dogs. I have house sat for multiple family friends and am ready to take on new pups and cats! I am currently home from school for the summer so am looking to fill the time. I work part time as a server a few times a week. During the day I often just workout, read a book, or hang with my own dogs. I have fostered a dog before and can adjust well to your dogs needs. I work from home so I can be flexible with hours if discussed ahead of time. I can do drop-ins, walks, runs, and boarding at my house. Boarding only small dogs as my dogs are 10 and 13lbs. I currently work from home full time 8-5 and can leave to let your animal out during the work hours as long as I have it planned ahead of time around my work schedule. I’m free on the weekends with advance notice as well! Since I have two dogs (under 13 lbs) I would only be able to watch small dogs in my house overnight. We would have to do a meet and greet first to make sure they get along as well. If your dog is really hyper that won’t work to stay here but I of course can do drop ins at your house.

I grew up with two dogs and have provided them with feedings, medication, baths, training, walks, etc. I also worked for a dog boarding company for two years where I supervised group play time, gave feedings and medications, worked with reactive dogs, dogs with high anxiety, and complicated medical needs, changed diapers, and cleaned up after them. I have also taken care of many neighbors animals (dogs and cats) as they have gone out of town. One of my dogs is dog reactive and has a high prey drive, so I have learned how to work with him and other dogs like him, knowing that his needs are a little different. I have worked with all types of dogs. Old, young, reactive, friendly, etc. I understand that each dog has a different personality and different needs, and am happy to get to know each dog and accommodate to them. I am currently working a part time job. This summer I will be working 3 days a week so I will have plenty of time to check in on your pet(s). I am available for check-ins any day of the week and will work around and communicate my schedule with you as necessary. :) I understand that each person does things a little differently. I ask where the pets belongings and anything they may need is. That is all I touch in someone’s home (other than maybe the sink to wash my hands) :). If your pet has special needs, I am happy to change what I do based on that. I will use their personal food, harnesses, and leashes when going on walks to keep them as comfortable with me as possible. I stick to the routine that they are used to and am able to crate them if wanted.

What sets me apart is my lifelong experience with dogs and the level of care and communication I provide. I’ve had dogs my entire life, including hands-on experience caring for a diabetic dog, so I’m comfortable with medication routines, special diets, and consistent care. I’m confident with high-energy dogs and patient with puppies and seniors who need a gentler pace. As a stay-at-home mom, I’m home often and able to provide attentive, structured care, along with regular updates and photos so you always feel at ease. Pet care fits very naturally into my daily and weekly routine. Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays are very open for walks and drop-in visits, as I’m home and have a flexible schedule on those days. Tuesdays and Thursdays also work well when my schedule is open, and I’m happy to communicate availability in advance. Weekends are often available as well and may vary slightly depending on my family’s schedule, but I do my best to remain flexible whenever possible. Overnight care is also something I’m excited to offer when my schedule allows, as I understand how comforting it can be for pets to stay in their own home while their owners are away. I’m always happy to discuss scheduling needs and will be clear and communicative to ensure the best care for your pets. I care for pets as if they were my own, closely following their routine and your instructions. In your home, I focus on consistent feeding, walks, medications, and any special care needs. For walks and drop-ins, I make sure each visit includes quality time, attention, exercise, and affection—not just a quick stop.
About: I have never not had a dog…or multiple!😊 I’ve grown up with Labrador Retrievers. With that being said, I can handle the chewing, the energy, the hours of stimulation, and the endless snuggles! I have raised multiple puppies into adulthood, with two currently being my own! From potty training to tricks, to walking on a leash, I have done it all! I also have had family dogs that’s we have had until 12-14 years old that have required special needs due to age. I am a nurse who once wanted to become a vet so I am super flexible from an experience standpoint!😊 I am a night shift nurse who works just a couple days a week! With that being said, my schedule is flexible and I’m almost always home! We are extremely active people who go on multiple walks a day, and I typically run a couple miles a week as well! Weather permitting, we are outside 95% of the time. My dogs are always enjoying the sun on our large deck that overlooks our woods, outside running in the woods, or playing fetch in the yard. We have 2 young and friendly labradors who love to play and meet new friends! We own 2 acres, half of it being woods with trails! This would be for the guests who have a great recall or have halo collars😊 For the ones who struggle a little more with recall, we have a 3 car garage with a doggy door to go in and out of a fenced in area (in pictures)! Also a large deck to catch some rays on, as well as plenty and plenty of walks! I want your pup(s) to feel as comfortable as possible and never want to leave😊 I am extremely flexible and want to stick to their routine as much as possible!
About: I have been pet sitting since I was 10 years old. I have had pets my whole life including dogs, cats, bunnies, fish, birds and reptiles. I would care for your pet like it was my own. I love nature and animals. My pets are part of the family and I know it's difficult to trust someone else with a beloved pet. I am available most nights and weekends. Both pups were clearly pampered and well loved in their home away from home, and got plenty of exercise in the spacious yard. If you need boarding for your furry family, you can't find much better than this! Jazmin and Mary will definitely be the first call I make next time I need boarding for my pups. I would also note that one of my two is an elderly, blind lab who is diabetic and needs shots twice daily, and that was no problem at all for Mary. Finding a boarder who is willing to administer shots is really hard, and I am so glad we connected!”
