“Cynthia provided excellent care, lots of love and snuggles, and other fur friends for my Lily to play with. Beautiful setting in the country with a large fenced in yard. Safe and compassionate pet care. Highly recommended.”

“Absolutely could not be happier or more grateful for Margarita and her family. The whole process was super easy and after the meet and greet I left feeling 100% confident that bubba would be in great hands. Then traveling back home from Sioux Falls, we get hammered by blizzard conditions. The last 20 miles before finally giving up, I could barely see the lines on the road, let alone any cars in front of me. So we pulled off and checked in to a hotel. Thankfully Margarita was SUPER understanding and reassuring. I was in a bit of a panic worrying about this and that, and the fact that Loki didn't have to be one of those worries was a huge relief. When we finally made it back the next day I could tell he wasn't super thrilled about leaving, which is always what you want to see. (And with that massive yard, I can't blame him!) Will definitely be "boarding" with her and her family again in the future! Super communicative with updates and photos to put our minds at ease.”

“Stacy was wonderful with my two cats! I’ve never actually dropped them off with anyone before, so this was a first for me. Stacy made the process painless, and was available over a holiday weekend, which was a lifesaver! She provided lots of updates each day, including photos. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a pet sitter!”

“Thank you to Drew and his family for taking good care of Cooper. I appreciate to be able to go away and feel I could enjoy my time and not worry about how Cooper was doing because he was in good hands.”

“This was our first Rover and at first we were apprehensive to book, however, Katrina and Drew did a great job taking care of our two dogs. We got to meet Katrina and Drew before booking and immediately knew our dogs would be in good hands. They are nice and easy going people which we naturally gravitated towards. While we were gone they sent us pictures and updates of the dogs. Would definitely recommend. We will use them again over a dog boarding place in a heartbeat.”

“Cheyann is amazing! So sweet, kind, and gentle. I had no worries leaving my dog with her. I am using her again when I go out of town in a few weeks and again, I’ll have no worries. I will not hesitate to use her more or refer her to friends.”
“Amber is absolutely wonderful! She took care of my girl like she was already a part of the family. She was also very accommodating with my last minute delays. I will 100% book with her again. 10/10 recommend!”

“Kami is the best! She took such great care of our two dogs who stayed with her for 2 weeks. We loved all of the photos she sent and we could tell how happy and loved our dogs were. Highly recommend!”

“Took great care of my dog, Scout!! Took the time to find out about her needs, routines and behavior. I knew right away she would be in wonderful hands. Definitely would recommend!!”

“David was great to work with and we felt very comfortable leaving our pup in his hands. He consistently communicated with us providing updates which gave us peace of mind that Bo was in good company & care.”

“Brooke did an excellent job taking care of my dog, Bruno. He’s a large German Shepherd and can be pretty anxious in new situations, but she handled him with patience and care. She clearly knows what she’s doing and took extra time to make sure he was comfortable. She also kept me updated throughout the day, which I really appreciated. Everything went smoothly, and I wouldn’t hesitate to trust her with him again.”

“Marill was fantastic with our Maverick boy. She was flexible when we got stuck in the snow, Maverick blended in will with her dogs and was well cared for. We will book again. Thank you!”

“Andria took amazing care of our two dogs for a 9 day stay. I felt like they were really just part of her family for the week. We got updates and some cute photos too. I would not hesitate to book with her again!”

“Cindy and her daughter are trustworthy and just awesome! We feel so comfortable leaving our dog with her and have no worries. We were gone for a little over a week and received pictures and updates throughout the week. Thank you so much for the care and kindness you give!”

“Allison and her family were amazing!!! Updates and pics were sent daily during the stay. When I picked my dog up she had the biggest smile on her face. Will definitely be rebooking!”

“Absolutely lovely and fantastic folks! Our dogs seemed to have it all - comforts, playtime, activity. They were also helpful with some medication during our dogs' stay. They were attentive, sent regular updates with pictures and videos, and quick to communicate when planning. Definitely recommended!”

“Angelina did a wonderful job checking in on my three cats while I was on vacation. She sent lots of photos and updated me on how my cats were doing while I was away, which took a lot of weight and stress off my shoulders. Thank you very much! Would happily request again for any drop-in needs.”

“Avaiyah did a great job with our spunky and overly friendly dog when we went on a very last minute trip to see family. We had never done anything like Rover before and have only ever used the same boarder, so we were hesitant to try it out, but she made it so easy and we will definitely be using her again!”

“Shylina is great! She has cared for our Theo several times and done a wonderful job. She keeps us in the loop on how he’s doing, of any changes and updating us on things we are concerned about while away. She even cleaned up the litter around the litter box without being asked. We highly recommend her.”

About: I have always been around animals and have had pets my entire life, including cats, dogs, and even birds. I really enjoy taking care of all animals and providing excellent service. My family has a bird, two shih tzus, and a cat. I have frequently been around bigger breeds as well so I am comfortable with any-sized pet. I have experience walking other people's dogs and pet sitting for family and family friends. I am busy this summer preparing for college in the fall, but I wanted something that I care about to fill some of my free time. I am also saving up for college expenses. I would love to make pet sitting/walking a major part of my life. I would be able to watch pets at the owners' home. I will be able to watch them overnight, and or come over to check on them as well as taking walks and playing with them.
“Was my first time using Rover and Kjersten and it went smoothly! Kjersten did a great job checking in our cat! There was great communication and she took pictures as well. Would definitely use her again!”

I have pet sat and walked neighbors and family dogs. I’ve pet sat my grandmas German shepherd. I have worked with puppy’s and elder dogs. I also own two dogs Lulu and Lupin. About: I grew up around livestock and all sorts of other animals. I recently lost my own dog but when I had her I used Rover to help find a regular dog sitter for when I went on teacher conferences. I recently became trained in dog and cat CPR and first aid. I am not afraid to give medications to an animal and have taken care of dogs that have special needs such as anxiety, fear of fireworks, fear of guns and high energy. I am currently on a teaching schedule but after memorial day I will be available most days. If I am away during the summer it's usually just during the day. They will take first priority, getting food, water, any medications prescribed and taken to go outside will all take place before my needs. I can provide a kennel at my home and kennel trained my own dog understanding the process for that.

“These 2 were so wonderful! They took care of our sick kitty so well. He looked comfortable and happy in all their update pictures and they followed our feeding instructions to a T. 10/10 would recommend them.”

“Margarita has been a wonderful, flexible, accommodating, understanding, champion for me and Spike. He is having a good time there. When I get him he is always a happy puppy and I can tell he is well taken care of. He comes home and he likes to take naps afterward, poor puppy having so much fun with her dogs and her cute youn son. Nice open space for Spike to walk on leash and not worry about his safety. Definitely booking again (already have the reservations). It’s nice to know that my 11week puppy has a loving and caring place that takes care of him while I am at work.”

“First time at doggy daycare for our 7 yr old Chi mix - both he and our puppy were well cared for and arrived home this evening tired snd happy. Knowing they were safe made our time away worry free! Thank you Stacy for a great experience.”

About: I've taken care of a senior Bulldog for 1 year. I ended up training him and living with him. He made major improvements in behavior for his owner. We became best buds. Also I've taken care of a cat on a regular basis for the past 2 years. Playtime and cuddles are the best! I get along well with any animal I've met. Each animal has such a unique personality, and I'm excited to learn about them! Also when I was a kid I had hamsters as pets for about 10 years. During most weekdays I'm available anytime. Some Saturdays I'm available. But most Sundays I'm not available. I have a lot of flexibility and will work with your needs. I will be able to take care of your pets at your home or my home. Whatever is more convenient for you. I only ask that they are house trained and you bring what they would need of course. I will follow whatever guidelines you may have. I'm currently retired and will be available to take care of your pet Monday-Friday anytime of day. Some Saturdays are available too. Not on Sundays though. I have an unfenced yard and a park nearby that I can play with your dog at. Most of the time we will be inside my 1 bedroom ground floor apartment. Since I am home and not working, I'll give them plenty of attention and care!
About: I’ve been a dog mama for many years and love spending time walking and playing. I grew up on a farm so am extremely comfortable with all animals but my real love is dogs. I’m recently retired and am available and excited to help care for your fur-baby. My schedule is very flexible and our home is set up to provide a fun, safe environment for your dog. I’m happy to do drop-ins to feed, potty, go walking, play or all of that! Let me know about your pets routines and preferences so I can make sure they’re safe and comfortable.
“Rhea was so sweet & accommodating when our drop off time changed. Her communication was really wonderful- she kept me posted on how Luna was doing during her stay & responded quickly. Thanks so much!”

“Marill was very accommodating with a couple of my requests ( paw holding and Gabbys food need). I received a timely update. Gabby looked happy when i picked her up - easily going back to Marill to say good bye to her. Very reassuring experience. Even with several dogs running around in fenced area Gabby came home clean and fluffy. Very nice experience - marill has this down!”

“Leanna was so kind, attentive, thoughtful, and such a joy to meet. Our Bindi was so well cared for — we can’t recommend her enough! Thank you so much for a positive, A+ experience! 🐾”

About: My husband and I are former dog foster parents and love meeting/spending time with new dogs! We have two resident (foster fail!) dogs: Ace, a shy pitbull who LOVES other dogs and Tesha, a rambunctious tripod who LOVES people. We especially love older dogs in our house but are open to dogs 1 year and up. We have a fully fenced in backyard and a tie out available for outside play time. We have space to keep dogs separated if you have a dog that is shy or needs very slow introductions (we have a three level home). Our resident pups are allowed on our bed if they choose, but we have plenty of dog beds around too, and we do not allow them on our couch. We will do our very best to accommodate your pups needs and keep you updated on how your four legged family member is doing while you are away! I currently work from home and am able to take breaks to allow potty and attention breaks. My husband is also home most of the time and will be available when I am not. We like to do slow introductions to other dogs to ensure the comfort of our resident dogs and the visiting pups. We have the space to crate or allow roaming on separate levels if needed.
“Andria's family and dog are all very friendly towards my puppy. Nori had a blast there. He got home and fell asleep within 30 minutes, so I didn't have to spend a lot of time playing with him in the evening:) Andria also captured a few great photos of Nori running in the snow with his new friend. Love the photos!”

“Christy was excellent with communication. We needed a pet sitter near Northfield while we attended our grand daughter Sr choir concert. Riley liked Christy immediately and was a happy boy when we picked him up. Thank you!”

About: I have grown up my whole life around animals. When I was younger, I had smaller animals like hamsters and rats. In high school, my dad did get an English bulldog and he was my best friend! When we first brought him home, I took him to training and I loved every second of it! I would watch him almost every weekend for my parents. My sister also had a dog, her and I worked opposite schedules so I would take care of him during the day. I also took him through training as a puppy. So I really understand how much your fur baby’s mean to you as I have some at home! I am working part time and looking for something to do with my other time! I’m available all day Wednesdays, Fridays after 2pm and just about every weekend! Something that I live by is treating others animals like your own! I am also very big on respect. Letting me into your home to take care of your fur baby’s means a lot to me. I love to just hang out with furry friends or go play outside, which ever you need from me I will do! I really would like to make sure you and your animals can trust me! Whether you have cameras in your home or need a check in hourly, I’m willing to do whatever you need to trust me in your home. Having that trust bond can really make or break a sitter! Besides trust I also value on making sure your animal is safe.

I work full time and have my own babies to care for, but I’m a super dog mom so I’m pretty flexible and prepared for anything. With my own experiences of owning 5 dogs, and raising 15 puppies, I feel like that should speak for itself. I do have a fenced in yard, I love dogs and I want them to be happy while they're with me or their own homes.

Will definitely be "boarding" with her and her family again in the future!
