“Chris has been very communicative. She sent frequent updates with pictures about how our little lady was doing. She was very accommodating to our little dog’s needs. We ran into a few hiccups returning from the airport during bad winter weather and Chris was incredibly understanding. Yes, Chris made my experience very pleasant. Yet, most importantly after 9 days I came home to a happy, well adjusted puppy! This speaks for itself. As a Shorkie our puppy is sensitive to separation anxiety. Being with Chris she definitely got all the attention and love that is used to getting at home. I am so grateful for having peace of mind that our puppy is well taken care of while we are traveling. I will definitely check with Chris first when looking for boarding our little lady again.”

About: I’ve had dogs around the house since I was 2 years old and have had many other pets ranging from rats to hedgehogs! I been able to adequately take care of each for as long as i’ve had them! I am currently on summer break from college so I have plenty of time to walk dogs and get in the time they need outside! I was able to take my elder dog on walks everyday to keep him active and get him his time outside. I also helped around the house with taking care of him, playing, and feeding him.

About: I work full time during the week. Monday- Thursday visits must be before or after work ** I have owned dogs and cats all my life, ranging from puppies to seniors. Currently, I have a dog and a cat, and I know how hard it can be leaving them when you go on vacation. But I love going for walks myself and feel comfortable administering medications when necessary, so know that your furry friend is in good hands. I am typically very available but would like at least a day or two's notice about needing pet care. I can also help with puppy training such as sit, stay, lay down, kennel up, and even high fives. These are just some of the tricks my dog knows as well. I have had multiple dogs of different breeds (mutts, Doberman, Chesapeake Bay Retrievers, Weimaraner, Huskies, etc). I work full time during the week, but I still do morning and nightly visits after work ! I keep my availability up to date on the app as well. So feedings, playtime, bathroom breaks, etc is not an issue for me. We have 5 acres of unfenced land to run around in. I also have a very large fenced Garden the dogs are allowed to roam in for off leash fun, as well as a sizeable wrap around deck to chill on and soak up the sun. We are outdoor people, so are our dog(s), so if it’s nice, you will find us out and about. With our training they do well to stay within our property and listen well if running around the yard. Communicate if your dog(s) need to be leashed (also have a leash line setup between trees to enjoy the outdoors as well). I would hope in any environment that your pets are trained and do well in the space provided or within, please communicate any special concerns, etc. I do have experience with “shock” collars for more so the ‘tone’ button, as we have wildlife and woods surrounding our house, we use this to protect our dogs from our surroundings periodically throughout the year. So I am comfortable using this method to ensure your pups stay safe.

I am always available through text and can respond within a few minutes! I will give your pet(s) all the attention they need - all the pats and cuddles they could possibly want. If you require my services between 8-4pm, there’s a chance I might need to bring my kids with. While inside your home they can stay in their stroller - I won’t let them roam! But because of this I do request that your pets are kid-friendly during those hours. After 4pm I will be alone though! I’m able to care for your pets pretty much however you need - feeding, walking, playing, or some light training. I love when people leave me detailed instructions so I can do my best to treat your pets exactly as you would!

About: I have had dogs in my family ever since I was born. Our lab passed a few years ago, but we still have our beloved shihtzu/poodle. I have also worked professionally at a nearby doggy daycare for 3 years! I currently am working a part-time job a few days a week, so days I am not scheduled I would love to care for your pet! I have a large yard with a puppy pool for lots of play time during the day. If it's preferred to stay at client's house, your pet and I will have just as much safe play time in the comfort of their home!

I have been a foster mom for the humane society and cared for many friends’ and neighbors’ pets over the years. I work Monday-Friday 8-4:30 with a very flexible schedule that often includes several days per week working from home. About: I work full time during the week. Monday- Thursday visits must be before or after work ** I have owned dogs and cats all my life, ranging from puppies to seniors. Currently, I have a dog and a cat, and I know how hard it can be leaving them when you go on vacation. But I love going for walks myself and feel comfortable administering medications when necessary, so know that your furry friend is in good hands. I am typically very available but would like at least a day or two's notice about needing pet care. I can also help with puppy training such as sit, stay, lay down, kennel up, and even high fives. These are just some of the tricks my dog knows as well. I have had multiple dogs of different breeds (mutts, Doberman, Chesapeake Bay Retrievers, Weimaraner, Huskies, etc). I work full time during the week, but I still do morning and nightly visits after work ! I keep my availability up to date on the app as well. More than happy to do dog walks during visits, on weekends and most holidays. I treat your pets like they were mine. I love to have a care guide and meet and greet before the visits to help learn what your pets are used to so so can keep that as consistent as possible. I work full time Monday-Thursday and typically keep my schedule up to date regarding weekends. I would be available before and after work during those days with more flexibility on weekends. I care for my clients pets in their home just like they were mine.
