Perfect for high energy dogs - Iverson
Prices are estimates per day. Pricing may vary based on your search. A booking fee of 11% and taxes will apply.
About: I am currently working towards a bachelor's in Animal Behavior and Welfare, as interacting with animals and learning about them is a passion of mine. I greatly enjoy learning to care for them and then doing so. The degree im working towards is focused on the care of animals while educating the public about them. I grew up with a dog and have had many small animals as pets throughout my life, rodents, fish, insects, arachnids, frogs, etc. Currently I have 3 reptiles and two cats. Willow-Wisp, and Boiled-Egg are my cats. My corn snake is Copper, Blue Tongued Skink is Little-Dude, and Tripod is my leopard gecko. Both Boiled-Egg and Tripod have medical conditions that require at home management and care which has given me some skills in caring for animals with disabilities. They are not the only animal I have history caring for with medical issues either. Many of my experience with pets has been rescue pets, and I have had plenty practice and patience regarding them and behaviors post trauma. I am more than willing to learn about your pets needs and help medical or otherwise. I am currently focusing on college and have plenty of time to help care for your animals. The only day I will be unavailable is Sunday. I have a fenced in yard and half the house closes off by doors so the cats will not interact with your animals unless you are comfortable with it. Depending on your animals preferance I can ensure that I spend time with them or give them the space to feel comfortable and settle in. Any and all expectations set regarding their care and what food, toys, or treats they are allowed will of course be followed. I may have treats of my own I could offer them but will only do so with your approval and in amounts you allow. I do haveextra food and water bowels if you would prefer to use those rather than bringing your own. In the case something awful were to happen I have experience bringing animals to emergency.
“Christina is a fantastic dog sitter! She has a big yard for the dogs to play in and trails for them to run on, and puts a lot of care into making sure everyone get along well. She is responsive and easy to communicate with, and I would trust her with taking perfect care of any pup!”
“This was Phillip and Clark’s second time with Nathan and Laura, and they seemed excited as soon as we got there. We got pictures throughout the day, and the boys seemed happy and tired when we picked them up. Another great stay!”
“Peter and his wife are fantastic with my super energetic, 70lb, 6 month old puppy. I've tried other sitters and he always comes back over-stimulated and not very happy. When I pick him up from them, it's like he didn't even notice I was gone. HIGHLY recommend them with your pups!”
“Nicole is great to work with. She is very good with my dog. She takes him to dog parks and on walks and when he comes home, he is tired! She is knowledgeable and has shared some tips with me which I really appreciate. She communicates with me during the day and sends lots of pictures. I am very grateful to have found her!”
“This was our first time using Rover and leaving our slightly spoiled dog with someone he didn’t know. We couldn’t be happier with our experience and would highly recommend Jamie! Our dog has anxiety issues and Jamie sent updates and pictures and I could see he was very comfortable. After we picked him up he was calm and no anxiety! Thank you Jamie sooo much!!”
“Casey was able to take Charlie on very short notice. He was very welcoming and greeted us both with friendly demeanor. Sent photos and a video. And welcomed her with cheese to get her to interact with the other pups. I don’t spend a lot of time in Duluth however would recommend him and will use him in the future. Casey - thank you!”
“We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience with Rachel and her wonderful family! They looked after Jack while we attended a wedding, and from the moment we met them, we knew he was in the best hands. Rachel was incredibly kind, caring, and thoughtful, and her whole family made Jack feel completely at home. It was so reassuring knowing he was being loved and cared for as if he were part of their own family. We could relax and enjoy the wedding knowing he was so happy and comfortable. Jack was so well looked after, and it’s clear Rachel genuinely loves and cares for the dogs she watches. We are beyond grateful for everything she did and would recommend her to absolutely anyone looking for someone trustworthy, loving, and amazing with dogs. Thank you again, Rachel!”

About: I'm looking forward to providing quality loving care for YOUR beloved canine! I am a small animal Certified Veterinary Technician with over 15 years of clinical experience. I have expanded my services to include dog sitting due to an increased demand for compassionate caregivers with medical knowledge. Many people are reluctant to leave their dogs at boarding kennels while traveling, particularly senior dogs and those with medical problems. Many dogs also experience high levels of stress while boarding. I provide an alternative to the traditional kennel experience by providing care out of my own home. Dogs that stay as guests in my home are provided with lots of individual attention. They are not locked in kennels, instead having free access to my home and yard. As an experienced Veterinary Technician I am also capable of caring for dogs with a broad range of medical issues, including Diabetes, Cushing's, Addison's, Epilepsy, Cancer, animals recovering from recent surgery, and more. Should your pet require emergency medical care, I am trained in animal CPR and live 5 minutes away from the clinic at which I practice. I care for dogs of all breeds, sizes, ages, and personalities. There are however, a few prerequisites to ensure that your dog will have a safe, happy stay in my care. Firstly, I an unable to care for dogs that have a history of aggression toward other dogs, or toward human adults or children. No exceptions. Secondly, dogs in my care must be current on Rabies and Distemper vaccinations. I also require proof of a negative fecal sample performed within 1 year prior to their stay if regular dewormings are done (i.e. year-round HeartGard). Dogs that are not regularly dewormed must have a fecal check done within 1 month prior to their stay, or perform a deworming treatment within 1 month prior. Puppies must be fully house trained. Rachel B. Certified Veterinary Technician I treat pets like family! Dogs who stay in my home are given lots of playtime and attention. I try to keep routines similar to what they are used to at their own home. Dogs are fed separately for safety but otherwise have free range of the home. I am an experienced animal nurse and well equipped to handle an emergency if one should arise!
“I dropped Sophie off early Weds morning and she ran into the house like she had been there a million times. She had a great time socializing with the other dogs and went home tired. We plan on continuing to drop her off weekly! 100% recommend. The pics sent during the day made me so happy🙂”
“Heather and her family did such an amazing job with Edie. They helped her ease into a new environment and gave her lots of love and affection. I would recommend Heather to anyone looking for care for their pup!”

About: Living on a farm, I have a lot of experience interacting with animals of all kinds. Running a farm of any size is not a one person job so my family is a big part of my life. I can’t imagine a better place to live doing something I love. Pet care is an integral part of my daily routine. Whether it is feeding and watering our chickens and cows or grooming our dogs, I work hard to ensure our animals are cared for. I am a stay at home mom so your four legged friends will rarely be left alone. I work hard to follow any instructions owners may give me. Additionally, I make sure all animals in our care have access to food, water, and love. I also like to take a few pictures of what we are up to send them to people so they know their pet is getting loved and cared for.
“Audriana is fantastic! She gives my updates of how my puppy is doing on his walks and sends me pictures. She also gave me over a months notice when she was going to be out of town and not able to walk my little guy. Would HIGHLY recommend Audriana.”
“Had such a GREAT experience with Sav! She knows exactly what she is doing and was SO adaptable her first time getting to know our dogs quirks. Truly, it means so much as we have a golden retriever who struggles on walks and is anxious! We will absolutely be using her again as our dog walker!”
About: I grew up with three dogs and later adopted Diamond, a sweet black lab who was my running partner until 2023. Since then my house has been "doggy camp" for friends, family, and Rover clients. I'm at my best with dogs who have extra energy. I run most days and love taking pups on adventures around Duluth — always on-leash. I'm also patient with reactive and anxious dogs, and happy to handle meds, senior care, and specific routines. You'll get consistent photos and updates, a fenced yard, and a dog-proofed house with no resident pets or kids. About other guests: I typically have 0-3 dogs at my house but can accommodate so your pup is the only guest - ask about a Private Stay (+$20/night). I have a flexible schedule, I try to run daily anyways, and my house is dog-proofed with a fence. I'm ready to provide a safe, comfortable and fun space for your pet to get quality care and exercise. I live in East Hillside Duluth with great access to paved and off-road walking/running routes. My house has a fenced in yard and I have cultivated a pet-proof home over the years. I am a strict on-leash walker/runner.
About: Hi! My name is Mara, and I would love the opportunity to care for your pets and your home while you’re away. I have grown up with multiple dogs and have always loved being around animals. Over the years, I have also provided dog sitting and house sitting for neighbors and family members, caring for pets in their own homes, following their routines, and making sure they receive plenty of attention, exercise, and companionship. I understand that every pet has their own personality, preferences, and needs. Whether your dog loves long walks, playtime, cuddles, or simply having someone nearby, I will take the time to make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and cared for. I also have experience providing more specialized care, including administering IV medication for an elderly animal I was watching. This experience taught me the importance of patience, responsibility, attention to detail, and following care instructions carefully. My background working in childcare, summer camps, and other safety-focused roles has helped me become dependable, organized, and attentive. I will treat your pets like they are my own and your home with the same respect I would want someone to show mine. I am happy to provide updates and photos so you can have peace of mind while you’re away. I am currently a full-time online student, which gives me a flexible schedule and allows me to dedicate plenty of time and attention to caring for your pets. I am available for walks, drop-ins, and house sitting, and I am happy to work with your pet’s routine to provide consistent and reliable care. I care for pets by keeping their routines consistent and making sure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved while their owners are away. I follow all care instructions for feeding, walks, medications, and playtime, and I treat each pet and home with the same respect I would want for my own. I am happy to provide updates and photos so owners can have peace of mind knowing their pets are well cared for.

I really appreciate the regular updates and photos, and Reka gets multiple walks every day. Her sons also play with Reka, which she absolutely loves. Always a great experience with Heather — highly recommend!”
“If I could have given her 10 stars. I would have! Delilah was so lucky to visit Rachel and her family on their farm! She got to play outside with kids and animals all weekend. She was very well taken care of and Rachel is very sweet and kind! Delilah is tuckered out and dreaming about being back on the farm! Thank you Rachel and family!”
“We boarded our dog Astro with Kaylee for two weeks in October. She took excellent care of him, and he clearly was fond of Kaylee and David, and felt very comfortable staying with them. Kaylee texted me photos of Astro daily, which made my separation anxiety a little easier to handle! I would highly recommend Kaylee as a caretaker for your pooch.”
“Lassie had a wonderful time with Rachel, her family and her pets! She whined in the car when we were driving off…she didn’t want to leave! Thank you so much for the great care you took of her and for sending so many pictures during her fun time there!”
About: Hello! New to Rover! My name is Amanda, I’m 22, and love animals more than humans! I’ve taken care of, rescued, and owned almost every pet imaginable! I had springer spaniels and a cavalier growing up that I trained. Also had a cat, turtles, ferrets, hamsters, and fish all through my childhood. Now living on my own, I have a rescued cat and two ball pythons! Pet care fits easily into my routine and happy to work around pet’s schedules. I have a consistent full-time work schedule and flexible on days off. I enjoy spending time with animals so always happy to make pet care apart of my day! I offer boarding/daycare in my home, which has a small fenced yard and blocks away a from a park. Plenty of opportunities for outdoor time and play. I also offer drop-ins where pets can stay comfortable in their familiar environment while I provide feeding, fresh water, potty breaks, litter box cleaning, playtime, updates, and more!
“Shiloh did amazing with our golden doodle Jinx! She sent sweet update photos and jinx came back happy as ever. Her children gave our dog lots of love and her dog was very sweet and playful!”
