I do allow exemptions for multifamily households. - Your pet will have an adult with them for at least 20/24 hours per day. Most updates are sent with morning breakfast, midafternoon rest, and before bedtime. You are also encouraged and welcome to reach out anytime outside of that. - If your pet does require a crate at any point, please ensure one accompanies them to drop off. We are a home-based boarding experience and do not have commercial kennel runs. - If your pet has been excused/banned from a commercial boarding facility, I do require a no-cost meet and greet for introductions before confirming the booking. It is my priority to ensure your pet feels safe, and I am confident in their needs before confirming commitment. - Privately insured for household companionship pets, which covers both care during boarding and any agreed-upon transportation. At this time, my employer allows me to set my own hours, meaning I can easily adapt to your pet's schedule and any medical needs. Bathroom breaks are averaged at every two hours and anytime outside of this at your pup's request. If your pet prefers to spend afternoons in the sun, then that is where I am happy to work that day! Any pets boarded in our home can expect to have a human home a minimum of 20 out of the 24 hours in a day. We welcome your pets to rest and sleep wherever they are most comfortable- couch, pet bed, human bed, etc. If you request or your pet requires kenneling at any time, please ensure a kennel accompanies them to drop off. Our home is carpet-free (stress-free!), and we understand accidents happen. Please inform me if your pet is working on potty training, and we can reduce the number of rooms initially accessible. Our acreage is unfenced, and dogs have access to the backyard of the property. If your dog is not off-leash trained, we provide a pulley tie-out to allow them a greater range of access. If you are most comfortable with leash walking, that is also just fine with us!
About: Dogs have been my passion since my earliest memories. When I was a young girl, I was always training my family and friends dogs. I also would take care of my friends dogs when needed. I started to get involved with dog sports around the age of 12. In addition to this, I trained my dog to be a therapy dog. When I was 16 I started to volunteer at the Animal Humane Society in Golden Valley for a few years before going to college. I graduated from the University of Minnesota- Twin Cities with a degree in Communications and a minor in Leadership. Along the way, I took many classes to learn more about animal behavior and psychology. However, once I graduated, I was at a loss of what to pursue. It was during this time when I stumbled into working for Invisible Fence as a dog trainer. I found my true passion of training dogs through this. I have spent countless hours learning through hands on experience, shadowing other trainers, signing up for seminars/conferences and taking courses through a Pet Professional Program. In addition to this, I read countless books, listened to professional dog trainer podcasts, and watched videos. Now I run my own dog training business called Tator's Training. Pet care is about the well-being of the animal as a whole... starting with nutrition, enrichment, mental stimulation and being active. I have 3 dogs of my own that I work with every day. I target each category (nutrition, enrichment, mental stimulation, physical activity) to make sure their needs are met. I work with dogs daily and have a flexible schedule throughout the week. Every dog is treated like my own. I would never put an animal in a situation that isn't environmentally safe for them or puts them at risk. About: I've taken care of all types of pets from a very young age. Whether it be a tiny chihuahua to a sizeable Bullmastiff, a cat, birds including chickens, reptiles, fish, even small furry friends like rabbits or ferrets. I have adored and been fascinated by animals my whole life and am up for any challenge you throw at me. I've personally trained my dog to follow voiceless hand signal commands and he is also special needs, so caring for a senior or special needs animal is a breeze for me! I've even provided end of life care for my grandmother's cat, which included administering fluids via injection, so don't be afraid to ask for help if you need it. Not to mention that I have experience raising young kittens and squirrels at milk drinking ages! I am available from 7am to 5pm Monday through Friday and overnights on Fridays and Saturdays. I could possibly do extended overnight stays in my own home if your pet is dog, cat, and young child friendly. Whether it be for a walk, potty break, comfort while you're away, socializing and training your puppy basic commands (and maybe a few tricks), or even just taking your furry friend out for a pup cup and to a sniff spot, I'm the gal for you. I will even provide litter or doggy doo doo cleanup for an additional price. Your pet will always be safe and loved in my hands. I am currently in between jobs, and my kiddos go to daycare from 7am-5pm M-F, so I am available to help between those times, or overnights at your house on Fridays and Saturdays. I could be purr-suaded to do extended overnight stays at my house if your feline is cat, dog, and young child friendly. If I am caring in my home, I have 3 cats-all fixed- a special needs male dog who is NOT fixed due to medical reasons, and two kids under the age of 5. If you choose to keep your pet at my home, they need to be able to get along with them or be kept in a separate room. If you have a female dog, they would need to be fixed with proof of spay. My special needs dog has no business procreating! I have a large home and a decent sized yard with a tie-out cable so that your pet can explore my whole backyard safely without fear of taking off. I also have a screened in porch that I often let the cats roam in during the nicer months. I have a Honda CR-V, so I can keep decently large dogs in the car as well for transport or in case of emergency. If I am caring for your pet in your home, I will cuddle, play, exercise, and feed & water them to their hearts content. I will ask however for an extra fee to pick up any dog poo or clean litter boxes.

About: I’ve had big and small dogs all my life. I’ve watched puppies and have done senior care. All dogs are different and i’m well adaptable. I work part time and get off at 2 at the latest. I’m off mondays, wednesday, and weekends all day! Just let me know when! I always listen to the owner first! I’m very patient with other dogs and their safety always comes first. I enjoy playing with pets, taking them on walks, and giving them the love and attention they need. If you’re interested in socializing your dog, I can also take them to dog parks. I work fully remote & can devote lots of attention to your pet. On weekends i like to be outside when possible but don’t typically leave the house for more than 4 hours when dog sitting. I am open to crate your dog while I am away/ at night, letting dogs run in their yard if fenced or if they have a collar and under my supervision. I am uncomfortable with letting your dog roam around the yard without any restrictions unless they are trained. The last thing i would want is for your dog to run away.
About: I can provide a safe quiet home for your pet to visit when you’re away. I work from home and spend the days with our almost 8 year old boxer mix, Aggie. We love taking walks to the park near our home and we have a small fenced in back yard with a privacy fence. Aggie gets along with almost every dog and will sometimes play. She can be pretty vocal when she plays but is otherwise super quiet. She’s a great role model for younger dogs :) I work from home so I am usually home with the pets for most of the day. We take daily walks when the weather is good. We have a large dog crate if your dog needs. Our yard is fenced in and dogs wouldn’t usually be home alone for more than a few hours.

About: I have been around animals my entire 33 years of existence. I grew up raising German Shepard's with my dad. I have no problem working on basic commands and potty training. I work full time (occasionally from home), but I am available to run over to let your animals in or out to potty before work and around lunch time. After 6pm & on weekends, I am home all evening/night so I can keep your fur baby comfortable as well. I have a gated area in my front yard for my own friendly fur babies, they can keep yours entertained. :-) We go on frequent walks when the ground is cool.

If I am caring in my home, I have 3 cats-all fixed- a special needs male dog who is NOT fixed due to medical reasons, and two kids under the age of 5. If you choose to keep your pet at my home, they need to be able to get along with them or be kept in a separate room. If you have a female dog, they would need to be fixed with proof of spay. My special needs dog has no business procreating! I have a large home and a decent sized yard with a tie-out cable so that your pet can explore my whole backyard safely without fear of taking off. I also have a screened in porch that I often let the cats roam in during the nicer months. I have a Honda CR-V, so I can keep decently large dogs in the car as well for transport or in case of emergency. If I am caring for your pet in your home, I will cuddle, play, exercise, and feed & water them to their hearts content. I will ask however for an extra fee to pick up any dog poo or clean litter boxes.

About: Just moved into the purrrfect home for my furry friends. Spacious home for them to roam around. Comfy couches to lounge in and beautiful sunset view of the lake to fall asleep to in the sun room. In addition, sloped yard to prance around in. Not only that the lake is only across the street from my very own backyard for lake walks. Message me to learn more. I specialize in boarding. I do occasionally house sit but prefer 1-2 week notice. I do variety of projects that works with my schedule. I choose what works best for you and me. Don't hesitate to ask for accommodation as needed. The back yard has no fencing around to separate houses around but I will always keep a watchful eye out. If your pet is out so am I. I want your beloved to have fresh air and fun as well as be safe.
