“This was our first time leaving our two dogs with Ty, but will not be the last! Ty was super responsive throughout the process - from pre-booking questions to updates during our trip to the day of pick-up. It's obvious he loves and is good with dogs and he was more than accommodating. We received updates and photos and/or videos every day. I am certain our dogs were much more spoiled at Ty's house than they are at home and it was nice to know they were having a mini-vacation of their own! Our flight home was delayed and cancelled multiple times due to weather and we didn't return home until more than 24 hours later than anticipated. Throughout this ordeal, Ty was helpful and assured us our dogs were just fine staying with him until we returned. He alleviated concerns about our pets and their lodging during an otherwise very stressful day. Will definitely be booking with Ty the next time we leave town.”

About: I grew up with dogs and other animals my entire life. I enjoy regular walks around our neighborhood and are experienced in giving vitamins and/or medication daily. I am home full time so your pet will have full time care. I have recently retired and I am available to care for your pet full time on week days as well as weekends! Your pet is never alone and gets all the attention she/he will ever need! So bring their bed, feeding dishes, toys and their brush so we can take care of all their needs. I have a fenced in yard. I always focus on maintaining each pet's normal routine— whether that's mealtime schedules, daily walks and playtime. All pets are allowed on the furniture.

About: The thing that I was most excited about turned 18 for was finally being able to join Rover. I have been dog sitting for 5 years and have owned a dog for 11 years. I have always had the biggest love for dogs. One thing I love to do in my free time is frequently visit a shelter to go and give each one of them a little extra love. 😊 My goal is to give my clients a worry free experience and to always make sure they know there animal is in good care. I would be more than happy to send frequent pictures and updates :) Pet care fits into my routine so naturally because I truly love it! I’m already used to dog sitting often, and planning my days around feeding, walks, and lots of playtime, so adding in new furry friends is honestly the best part of my week. The highlight of my weeks will be getting to meet all sorts of new dogs and see each one of their personalities. I’m a full time college student, but my mornings from 6am-10am and afternoons after 3pm are typically open. By doing rover, this will allow me to get my dog fix while being away from home. ☺️ To start, I typically will require a meet up before the service. My home: I make sure that they have a safe space to go to and I always slowly introduce the dog to my dogs to ensure that it’s not overwhelming, given that they are already in a completely new environment. Another thing that I do, no matter what the dog is, is when everyone is gone I put my dogs downstairs, and the clients dog upstairs, just to ensure that they get there alone time. 😊
About: I have 4 cats of my own. I've had 2 since 2017, 1 as a kitten since 2020, and the newest rescue I saved after he was thrown from a car. I've seen a wide gamut of cat personalities, and I am very accepting of cat boundaries. A nervous cat doesn't deserve less love.

About: I have taken care of my black cat, Kitty for 4 years and my other two cats, Whiskers and Oreo for 2 years. Kitty always tells me when to back off and I do because they deserve personal space too. Whiskers and Oreo are quite affectionate, so I do my best in giving them all the pets they deserve. When I met one of my friend's cat, they were skittish of me since I was a new person to them. So I took my time with them by letting them approach me first and sniff my hand. I made sure not to give direct eye contact towards them since that will make them nervous. I also talked in a soft tone so my friend's cat doesn't get scared by me. It took a bit of time, but my friend's cat let me pet them, which I was very happy to do. It made me feel special. I believe I'm adaptable to how I should approach cats when I first meet them.

About: Hi ! As I am home for summer , I would love to be able to watch any animals , any size is okay ! I have grown up with large dogs most of my life but I am okay with any size and age. I am a college student athlete at Winona State University going into my Junior year next semester! I am also a nanny in the summers so I am very flexible when it comes to times or days ! I am also a nanny in the summer which means I have can have very flexible hours ! I am also very active, walks, runs etc. I have a fenced in yard and a pool ! About: Growing up with a variety of animals really gave me the compassion and love I have for animals now. Also, it gave me the skill I need to be able to take care of and provide for the different species of animals there are out there. Mostly, it was dogs and cats but I do have experience in caring for hamsters and bunnies. I love to go walking/hiking just to be outside and getting fresh air so i have no problem going on walks. I’m completely comfortable with our furry friends being on my furniture, I know not everybody is but mi casa es su casa. I am a veterinarian technician with my A.A.S. degree and I plan to open up my own business one day whether it be a dog boarding place of my own or my very own shelter/rescue. Either way, this is my 5-10 year goal and his will help me achieve that. I work full time throughout the week. My evenings are available & so are most of my weekends. This month of August will be busy for me on the weekends though. I make sure they are comfortable & I treat them as if they are my own. I make sure they are happy while their person is gone.

We have a 1 year old mixed breed dog that is very playful and happy around pretty much everyone. We met in a park near AJ’s home and he was promptly on time and communicated well. For me personally I just wanted someone that would keep my dog active and happy for the afternoon, also sneak in the occasional nap is okay too. About: At one time, we were breeders of Champion Golden Retrievers, and have raised many a pup, from small to large breeds. From Bernese to Yorkies, we love them all! Our furbabies are a Shorkie and Shih Tzu who are well behaved and make great hosts and playmates! Large pastures and trails on which to walk, so lots of exercise. Our canine guests will receive lots of love and attention! They will be welcome in our house if well-behaved, and treated like one of the family during their stay. We have excellent references from previous guests and do our best to make sure our every guest feels right at home. We follow all care guides given by our guests owners, including giving meds and treats as owner provides us. I or my husband are home with our guest dogs during stays. Our guests get lots of attention and care. We want to care for them as they are used to being cared for at home. We walk 3-4 times a day or as often as match the home life of our guests. They are cared for in our home and integrated into being cared for as part of our family with 2 little welcoming fur babies.

I can do early mornings to late nights. I’m always able to help with anything! I’m very detail oriented and need straightforward instructions in order to properly care for a pet. About: I have taken care of my dogs and cats since the start of high school. I love giving affection to my dogs and cats, including others I have met in person. I used to have a dog that was a senior and improvised ways that I helped them with, like using one of the sofa cushions as a chair my dog could use to go on the bed. Another example was putting pills on a butter knife that had a dab of peanut butter in it and gave it to my senior dog. I'm good at listening to instructions and guidelines that you need for me to take care of your pets. I will also give them space when they tell me. If they're skittish of me, then I'll be patient with them by letting them sniff my hand, not give eye contact at them, crouching down to their level, and talking in a calm tone. I am unemployed, so I have plenty of time to take care of your dogs and/or cats! I will be available Sunday through Thursday unless something comes up in my life of course. I’ve always been an animal lover and happiest when I’m spending time outside! I have a dog of my own, Reese, who I love taking on walks, runs, and little adventures, along with three cats who each have completely different personalities. Growing up around animals has taught me that every pet is different and deserves patience, attention, affection, and plenty of time to just be themselves. I love getting to know each animal’s personality and finding what makes them happiest—whether that’s an energetic walk, some playtime, exploring outside, or simply having someone there to give them attention. I’m also completely comfortable with puppies, high-energy dogs, and dogs who may still be working on their training or manners. I believe they deserve just as much patience and care while they’re learning! My goal is to give your pet a fun, positive experience while making sure they’re safe, cared for, and getting the attention they deserve. 🐾
About: I grew up on a farm and I have experience with multiple different breeds of animals. I take the time to listen to animals and their body language. I work part time. So i have plenty of extra time to spend and care for your fur baby. Im available Monday to Friday after 2pm and weekends! I have plent of yard space and easy access to walking tails and parks. I do have a dog friendly cat who can keep ur fur baby company
About: Growing up with a variety of animals really gave me the compassion and love I have for animals now. Also, it gave me the skill I need to be able to take care of and provide for the different species of animals there are out there. Mostly, it was dogs and cats but I do have experience in caring for hamsters and bunnies. I love to go walking/hiking just to be outside and getting fresh air so i have no problem going on walks. I’m completely comfortable with our furry friends being on my furniture, I know not everybody is but mi casa es su casa. I am a veterinarian technician with my A.A.S. degree and I plan to open up my own business one day whether it be a dog boarding place of my own or my very own shelter/rescue. Either way, this is my 5-10 year goal and his will help me achieve that. I work full time throughout the week. My evenings are available & so are most of my weekends. This month of August will be busy for me on the weekends though. I make sure they are comfortable & I treat them as if they are my own. I make sure they are happy while their person is gone.
About: I've had pets my whole life and have had kittens, puppies, cats, dogs, and animals outdoors. I've always had a heart for animals and am the type of person to save stray animals whenever I see them. I have experience caring for others animals and volunteer at the animals shelters from time to time. I'm currently a college student with a part time job!! Although that takes up quite a bit of my schedule, I still have plenty of free time to help care for your fur babies. I'm a very well organized person with a flexible schedule and can make nearly everything work out. Weekends, holidays, weeks long, or just a few days, you name it, I'll be there! I would say I'm a very responsible and organized person! I will care for your pets as if they're my own because I understand how much they mean to you. Your pets will be in safe hands!
About: I require any visiting pets to be vaccinated and on flea preventitive! I have trained many kinds of dogs for many different things! I have a service dog that I trained Bella! I also have a cat that is trained to sit, spin, and jump! I have experience with diabetic animals and with most animals in general! I am educated on animal CPR and heimlich. I'm happiest when I'm spending time with 6 dogs at a time lol it's so much fun! I don't have space to take more than one large dog or 2 small dogs at a time but someday I will! I am working on getting fencing for my yard! I only let 1 dog out at a time. I follow owners feeding schedule. I chart every feeding, drink of water that i see, and every potty break. I send updates daily and am well educated on how to calm an anxious dog!

“This was our first time leaving our two dogs with Ty, but will not be the last! Ty was super responsive throughout the process - from pre-booking questions to updates during our trip to the day of pick-up. It's obvious he loves and is good with dogs and he was more than accommodating. We received updates and photos and/or videos every day. I am certain our dogs were much more spoiled at Ty's house than they are at home and it was nice to know they were having a mini-vacation of their own! Our flight home was delayed and cancelled multiple times due to weather and we didn't return home until more than 24 hours later than anticipated. Throughout this ordeal, Ty was helpful and assured us our dogs were just fine staying with him until we returned. He alleviated concerns about our pets and their lodging during an otherwise very stressful day. Will definitely be booking with Ty the next time we leave town.”

About: I grew up with dogs and other animals my entire life. I enjoy regular walks around our neighborhood and are experienced in giving vitamins and/or medication daily. I am home full time so your pet will have full time care. I have recently retired and I am available to care for your pet full time on week days as well as weekends! Your pet is never alone and gets all the attention she/he will ever need! So bring their bed, feeding dishes, toys and their brush so we can take care of all their needs. I have a fenced in yard. I always focus on maintaining each pet's normal routine— whether that's mealtime schedules, daily walks and playtime. All pets are allowed on the furniture.

About: While living in Seattle I worked for Rover doing dog boarding in my own home, at times with up to five dogs at a time. About: I have always been an avid animal-lover. From childhood into adulthood, I have owned and cared for a variety of pets, including dogs, cats, small mammals, reptiles, birds & fish. My family & I currently share our home with two dogs, a bearded dragon, a Russian tortoise, & a ball python. I have several years of professional work experience in animal care (zoo, kennel care, walking, basic grooming) and wildlife / parks & recreation—both of which are relevant. Upon request, I can do drop-in visits for cats or exotic animals within a 15 mile radius. I am currently a stay-at-home mom & so my schedule allows me to be at home majority of the time. If I need to leave the house, it’s never for more than a couple of hours. I have a large four-story home, which provides amble space for pets to play or to be separated if need be. I utilize crates for dogs who need or prefer it. Our yard is unfenced, so I use slip leads and tie-out cables for potty time.

About: Hi ! As I am home for summer , I would love to be able to watch any animals , any size is okay ! I have grown up with large dogs most of my life but I am okay with any size and age. I am a college student athlete at Winona State University going into my Junior year next semester! I am also a nanny in the summers so I am very flexible when it comes to times or days ! I am also a nanny in the summer which means I have can have very flexible hours ! I am also very active, walks, runs etc. I have a fenced in yard and a pool ! But also I have a dog and my mom has a dog they are both loving and will keep your animal company!
