I grew up around dogs/cats of all kinds my whole life and have previous experience with dog sitting for friends while they were away on trips. I’ve also volunteered at my local animal shelter, where I spent time caring for and walking both dogs and cats. You don’t need to worry about traveling, as I have my own vehicle to travel. Because I work part time at a clinic, I’m available only afternoons and nights during the week. However, I'm available all day during the weekends. If you need a sitter, I would be unavailable to take them to my own house, but can stop in/stay at your place. Caring for an pet greatly depends on the pet themselves and the owner's desires. I love to play and be active with the animals if allowed. If a pet is older and doesn't like to be active for long, I enjoy just spending the quality time so they aren't lonely while their owner is away. I also always check in with the client about their pet's basic needs, such as how much they are fed and how often, how often they are let out, if there is any needs for any disabilities, etc.

About: I have owned a dog for the last 15 years and have taken care of all ages/types of dogs for family and friends! I am home during the week and on weekends. I have a 4 year old yellow lab who is extremely friendly with other dogs and is used to being around them. I have an acre fenced in yard in town with lots of room for the dogs to run around safe. We have the summers off and are very flexible during the week. We are also available most every weekend for weekend stays or week long stays. We have a large fenced (One acre) in yard and a four year old yellow lab named Earl who loves to run around. Our yard is very dog friendly!

We also have a deck that your pet can lounge on. We live near lots of walking paths and a dog park. We also live near the edge of town and close walking distance to the river. Some of the other things we do for work and are passionate about are: music, food service, teaching Spanish, writing, and instruments, child-care, coaching, and various outdoor activities. We are also very flexible and able to adapt to changes in scheduling. We are not currently able to host pets in our home but are able to accommodate any needs you or your pet may have in order to be and feel safe.
About: I’ve worked at a dog kennel for almost 4 years, so I know how to take care of dogs! I’d love to help you with your pets! I have a 4 year old pitbull of my own I’ve been taking care of for the past 3 years! I work at a dog kennel everyday and help take care of lab puppies from birth- 8 weeks old I have a fenced in yard and a very friendly pitbull/bulldog mix that loves to play and meet new friends and would love to keep your dog company

“Alisha took great care of Cooper and Collins over the last week! The dogs got a lot of time at the local dog park and had some down time too (hanging out at home with her sweet dog). They got some extra treats and chews. Alisha sent pics of the dogs throughout the week, and they always looked so happy! It definitely makes a difference when you know your dogs are well taken care of…I think they had just as much fun on their “vacation” as we did on ours! I would rebook with Alisha without reservation for future care needs! She was also located in a great spot for us (could drop them off easily on our way to the cities/up north).”
“We were so happy to connect with Brianna and that she was willing to watch our 4 month old Cavapoo over the Christmas and New Years holidays. I had never boarded a dog that young before and was concerned about turning my puppy with a calm disposition into a crazy anxious mess after over a week at a boarding kennel. I was nervous about sending my fur child to someone else’s home, but Brianna is clearly a dog person and I felt very comfortable leaving my puppy with her especially after I saw that her own two dogs are the two types of dogs I have the most experience with from my family dog and then the first dog my husband and I adopted together. It also takes a special person to welcome a 4 month old puppy (who is certainly not perfect!) into their own home. Our puppy came back to us acting totally normal and clearly did not suffer any mental distress under Brianna’s care. She also sent photos and videos while we were away which delighted my kids who missed their dog very much. This was a great experience for us!”
