I currently have control and flexibility of creating my own schedule. So I’m technically working part-time but I can work full-time if I want to. I follow their pets routines so they don’t feel as sad when their owners leave. This helps to regulate their days and overall mood and well-being.

I follow each pet’s routine closely, including feeding, walks, playtime, and any special instructions.
