About: I've worked with a foster care program with many puppies and older dogs. Grew up with three dogs in a dog-loving family, familiar with many breeds and needs! I just graduated from the College of Saint Scholastica. I am available after 4 on weekdays and all day on weekends! My schedule for potty breaks is very flexible! I am very attentive to dogs, and I am able to adjust to their needs (puppies, seniors, disabilities). I also don't mind doing small house-sitting chores, such as dishes and laundry.
About: While I have not been a professional dog sitter I have always been the one to offer to walk or watch my coworkers, family, and friends dogs.I absolutely love being around them, and can't wait to meet yours. In the past I have used Rover to find a sitter for my dogs when I am travelling with them. Having a safe place for them to be when I go tour around a new city is such a nice option to have. Sometimes this is a few hours other times an overnight. Hoping to be able to provide this for others. I have 3 dogs of my own, one shelter rescue and 2 foster fails. About: With almost 7 years of professional experience, you can trust that your pets are in good hands! I grew up on and around farms, so I have experience with pets ranging from dogs and cats, to goats and chickens, to lizards and guinea pigs and more. Now, I have my own little zoo at home, which includes a dog, a cat, two guinea pigs, turtles, and fish. I started my professional experience at the age of 16, when I started working at a doggy daycare. Once I moved to the Duluth area, I continued caring for pets through Rover and similar sites. In the last few months, I have started my own business petsitting and dog walking. In addition, I have done volunteer work through animal shelters and worked closely with dog trainers to expand my knowledge and experience with pets of all kinds. I currently work full time Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm, as well as 9am-3pm Saturdays and 5pm-9pm Friday and Saturday nights. About: I have owned cats my entire life. My very first pet was a Siamese cat named Emma that I got for Christmas when I was 7 years old. Since then I have owned pretty much every breed of cat throughout my lifetime. I have owned mama cats, and kittens. I have no problem cleaning litter boxes and have no allergies.

About: I live along the shore of Lake Superior, about 10 minutes north of Duluth. I grew up with cats and dogs around all the time. More recently I lived with a roommate who had 3 dogs (small and medium-sized) who I cared for during the day all week. Love animals of all kinds. I try to walk 4-5 miles each day on my quiet dirt road and also along Lake Superior right by my house. I work remotely and am basically always home, so your pet will have their needs taken care of! I work remotely and have no set work schedule, so I'm very flexible. I try to get outside and walk every day. I also have trails by my house to walk on. I have no pets and I live by myself. I have a medium-sized yard, but plan on keeping any dogs or cats on leashes when we go outside. I have a small-ish house but plenty of room for pets - they could have their own bedroom if they want!

About: I have owned a dog my entire life. We live in the country with a large (unfenced) yard and acres of woods behind us that the we can walk the dogs on. We also have a large outdoor kennel. My son is 12 and also is great with taking care of dogs. I work from home and my son will be out on summer break soon so they will have plenty of attention. About: I grew up with dogs in the house and they have been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. Growing up, I was often left alone with my pets and my family relied on me to walk, feed, bathe, and play with them. About: I am a lover of all things animals. I grew up with dogs and around cats. I volunteered at the Animal Humane Society in the Twin Cities for two years. I am also familiar with taking care of birds, reptiles and Guinea pigs for short periods of time. I am a teacher, so during the summer I am available most times of the day. I do like to travel on some weekends, but am open during typical work week hours! I am great at following directions. I have been trained in understanding animal body language to know how they are feeling. I know how to put on a harness and a gentle leader. I am also able to crate dogs.

About: I have experience working with many animals growing up on my grandpas cattle farm. I love to work with dogs and cats. I grew up with 3 sweet cats and a big loyal husky. Currently I am “mom” to 7 kitties. I also have experience dog sitting as I have dog sat for two different families throughout my time at college. I have recently graduated from college and am taking a gap year in between grad school. I am working part time at the hospital but would love to spend time playing with your animal friends as well! To me my pets are family and I will treat your pets in the same way. They deserve care respect and love and I will do everything I can to keep them safe and happy during their time with me.

About: While I have not been a professional dog sitter I have always been the one to offer to walk or watch my coworkers, family, and friends dogs.I absolutely love being around them, and can't wait to meet yours. In the past I have used Rover to find a sitter for my dogs when I am travelling with them. Having a safe place for them to be when I go tour around a new city is such a nice option to have. Sometimes this is a few hours other times an overnight. Hoping to be able to provide this for others. I have 3 dogs of my own, one shelter rescue and 2 foster fails. Luna, Ole, and Birdie have been great foster siblings to foster dogs I have cared for also. I have a fenced yard with enough room to play. I also have a few spare bedrooms so will have the ability to separate dogs if that is needed however I prefer to dogsit those that are dog friendly due to already having a few in the home.

About: I'm Ashley. 29 years old. I have 7-8 years of experience sitting dogs. I give them my full attention at all times. I will play with them, and walk them. I will make sure they are fed, and hydrated! I'm a big animal lover! Most dogs that I've sat in the past loved me, and my attention I gave them. They will always leave happy :) I will sometimes spoil them if they're good. I'll go to the store, and pick up some toys or treats. My kids get along very well with animals. They will always play with them as well. My kids have never got injured by any dog or cat. I'm hoping you'll choose me to sit your animal!:)) I'm a stay at home so I have all day to care, and play with them! If my kids don't need me first then they have my full attention. I make sure to get them comfortable first. I fill up their dish bowls right away. They'll either come to me to sit or if they're a smaller dog I'll pick up, and sit with. They always show they are content by licking my hand, and following me around.

About: I’ve cared for dogs of all ages and personalities for over 15 years, starting with family and neighbors and continuing through friends and repeat clients. I also volunteer walking dogs at the Humane Society in Superior, where I regularly work with nervous, high-energy, or more challenging dogs. I take a calm, patient approach and adjust to each dog’s needs, earning trust is always my goal. If a dog is difficult, I see it as an opportunity to connect. I truly love dogs, and I already love yours. I have a flexible schedule and work from home most days, which allows me to be present and attentive throughout the day. With about three days’ notice, I can adjust my schedule to accommodate pet care needs. On days I’m in the office or traveling for personal reasons, I communicate clearly in advance to ensure expectations are set and care is consistent. Safety and trust are always my top priorities. I have two friendly dogs of my own, and I’m mindful about introductions and routines. If a pet needs a quieter or separate environment, I have family nearby who can care for my dogs as needed. I have a partially fenced yard and use leashes and close supervision for outdoor time. I follow care instructions closely and focus on providing a calm, structured, and safe environment.
