Crystal (the dog-sitter) said Sadie did well with the children and left the infants alone, so that went well. About: I have fostered both dogs and cats in the past. From childhood to the present day, a home is not complete without some form of animal companion. I tend to be an early riser and am very flexible. Cleaning up after myself as well as your pets is my specialty. I enjoy camping and antiquing when there’s no critters to hang out with. I am familiar with many types of leash and collar. I prefer to keep a dog heeled on most of the walk, letting them run and play when it’s appropriate to do so. If you have a preferred method of control I’m happy to accommodate. I’m comfortable giving meds and have experience with all kinds of feeding. When sitting, I’d love to water your plants and get the mail-any little extras that you need. I often take my dad shopping or to doctor’s appointments, and set my own schedule with my other jobs. How long your pets can be left alone (if at all) is up to you! I’m great at following orders, especially written instructions; please tell me how you usually handle your pets so I can keep it consistent for them! I like to go for walks, and like it even more if I have company. I also always enjoy a good snuggle.

About: I can provide a safe quiet home for your pet to visit when you’re away. I work from home and spend the days with our almost 8 year old boxer mix, Aggie. We love taking walks to the park near our home and we have a small fenced in back yard with a privacy fence. Aggie gets along with almost every dog and will sometimes play. She can be pretty vocal when she plays but is otherwise super quiet. She’s a great role model for younger dogs :) I work from home so I am usually home with the pets for most of the day. I am currently home full-time so your pet will never be left alone overnight or for long periods of time. Frequent potty breaks, walks and playtime are always readily available. Please note: Monday-Thursday drop off & pick up must be scheduled between 5:30-7:30pm. Friday-Sunday pick up & drop off times are flexible. I have a large indoor play area so they can burn off energy no matter the weather. My Golden, Mya, makes an excellent welcoming comity and she is always thrilled to meet new friends. I can easily crate your pet if needed. We are located on a quiet street with a culdesac, perfect for safe walks. We have 2 acres for your babies to play. If pet parents are comfortable with field trips, our guests are welcome to join us for walks at local parks. Guaranteed they will go home happy and tired!

“Sadie, a yellow Labrador husky dog, got to spend some quality time with people and came back happy and content, & slept as soundly as I have ever seen. Crystal (the dog-sitter) said Sadie did well with the children and left the infants alone, so that went well. I was grateful Crystal allowed the dog to interact with the kids and even come into the house. I wasn't quite sure whether Sadie would behave. She did grab items off shelves, a habit I am trying to bring under control, but the dog interacted normally with the people in the house and that went very well. I was very grateful to have found a good home where Sadie felt comfortable staying. The dog-boarding went even better than I had expected! I really appreciate Crystal's kind and caring attitude toward the dog-boarding and will definitely look her up for Sadie the next time I need to find Sadie a place to stay.”

About: I tailor my care to you and your pets, with the goal of providing the same love and structure they’re used to. I love to learn their routines, quirks, and comforts so they feel completely at home. I come from a nursing background, so I am comfortable providing medications and treatments. I have a special love for elderly animals! I also have significant farm experience, so if watching over your farm is also something you need, please reach out! I work Monday-Friday 8-4:30 with a very flexible schedule that often includes several days per week working from home. On the days I’m not working from home, I typically am not gone for the entire day. The flexibility of my schedule ensures I can do what I need to care for your pets while we’re together! My goal is to create a space where both pets and their owners can feel completely at ease. I maintain a calm, clean environment, and provide thoughtful attention and careful supervision.
