About: Relocated here from Iowa. Enjoy working with different dogs. Pet lover. I completed 6 months of Veterinarian Assistant classes online. Life happened and I had to take a pause. But I am thinking about going back and finish obtaining my associates degree in the field. So whether it be house sitting with the animals or simply doing some walking or activities, I don't mind and will enjoy my time with them. Its something I enjoy as one of my hobbies. I am available evenings, on the weekends and most all holidays! I can be very flexible with last minute needs. I have one very friendly chocolate lab, that loves to have new playmates! I can also easily crate your pup, if that’s what you prefer. We love to take walks to the nearby park and play fetch. I also like to watch animals in their own environment if that is where they are most comfortable!
About: I have been a pet sitter for many years. Also, I have always had a dog and cat of my own since I was a young child. I will treat your pet as if it was my own. I feel it's important that animals get exercise and will take your dog for walks and make sure they are comfortable and happy. Your pet will get lots of love in my home!! I work from home and can attend to them anytime. I will walk them as I do for my own dogs. They will get to play outside in a large wooded area. I live out in the country on 8 acres. You pet will be in paradise! Your pet will sleep in my home. My other dogs are friendly. They are used to having other dogs stay with us. I can also care for your pet in your home.
About: I require any visiting pets to be vaccinated and on flea preventitive! I have trained many kinds of dogs for many different things! I have a service dog that I trained Bella! I also have a cat that is trained to sit, spin, and jump! I have experience with diabetic animals and with most animals in general! I am educated on animal CPR and heimlich. I'm happiest when I'm spending time with 6 dogs at a time lol it's so much fun! I don't have space to take more than one large dog or 2 small dogs at a time but someday I will! I am working on getting fencing for my yard! I only let 1 dog out at a time. I follow owners feeding schedule. I chart every feeding, drink of water that i see, and every potty break. I send updates daily and am well educated on how to calm an anxious dog!
About: I’ve raised my two adopted puppies and created a safe home for both of them. All the vet visits and training and spending time together on walks helped me learn a lot about them and allowed me to show them that humans can be kind. They have their own personalities and needs. The dog treadmill keeps their stress and anxiety levels low. I groom and trim their claws. I’ve been training my dogs day to day and it never stops amusing me how smart they are. I am currently working part-time and spending time with dogs helps time go by. Weekends are always open. Obviously there are chores to take care of the house but there is always time to tend to the furry friends. I cared for my dogs when they were sick following vets instructions to give certain medications to my dogs. Adopting a dog always comes with challenges and we have overcome many of them. At home I have four rooms and two floors and a fenced backyard. I have three crates and one giant crate. I only use them if I need to run an errand or take care of myself away from the dogs. I try to ventilate the house an much as possible, frequently clean the house and make sure that my pets stay safe, healthy and happy.
About: I've had pets since I was five years old, and have taken care of dogs for the last six years. I absolutely adore dogs and cats, and miss being around them every day. Growing up, I cared for different pets in my neighborhood, and have been on Rover since 2020, working with pets of all shapes and sizes (but mostly dogs and cats). I have an extremely flexible schedule since I work in a hybrid capacity, and can be available as often as your pet requires me to be. I have availability every day of the week, as well as nights.
