One of my cats lived to be 24 and I am currently living with a 17-year-old cat, so I have experience with cats of all ages, from kittens all the way to seniors! I love caring for cats of all ages. I know how to give a cat oral and liquid medications and I have even done in-home hospice care where I gave my cat subcutaneous fluids. I have also trained some of my cats to go outside on a harness. About: I have always loved animals, whether it be a mouse or a horse. I also love to help people out, especially with dogs and cats. I’ve babysat one dog long-term (about 6 months), and I have been babysitting the same dog for about 2 years, since he was a 8 week old puppy. I also had a dog who passed away a few years ago, and had to take care of her in her senior years and help her get up as she had hip problems. In between dog-sitting, I did babysit dogs for a week, and usually wouldn’t mix dogs unless owners were okay with it. (these owners were from my work or teachers from my high school). I am currently attending college in Duluth. However, I do come home quite a bit Fridays-Mondays. In the summer, I will be very flexible though! I take dogs out on leashes as it makes me feel most comfortable but fenced in yards while watching the dog also makes me feel comfy as well.

Every pet is different, and I believe clients know their pets best. At the same time, I use good judgment and common-sense safety practices to ensure pets remain safe, healthy, and comfortable while their parents are away. I am patient, attentive, and observant, and I make it a priority to learn each pet's personality, preferences, and needs. I also value staying in contact with pet parents throughout their time away, as much as their availability and preferences allow. About: I’ve had dogs all my life, helping my parents take care of them growing up. In highschool I got a job at a pet hotel and worked there for a year. This was a great experience, I got to see how dogs interact with each other and learned how to take care of different types of dogs. I have also helped house sit some of our family friends dogs. I am home from college and have most days free. I am available most of the days and am happy to work whenever I am needed. I can not watch any dogs in my house. However, I will take good care of your pets in your house. I will follow any instructions given and help keep your pet feel as comfortable as possible.

About: I’ve had dogs since I was born! I’ve grown up with labs and yorkies, my extended family has had bulldogs, Great Danes and cavillier King Charles dogs! I live in a small town and love to be active and miss having a furry friend around! My schedule doesn’t allow me to have a dog as I travel for work, but I have a lot of free time throughout the week that I would love to make the most of with your best furry friend(s)!
