I volunteer at the Humane Society in Kansas City while at school where I work directly with the shelter dogs. I have house sat for multiple family friends and am ready to take on new pups and cats! During the day I often just workout, read a book, or hang with my own dogs. I have fostered a dog before and can adjust well to your dogs needs. About: I have had dogs my whole life. I've taken them through multiple levels of training including therapy dog training. I am a Registered Nurse working part time and I'd love to spend my extra time taking care of your much-loved pet! I currently work part time, which leaves me available for dog walks or drop-ins in the afternoon, boarding is available during the week, though I will be out of the house Mon-Fri 9:00 am-1:30 pm I have a large yard with no fence. I spend a lot of weekends in the cities right now, but I’m occasionally available on weekends as well. I’m available for walks, drop-ins, playtime, park trips, or watching pets for a few hours at a time. I treat every pet like they’re my own and make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and cared for. About: I’ve worked with dogs and cats in many different ways. I have owned dogs my entire life, plus a few cats. I volunteer at the Humane Society in Kansas City while at school where I work directly with the shelter dogs. I have house sat for multiple family friends and am ready to take on new pups and cats! About: Hello my name is Chelsea and I love animals. Growing up I lived on a hobby farm with cats, dogs, horses, goats, fish and chickens to now when I have reptiles, two dogs and a cat. My dream job would be to work with animals every day and build a trust between owner and sitter because I know the feeling when you can trust that your animal baby will be cared for to the fullest extent. I have always cared for animals and have been to a few basic animal emergency classes that I learned a lot from such as cpr on cats, dogs and reptiles to learning basic signs of pain or uncomfortably. I can’t wait to meet more animals and am excited to start. I have always had a routine and the pets were just a part of that. If I leave the house the have each other but I’m never gone for more then an couple hours. I care for them as I would my own, they are apart of the family and I wouldn’t want it any other way. If they need water; I would fill the bowl, same with food. If they needed potty break I would take them outside; and if they wanted to cuddle and watch a movie on the couch I would allow it.
About: I had my first dog when I was 7 years old, I was helping my dad to train my dog. I was responsible for his walks, food, etc. After my first dog experience, I’ve decided that animals make me so happy. I had 8-10 senior/young dogs that I took care of. I also had four cats that I was taking care of. Some birds, fish, turtles, horses… I genuinely love spending time with animals I am currently in college full time, we can always schedule a week ahead to make sure if I have enough time for your dog! Unfortunately I won’t be able to take your dog to my house for nights but I can take them during the day. I have fenced backyard that your animals can have their own space and have fun!
