“I can’t say enough great things about how fantastic Rachel and her family were with our dog, Larry. He was there for 5 nights over the 4th of July Holiday and had the time of his life. Rachel was so good about sending lots of pictures that we really felt like we had a good idea of how much fun he was having. Rachel’s family welcomed Larry like he was one of their own and their 4 dogs did a good job of showing Larry how life on the farm works! They even took him hiking at the nearby Pattison state park and he played a lot of fetch in their meadow and swam in the stream on their property. About: With almost 7 years of professional experience, you can trust that your pets are in good hands! I grew up on and around farms, so I have experience with pets ranging from dogs and cats, to goats and chickens, to lizards and guinea pigs and more. Now, I have my own little zoo at home, which includes a dog, a cat, two guinea pigs, turtles, and fish. I started my professional experience at the age of 16, when I started working at a doggy daycare. Once I moved to the Duluth area, I continued caring for pets through Rover and similar sites. In the last few months, I have started my own business petsitting and dog walking. I am able to administer medications and general care as specified. I also offer nail/claw trims for dogs and cats for $20. Just check the bathing/grooming box. I prioritize play, so even drop ins will get plenty of entertainment! Supervised puzzle feeds, or playing with favorite toys, or whatever pops up in the moment. Pup-led play is usually the most fun! My schedule is fairly open most of the time, but I am going to be starting trade school to become a barefoot specialist for equines sometime in 2026. I need a flexible work schedule so I can trim my case study horses, and the horses I already trim for a friend. - REGARDING OVERNIGHT STAYS! My rates are for ONE 12 hr overnight visit. If you need me for consecutive nights with drop ins during the day, my rates increase to cover each drop in. Walks, nail trims, daily brushing are also an additional cost. These additional charges will be discounted, not my full rate. Let's discuss it 😃 My kitties and I enjoy a peaceful life out in the country. We're new to it, and it's not our house, so I am not currently offering boarding or doggy daycare. I am incredibly respectful of others' spaces. I follow the 'leave no trace' hiking guideline into clients' homes! I respect privacy and will never invite strangers in or take photos for any other reason than to update you, the owner.

About: I have grown up with dogs all my life, ranging in breeds from dalmatians to terriers to labs to shepards. I am able to go for runs with active dogs or give company to the elderly ones. I have two dogs of my own: a 5 yr old lab mix and and a 3 yr old German Shepard. I have had nothing but great experiences using Rover, and want to make sure others experience the same. About: I’ve cared for dogs of all ages and personalities for over 15 years, starting with family and neighbors and continuing through friends and repeat clients. I also volunteer walking dogs at the Humane Society in Superior, where I regularly work with nervous, high-energy, or more challenging dogs. I take a calm, patient approach and adjust to each dog’s needs, earning trust is always my goal. If a dog is difficult, I see it as an opportunity to connect. I truly love dogs, and I already love yours. I have a flexible schedule and work from home most days, which allows me to be present and attentive throughout the day. With about three days’ notice, I can adjust my schedule to accommodate pet care needs. On days I’m in the office or traveling for personal reasons, I communicate clearly in advance to ensure expectations are set and care is consistent. Safety and trust are always my top priorities. I have two friendly dogs of my own, and I’m mindful about introductions and routines. If a pet needs a quieter or separate environment, I have family nearby who can care for my dogs as needed. I have a partially fenced yard and use leashes and close supervision for outdoor time. I follow care instructions closely and focus on providing a calm, structured, and safe environment.

About: While I have not been a professional dog sitter I have always been the one to offer to walk or watch my coworkers, family, and friends dogs.I absolutely love being around them, and can't wait to meet yours. In the past I have used Rover to find a sitter for my dogs when I am travelling with them. Having a safe place for them to be when I go tour around a new city is such a nice option to have. Sometimes this is a few hours other times an overnight. Hoping to be able to provide this for others. I have 3 dogs of my own, one shelter rescue and 2 foster fails. Luna, Ole, and Birdie have been great foster siblings to foster dogs I have cared for also. I have a fenced yard with enough room to play. I also have a few spare bedrooms so will have the ability to separate dogs if that is needed however I prefer to dogsit those that are dog friendly due to already having a few in the home.
