About: Hi there! My name is Savannah, and I recently moved to the area! I grew up around dogs/cats of all kinds my whole life and have previous experience with dog sitting for friends while they were away on trips. I’ve also volunteered at my local animal shelter, where I spent time caring for and walking both dogs and cats. You don’t need to worry about traveling, as I have my own vehicle to travel. Because I work part time at a clinic, I’m available only afternoons and nights during the week. However, I'm available all day during the weekends. If you need a sitter, I would be unavailable to take them to my own house, but can stop in/stay at your place. Caring for an pet greatly depends on the pet themselves and the owner's desires. I love to play and be active with the animals if allowed. If a pet is older and doesn't like to be active for long, I enjoy just spending the quality time so they aren't lonely while their owner is away. I also always check in with the client about their pet's basic needs, such as how much they are fed and how often, how often they are let out, if there is any needs for any disabilities, etc.

I recently became trained in dog and cat CPR and first aid. I am not afraid to give medications to an animal and have taken care of dogs that have special needs such as anxiety, fear of fireworks, fear of guns and high energy. I am currently on a teaching schedule but after memorial day I will be available most days. If I am away during the summer it's usually just during the day. They will take first priority, getting food, water, any medications prescribed and taken to go outside will all take place before my needs. About: I've taken care of a senior Bulldog for 1 year. I ended up training him and living with him. He made major improvements in behavior for his owner. We became best buds. Also I've taken care of a cat on a regular basis for the past 2 years. Playtime and cuddles are the best! I get along well with any animal I've met. Each animal has such a unique personality, and I'm excited to learn about them! Also when I was a kid I had hamsters as pets for about 10 years. During most weekdays I'm available anytime. Some Saturdays I'm available. But most Sundays I'm not available. I have a lot of flexibility and will work with your needs. I will be able to take care of your pets at your home or my home. Whatever is more convenient for you. I only ask that they are house trained and you bring what they would need of course. I will follow whatever guidelines you may have. I'm currently retired and will be available to take care of your pet Monday-Friday anytime of day. Some Saturdays are available too. Not on Sundays though. I have an unfenced yard and a park nearby that I can play with your dog at. Most of the time we will be inside my 1 bedroom ground floor apartment. Since I am home and not working, I'll give them plenty of attention and care!

“This was our first experience using Lynn to provide an afternoon of daycare for our two, 1-1/2 yr old labs Maggie and Willow. Lynn met with us for a visit before we booked this daycare service and we found Lynn to be very knowledgeable, confident, cheerful and pleasant to work with. On the day of daycare she took extra care in introducing our pups to the other dogs since Maggie can be very timid and a bit insecure. I was having some difficulty with the long lead, and Riley immediately went up to her as if they had known each other for a long time. When Riley heard the dogs barking inside the house, she led Chelsie to the door, which was quite charming. I realized I forgot to mention something to Chelsie, but she responded right away. On my way back to pick up Riley, I got caught in traffic, so Chelsie graciously brought Riley out to me, and Riley happily got into the car without any issues. After we returned home, I noticed that Riley's card was filled out, and there was a detailed note, along with photos of Riley's day, showing that she had gone for a walk and played with her dogs. Overall, I would rate the experience as excellent, and Riley will definitely be visiting again.”
