We have gone the boarding at the kennel route in the past and have found it to be extremely stressful for them. They come home sleep deprived and smelly! We have also gone the route of pet sitters who drop in, but then this requires the dogs to be alone in the house in their kennels most of the time. We hadn't really considered leaving them in someone's home until I came across Sara's profile and had a visit with her. She was a fantastic listener and took plenty of time to give me the tour and to learn more about our pets. We just used her services for the first time over the weekend and when we picked the dogs up, they were happy, calm and clean. :-). One of our dogs is a senior dog on medication and overall just a little more needy and clingy and this was not a problem for Sara at all. She is super experienced and our dogs were at ease the first time they met her. She has two older dogs of her own who are absolute sweeties. About: I have grown up around dogs. I look after my neighbors dogs when they have a sporting event or vacation. I let their dog outside to go to the bathroom and when they are done I play with them for a little bit. I currently have three dogs, a black lab mix, a yellow lab mix and a papillon-jack russel. The papillon is my own and care for him everyday. I walk him, play with him and feed him. My schedule is open, so I am available when you need me to watch your pet. I am available any time of the day . My clients home normally have a fenced in yard and I do play with them so that they will get plenty of exercise. I can crate your pet if needed.

About: I currently have two pomskies, a russian blue, and a black cat. I also had two 80 lbs Weimaraners, a black cat, and a teddy bear hamster growing up as well as taking care of all the neighbors pets when they would go on vacation prior to starting Rover! I now have interacted with almost every size of dog and multiple cats through my services. - I was a dual-sport athlete in college where I did gymnastics and track, and I currently weight lift. I preface this because some pet owners in the past have said I appear to be a smaller girl but I am stronger than I look and have walked/taken care of big dogs and very high energy dogs😂 - My services include: •30 minute dog walks include a fun stroll around your neighborhood to give your pet some fresh air and exercise during the day. •30 minute drop-ins include potty breaks, feeding, playtime, and of course plenty of love to make sure your pet is comfortable while you’re away. You may book two per day! •I’m always open to any extra needs or modifying for your situation!! I’m currently in law school and have class mid-day from August to May. I have mornings and evenings/nights open for drop in visits and dog walking during these months. From May to August, I work very early mornings 5x a week. I’m free 2pm and onwards during the summer months for drop-ins and dog walking services. I also stop by prior to my 6am start time for work to do drop-in visits as well. Please don’t be afraid to reach out for anything at all! •I always allow meet-and-greets for a quick 10 minute appointment (free) prior to any drop-ins or walking services so that I’m no stranger to you or your pet before I stop by for the first service. This also allows us to establish what needs your pet may have and your expectations for me. These aren’t mandatory to be able to book with me, just solely a comfort thing! •I remember the way pet items were stored in your home and return them back to the way they were after I’m done using them. •I always message you and ask for permission prior to entering any other part of the house that’s not necessary to the service. This rarely happens, but for example: a dog I came to walk was sleeping in the master bedroom so I messaged the owner first prior to retrieving him for our walk😂

We always had multiple cats and dogs at one time in my family home growing up. They were more than my animals; they were my brothers and sisters and beloved friends. I've loved and cared for 3 of my cats and 2 of my dogs into their senior years and through medical complications. I have experience with administering medications, including insulin to cats, animals with arthritis, and care after major procedures. I currently have open availability during weekdays M-F. I'm here to provide weekday support via check-ins and walks for busy families, as well as support with home visits if you are on vacation. About: I absolutely love dogs. I have two Australia Shepard who I call my fur babies. We do a lot of walks and playing outside. I always make sure that they are safe and get a lot of attention. I have a one acre lot that is fenced in. I do have a large yard and an unfinished basement Incase it rains we play down stairs. Depending on how much they eat and drink I try to do potty breaks every 2 hours if needed. If they are bed snugglers I would allow them to cuddle with me in bed. If they are kennel trained I would honor that as well. I will be able to fit your schedule such as feeding times, play times and potty breaks. I am also flexible with time as well. I currently work from home. Working from home allows me to be with the dogs during the day and allows for frequent potty breaks as well as attention. I can also allow play time outside on my breaks. “Amy was FANTASTIC with Lefty! He was at home there almost as fast as we arrived. Amy sent several pictures a day. We were completely at ease about Leftys care while we were gone. We’ve already booked another visit with Amy!”
“We recently moved to the area from out of state and needed to find care for our dogs when we travel. We have gone the boarding at the kennel route in the past and have found it to be extremely stressful for them. They come home sleep deprived and smelly! We have also gone the route of pet sitters who drop in, but then this requires the dogs to be alone in the house in their kennels most of the time. We hadn't really considered leaving them in someone's home until I came across Sara's profile and had a visit with her. She was a fantastic listener and took plenty of time to give me the tour and to learn more about our pets. We just used her services for the first time over the weekend and when we picked the dogs up, they were happy, calm and clean. :-). One of our dogs is a senior dog on medication and overall just a little more needy and clingy and this was not a problem for Sara at all. She is super experienced and our dogs were at ease the first time they met her. She has two older dogs of her own who are absolute sweeties. We look forward to utilizing Sara's services many times in the future!”
