“Nancy was a purrfect pet sitter for my 2 cats! I felt so at ease knowing she was caring for them and I got texts and picture updates which was great while away. They were very well taken care of! Above and beyond care from a true pet lover! I would recommend Nancy to anyone who asks!”

Aubrey W.

“Melissa was so great with my cat Sapphire. She was able to administer her oral medication and her ear medication, which she hates. And Sapphire is scared of people she doesn't know, and Melissa was able to gain her trust within the quick drop in visit time. She was even super kind enough to bring in our packages that were dropped off while we were gone!”

Tanya & Anthony B.

“Grace did a GREAT job checking in on my cat Jasmine while I was gone. She was very conscientious in assuring she was doing ok, and in her reporting to me. I will definitely look for Grace again when I plan my next trip!”

About: We have had labs for the past 14 years and Shitzu's for the past 30 years. Currenlty we have 5 Labrador Retrievers and 1 shitzu. We are currently working on training for Obedience and Rally for shows. Follow us on Facebook at Pinewood Lane Pet Resort Welcome to Pinewood Lane Pet Resort located in Pine River, MN. We are located on 20 acres, so we have a lot of room to run, play and explore. We offer 14 Kennels in our climate controlled facility, 4 of these Kennels with attached outdoor runs. Whether it's for doggie daycare, a weekend getaway, or the stay and play vacation, your best fur baby can enjoy their favorite activities in the comfort of our care. We offer home made treats, mental stimulation games, belly rubs, or let your dog romp freely in our spacious, outdoor play yards. Is hiking more your dog's style? Our hiking trails weave through our 15 acre fields. When your fur baby stays, we offer a fun filled day that will tire your fur baby out, it doesn't matter if it is for the doggie daycare or if it is for them staying a couple days. They will go home tired. If we don't offer your dog's favorite activity, let us know so we may add it to our program. Zachary is a full-time student at home and I work from home full-time. We are both able to work with the dogs throughtout the day and make them feel like they are at home but away from home when they stay and play with us. Our facility is attached to our home. We can host up to 14 dogs per night. Our doggy doors are closed at night to keep every dog safe andd feel right at home. Each dog is offered a raised bed, blanket and they are able to choose a toy to their liking. Our facility offers 3 fenced in large outdodor play areas. When any dog stays and plays with us, they are not allowed to go outdoors unless we are out there with them. Every boarder that stays with us, are required to have the following vaccines: Bordetella, Rabies and Distemper/Parvo Combo.

“Nancy was amazing for my Sadie! And what an angel of a human, went above and beyond for not only my dog but myself. Very early in the morning pushed my car out when I got stuck, and still let us come back 😅 Sadie was nice and tired each day when she came home which is exactly what I hope for! Would absolutely recommend Nancy for your pups.”

Victoria L.

“I highly recommend Janet to watch your pet 110%!! My puppy has high anxiety / separation anxiety and you never would have known it!! He had a great time 😃. Lots of pictures and videos throughout the day.”

Lori H.

“Grace is amazing! She helped me out in short notice to a situation I had and took great care of my dog. She made the whole process so easy and stress free. So helpful!”

Brad C.

“Buddy really enjoyed his time at Diane's-- She did an excellent job with him across the 4 days. She was communicative, sent photos and flexible with drop-off and pickup times. A perfect option for a few dog free days while visiting the Crosslake area. Will definitely reach out to her again!”

Nichole N.

“Jeannette and Zachary took great care of our little puppy! So thankful for such a loving dog sitter!”

Brittany M.

“Upon meeting Kay, I knew my dogs were in great hands. She considerately kept her dog in a separate room until my dogs got acclimated to her place. Her home is clean, spacious, inviting and dog-friendly! I enjoyed receiving pictures of my pups enjoying her beautiful fenced-in quiet, private backyard. And because it was our first visit and I didn’t want to stress my fur babies with an overnight, Kay graciously worked with an early/late pickup. We look forward to booking with her again!”

About: Rised on a hobby farm so grew up with all sorts of animals. My very own puppy came to me when i was 12 years old and have had a fur baby pretty much since. Have had some training in puppy classes and obedience. Have work with Bark Busters of the Twin Cities. Over the last 6 plus years I have joined a pet service company based out of the Twin Cities who specialize in doggy day care, dog walks, pet sitting for vacation clients in their home and also in our home. Pets come first. Working from home gives us the flexibility to care for your pets 24/7. Plenty of exercise, play time and of course scratches and love time. When pets come into our home we treat them as if they are our own. Currently the big back yard is not fenced in, however that will be changing very soon. In the meantime we will be going on more walks and being outside with your pets on a leash. We have one furbaby, and he is definitely a spoiled baby. If for some reason our pets do not get along, we will have a separation for our pets to keep all safe and yet still make sure that your pet feels like they are at their 2nd home. We will customized your home habits as you request. Crated as needed or want by our clients.
