I strive to maintain your pet's normal routine as closely as possible so they feel safe, comfortable, and right at home while you're away. About: I work remotely in marketing full time. We’re very grateful to have a nice home with a wonderful, large, fenced-in backyard that allows the dogs to go potty in and explore (bark!). My availability and hours are very flexible and the dogs are rarely left alone or kenneled, they are free to roam the house, I just close doors as necessary. I have never owned a dog of my own, I just grew up around dogs and cats. Mainly and most recently, it was a sisters two dogs our family spent the most time around: Gibbs (15 lb., 13 yr old, male Jack Russell Terrier & Beagle mix) and Zero (65 lb., 5 yr old, male Standard Poodle). I would basically Rover for her and her husband, which including giving the senior, anxiety-ridden dog meds (he didn’t enjoy, he would spit them up). We enjoyed being outdoors and evening walks around the neighborhood and having them a part of our family. They have then since moved to the West coast with their dogs. I work remotely and am blessed with the work-life balance it offers. I have an energetic elementary school-aged daughter. She's an empath and truly cares for all animals wellbeing! She's deeply concerned about any discomfort or distress. We have a dog-friendly orange cat named Buddy (4). He's fed first thing in the AM and enjoys chin scratches. He stays nearby me in my office or does his own thing. My daughter buses to and from school and I take a hour lunch at noon, then am done at 5 PM and we go about our evening routine. Dogs go out every few hours (sliding patio door) to the fenced in yard or when they signal me. Right in the morning and before bed. I try to get as much activity in for us as possible, especially on decent weather days. We utilize a nearby parks, dog park and walking trails in our community. Having the dogs here really motivate me to go for more walks, the dogs love them and I appreciate the eager walking company. I also live with my younger sister (23). She works full time 2 jobs as a CNA/retail, isn't home much but does help me care for the dogs, such as a short walk around the block. Our home is a 4 bed, 3 level split with a finished basement. It has a large secure, fully-fenced in yard and the property has 11 trees. Garage is attached. We all sleep in the upstairs bedrooms which is also where my office is. I have 2 litter boxes for my cat, one in garage that he prefers. The other is in the basement bathroom, where I can keep the door shut (Ive caught sisters dog eating litter covered turds). Our neighborhood is very safe and quiet. I have a reflective sash I wear out at night (this summer I was nearly ran over by an SUV when it was dark). The dogs usually sleep on the floor in my room and it's OK if they sleep on the bed, I am not concerned about fur. If the dog stinks, I can give them a bath either downstairs in the wash tub or upstairs in the bathtub. If they stay longer and start to stink, I will bathe them, because everyone feels better after a bath.

For drop-ins or dog walking services, I'll always bring my own first aid supplies (styptic powder, liquid bandage, tick removers, hydrocortisone spray, gauze etc.) and if none are provided, I have cleaning supplies for accidents as well. If your pet is allergic to any cleaners or first aid products please let me know. I'm always respectful of clients homes and privacy, and am happy to send you a picture of your pet during an appointment for full transparency, whether I'm walking your dog or babysitting them! I also totally understand if you have cameras in your home, I do as well. If you board or book a daycare service in my home, please know I have 2 "medium" "pittie" mixes- (they're just mutts with less hair) Panda is 5 and a beagle mix (50lbs F/S), and Peanut (60lbs M/N) is about 15 and a boxer mix. Panda is incredibly well socialized and LOVES fetch. Peanut is socialized but is very much an old man who prefers to sleep on the couch... like all the time. They've each had numerous foster brothers and sisters of all sizes, and are e-collar trained, so behavior on their end should never be an issue for your dog. I have a split level home that can securely board multiple dogs, and house them depending on their needs. I also have a fenced in deck, but not yard, though we have about a 1/4 acre lot in a quiet residential area and are working on making a dog run! Any boarding dog would be taken out to potty on a leash, preferably with a harness provided by the owner. I have a crate large enough for most (80lbs~) big dogs, but I'd still recommend bringing your own if possible. The only other person present in my home would be my husband, who possibly loves dogs even more than me(?) and is always happy to play with them! I'll never have strangers or children present in our home while your pet is staying with us.

About: I have fostered any age dog for 3 years! Have a dog of my own for 10 and grew up on a farm with many dogs and cats. Also going to school for a vet tech. “We were up for a few days and our old boy, Bowie had recently had some medical issues that we needed him to have a little extra love while we were off doing things and we would bring him back daily when done running. We didn't expect this to be a relaxing spa vacation for him! He was showered with love and pampered more that he is at home! I think he thinks I'm a bad dog dad now! Tawny took him for multiple walks every day, brushed him, gave him treats, and just loved him. He even got in the puppy pool which he doesn't do at home! I absolutely could not have asked for a better person to care for our baby. I highly recommend Tawny and next time we're up here if we need someone to watch one of our animals, we know EXACTLY who we're calling! About: I have a dog of my own, MinnieBean. She is a Portuguese Water Dog and is a bundle of joy. She’s quite shy around hoomans but loves other dogs :). I have had 8 great years looking after 2 dogs from a family I work for, and other dogs in between. I will make sure to feed, play and take out your fur baby when needed and make their comfort and happiness my priority. I have also administered medication too if needed. I do require a meet and greet first to make sure my service will be a good fit for both of us. I also have a toddler, so if the service will be in my home, they need to be great around kids :). I have confidence that you will feel comfortable and happy in leaving your pet in my hands. I will always care for and be responsible for any pet, in or out of my home. Oh, and I always love some cuddles too :) I am a stay at home mum, so I will be available pretty much most of the time, however, I do require your dog is kid friendly. About: Hello! I'm Tina. I live in Waconia, and I'm looking to care for your dogs, for walks, quiet snuggles, or just a good run around the back yard. Will house/pet sit as well. I've had 3 dogs in my life, and 20+ years of playtime, laughs, and bonding with my "kids" as I call them. I currently have a 15 year old shih tzu/mix who is my baby. In the past, I've taken care of one of my dogs, who had many health issues, so I'm experienced with senior or special needs animals. I've administered meds (pills), spent many days at the vet, and am very sensitive to ill animals and senior animals who just want to rest or have low key play. I have experience with puppies as well who are looking to just have fun! I'm very responsible and dedicated to my animals, and would be the same with yours. Give me a try! =) Right now my schedule is open availability, so I'll have plenty of time to devote to your animal and their needs. I have availability on weekends as well, but that can change by the week. I have an unfenced yard and one senior little ole lady shih tzu who is extremely low maintenance and very sweet. I have job shadowed at a vet clinic a few times so I put the animals safety first. I won't pressure or force your animal to do something they don't want. This means that I will spend time with them so they trust me to attach a lesh to go outside. I don't prefer to handle animals at night because they tend to be more cautious but I can if needed.

About: As a former Kennel Supervisor, Kennel Attendant and Certified Pet Care Professional, I've got years of experience working with pets both in private homes as well as boarding/daycare facilities. I'm super familiar with dogs, but have also cared for more cats than I can remember- and even some rats! I was previously certified in Animal (canine and feline) CPR through the Red Cross as well as trained in basic diagnostics for medical emergencies. I'm comfortable administering various medications to both cats and dogs, including oral, topical, and intravenous medicine. I've cared for kittens, puppies, dogs of every size, temperamental animals, and quite a few senior dogs and cats. Special diets and or feeding rituals are just fine with me, every animal is different. I'll be the first to let you know if I don't think I'm the right fit for your pet, but I'm always willing to do a meet and greet with a client. Other than drop-ins to feed, water, change litter boxes and play for awhile, I walk dogs (weather permitting) and can potentially board canines in my home if they get along with my own pups. *I can pass a background check and provide references upon request* Most weekdays I'm available to drop in to homes prior to 2pm, but this can change due to the needs of in home daycare or dogs I'm boarding. Feel free to inquire about whatever services you need, I'll do my best to work with you! If you board with me the routine for my dogs is always the same- they get fed right around 6am and 6pm, with bathroom breaks immediately after, and then as needed throughout the day. Walks (if requested) usually occur around midday, with occasional trips down to the River Valley (a mile from my house) if the weather is nice enough to explore the nature preserve. After dinner I try to make sure everyone is comfortable enough to wind down for the evening, but we can still play indoors if we need to. Dogs are welcome to sleep in crates or in our own bed, as long as there's room! For drop-ins or dog walking services, I'll always bring my own first aid supplies (styptic powder, liquid bandage, tick removers, hydrocortisone spray, gauze etc.) and if none are provided, I have cleaning supplies for accidents as well. If your pet is allergic to any cleaners or first aid products please let me know. I'm always respectful of clients homes and privacy, and am happy to send you a picture of your pet during an appointment for full transparency, whether I'm walking your dog or babysitting them! I also totally understand if you have cameras in your home, I do as well. If you board or book a daycare service in my home, please know I have 2 "medium" "pittie" mixes- (they're just mutts with less hair) Panda is 5 and a beagle mix (50lbs F/S), and Peanut (60lbs M/N) is about 15 and a boxer mix. Panda is incredibly well socialized and LOVES fetch. Peanut is socialized but is very much an old man who prefers to sleep on the couch... like all the time. They've each had numerous foster brothers and sisters of all sizes, and are e-collar trained, so behavior on their end should never be an issue for your dog. I have a split level home that can securely board multiple dogs, and house them depending on their needs. I also have a fenced in deck, but not yard, though we have about a 1/4 acre lot in a quiet residential area and are working on making a dog run! Any boarding dog would be taken out to potty on a leash, preferably with a harness provided by the owner. I have a crate large enough for most (80lbs~) big dogs, but I'd still recommend bringing your own if possible. The only other person present in my home would be my husband, who possibly loves dogs even more than me(?) and is always happy to play with them! I'll never have strangers or children present in our home while your pet is staying with us.

Litter boxes are cleaned daily and deep cleaned weekly. They are fed half wet feed half dry food diet and fed portion sizes, not free fed. We have pet insurance so take them to the vet as we see fit - more than yearly! When I lived with my parents and their dog we would do daily walks/hikes and I also helped train him!
