We live on just over 5 acres with plenty of space to explore and our own walking trails throughout the property, which are perfect for getting outside, going on walks, and getting some energy out! Since I already have a Golden Retriever of my own, our home is very dog-friendly and we naturally have plenty of dog toys, supplies, and space for pups to feel comfortable. Our property is not fenced, so dogs will never be allowed to roam outside unsupervised. I’m more than happy to use a secure in-ground tie-out for dogs who are comfortable with one, or keep them leashed whenever we’re outside. I understand that every dog has their own routine, personality, and comfort level, so I’ll always follow your instructions and do my best to make your pup feel safe, loved, and at home while they’re in my care. Before their stay, I’d love for you to tell me a little about your pup—their personality, daily routine, favorite things, any quirks or tendencies they may have, and anything else you think I should know. About: I currently have the privilege of sharing my home with two cats: Phoenix, my 12-year-old senior queen, and Maize, my energetic 10-week-old kitten. I believe cats thrive when they have a safe, enriching environment that respects their individual personalities, so I've created spaces throughout my home with climbing opportunities, cozy hiding spots, window perches, and separate feeding areas to help them feel comfortable and secure. Phoenix is happiest when we are quietly existing next to each other. Phoenix has taught me the importance of patience, consistency and quality time in the trust building process. Like a lot of us, I didn't have background of the 10 years of life she had before coming to our home. Seeing her open up, create snuggle routines, engage in our daily conversations over wet food preparation, pay the cheese tax whenever she hears the bag, take belly up naps in the sun and slow blink back and forth while snuggling has been the most warm, authentic experience I have gotten to experience. She's my little soul cat. Caring for Maize is a little more hands-on. Before each meal, we have a short play session to satisfy his hunting instincts, followed by mealtime and either more play or quiet time depending on his energy level. Maize has been in new experience in caring for a kitten so young. We found Maize after he came running out of a corn field wide eyed and fill of cockleburs. It was never a question in my mind as to whether he would be the next member of our family, and now we are the proud parents of a 10-week-old, black kitten. It has been a completely new experience, but so incredibly rewarding. He has come from hiding behind the toilet and hissing at any movement, to demanding face to face nudges and kisses several times a day. It has been so fun to get to know this small, new little life that will create so many amazing memories for our family for years to come! Now, the admin side of kitten care has involved scooping litter boxes multiple times a day, keeping his space clean, and creating a schedule of healthy amounts of play and rest. I also regularly care for my friend’s cat, Remi. When her family is away, I visit several times throughout the day to make sure she's well cared for and has company. I love hiding her food around the house to provide her a little extra enrichment and always offer as many pets as she'll allow before she lets me know she's reached her limit and gets a little spicy. Every cat is different, and I genuinely enjoy getting to know each one's unique personality while respecting boundaries.

“BOOK WITH THEM! Our puppy is our baby and we were nervous about dropping her off to play with other dogs without our supervision. We did a meet and greet with Morgan & Jennifer and they were absolutely incredible. They immediately treated Murphy like she was their own dog. About: I’m recently retired and have had dogs all my life, since being 7 years old. I had to put my last fur baby to sleep in January 2026, and my significant other's dog to sleep in September 2026. We will be traveling over the next few years so don’t want to get another right now, and really miss having a doggo around! I used Rover quite a bit when I had dogs so would love to pay it forward and help someone else. Plus then I hopefully will get my "fix"! Live in Madison Lake with my significant other and am currently very flexible, having just retired. I usually walk first thing in the morning and then after dinner when weather permits. I love to hang outside and read on the deck overlooking the lake, or work in the garden beds, so can take your dog on the leash outside too to be in the fresh air if they like that sort of thing. My first choice would be to host dogs in our house as we have a pretty good set up for dogs. But I'm willing to drive to Mankato or St. Peter area for pet sitting or dog walking because I understand some dogs are just better off in their own space, if it's a short timeframe.

About: I’ve taken care of my Tibetan Mastiff since before I can remember, and I’m my go-to neighborhood dog walker/caretaker. I love all shapes and sizes of dogs! I’m currently an online student at MNSU, so anytime during the weekday for boarding and walking is entirely open. Weekends work for specific dates and times. I have a reliable mode of transportation and I love taking care of animals. Whether it’s bathing, feeding, walking, or just sitting with a dog, I love to be there. I have grown up with a fear reactive dog, so I have experience with reading dog’s body language and reacting accordingly.

About: We have had the pleasure of owning a small business called "Pet-Inn" and boarded many dogs! Me and my mom took care of others dogs for quite some time and really enjoyed it. This experience helped me become passionate about entrepreneurship as well as working towards a compassionate connection with your pets! I currently have a part-time small business I'm running apart from being a "SAHM" so I will have plenty of time to get to know your beloved pet and get to know them so I can take care of them in the best way I know possible! I have some free time in my schedule, so finding a slot during the week to care for your pet works well for us. I have a now 6-year-old who adores small dogs, cats, and other animals! I am well aware of the responsibilities of pet care, but I want to emphasize that your pet's safety is my top priority.
About: I've intermittently assisted my sister at her pet grooming business over the past 10+years. This time is also when I started watching dogs for some of her clients and I then found clients of my own through word of mouth. I've stayed in people's homes with their pets, I've had pets stay at my home. I have experience with puppies to senior dogs, kittens to senior cats. I have experience with toy breeds to Giant breeds. Domestic felines to hybrid. I grew up on a farm and have been around animals my entire life livestock, wildlife and pets, I have a deep love and respect for them. I've always had a pet dog/cat or both.. currently both. My schedule is currently very open daily, weekly, weekends very flexible. I intend to prioritize pet care in hopes of building a good business base for the near future. Pets in my care get all the love and attention. Vet name and number, emergency contact, medications list needed... I have out door tie outs, a zip line tie out, out door kennel, 2 indoor kennels, I'll let your pet sleep in my bed if it's sad. I want the pets to always be as comfortable and stress free as possible, so whatever that looks like for them is what I'll provide.

About: I’ve always loved being around animals and have experience caring for dogs of different personalities and needs. Over the years, I’ve been trusted to care for pets while their owners are away, making sure they’re fed, walked, played with, and given plenty of love and attention. I know how important it is to leave your pet with someone you can truly trust. I pay close attention to each dog’s normal routine and personality so they can feel as comfortable and happy as possible while you’re away. Whether your pup loves long walks, playing outside, cuddling on the couch, or just having someone nearby, I’m happy to give them the kind of care they’re used to. I’ll treat your dog like they’re my own and make sure you feel comfortable too. I’m also happy to send plenty of pictures and updates so you can see how your pup is doing while they’re with me! 🐾 I work from home, which gives me a very flexible schedule and allows me to be available throughout the day for your pup! I also have a Golden Retriever of my own, so walks, potty breaks, playtime, and lots of attention are already a natural part of my daily routine. Since I’m home most of the day, I’m able to give your dog plenty of attention and companionship without them being left alone for long periods of time. I’m happy to adjust to their normal feeding, walking, and potty schedule so they can feel as comfortable as possible. Having another furry friend around would be a welcome addition to our day! 🐾 Your pet’s safety and comfort are extremely important to me. We live on just over 5 acres with plenty of space to explore and our own walking trails throughout the property, which are perfect for getting outside, going on walks, and getting some energy out! Since I already have a Golden Retriever of my own, our home is very dog-friendly and we naturally have plenty of dog toys, supplies, and space for pups to feel comfortable. Our property is not fenced, so dogs will never be allowed to roam outside unsupervised. I’m more than happy to use a secure in-ground tie-out for dogs who are comfortable with one, or keep them leashed whenever we’re outside. I understand that every dog has their own routine, personality, and comfort level, so I’ll always follow your instructions and do my best to make your pup feel safe, loved, and at home while they’re in my care. Before their stay, I’d love for you to tell me a little about your pup—their personality, daily routine, favorite things, any quirks or tendencies they may have, and anything else you think I should know. The more I know about them, the better I can make their time with me feel comfortable and familiar! 🐾
