“Max and Mariah took great care of our two 9 month old pups over an entire 4-day holiday weekend. These puppies are high energy and were allowed to play in their fenced in yard to their heart’s content and adjusted well to their already busy household. I will definitely check with them first if ever needing boarding again.”

“My Dog, Buffy, stayed with Matt for a week. She is 14 years old and she's a nervous girl. Matt was so good with her! He was with her night and day. He fed her according to my instructions. She has very few teeth left. He has a sweet dog ,Memphis, who was very good with Buffy too. I would highly recommend Matt to take care of your pet!”

“Susan took wonderful care of Roscoe. She was great with communication and kept me updated throughout the stay. We felt our fur baby was in good hands the whole time and I would recommend her to anyone else looking for pet care in the area.”

“Larisa is truly a great option for those looking to board their dog. She is willing to go above and beyond to accommodate any of your dogs needs. We love the peace of mind and excellent quality of care Larisa provides.”

“Jeanne and her family were wonderful hosts to my dog for boarding! She communicated throughout the stay and sent pictures. I would highly recommend Jeanne for boarding your pup!”

“Our pup stayed with Ed for the second time and we had a wonderful experience again. Opie came back happy and tired. She had a nail issue while we were gone, but thankfully Ed took care of it and everything is fine. We didn't have to worry at all.”

“Emily is the best ever!!! She spends quality time with my little Nelly. She keeps me updated with pictures and messages. I can feel so confident when my Nelly is in her care!!! Can’t say enough about her care for my dog”

“We have complete trust in Todd & Maureen for our somewhat hyper female lab mix. I think she enjoys being there with the other dogs they have and where she can run in their back yard and yet stay indoors as she is used to doing. And I am sure she loves the AC on these very hot days we have had recently. We appreciate the pics and updates while we are vacationing. Highly recommended.”

“We were beyond pleased with our experience with Megan from beginning to end! ! She was very responsive upon requesting to book a stay- even offering a meet and greet! She, as well as her home, is very welcoming! Kept us well informed with updates, photos and videos while we were away- always ensuring us that Macie was in good hands and being well cared for! We especially loved and appreciated Macie’s report card! :) We highly recommend Megan and will definitely be using her again for future bookings! Thank you Megan! We appreciate you so much!!”

“Neeko loved staying with this wonderful family and they really seemed to enjoy having him. Actually, even though he was happy to see me, he didn’t seem to want to leave. That’s the best compliment of all, if you ask me. Will definitely ask them to take care of my pup again when the need arises.”

About: I’m 23 years old and I have 2 dogs. One is 7 and the other is 1 year old. I got them both when they were puppies so I’ve had dog experience for 7 years now. I like to take them for walks daily if weather is permitting as well as play fetch. I am a CNA but I do home care so my schedule is flexible, I can work mornings or nights. I love doing Outdoor activities. I have a nice fenced in back yard for them to run around and get their energy out. So far I’ve taught my dogs how to sit, shake, dance, and high five with both paws. I want to continue to teach them more tricks. I’m sure my dogs are looking forward to having more buddies to play with!
“She was very responsive ! Texted me updates . My dog had anxiety so she wasn’t eating a lot but they kept me updated and sent pictures. Rajah walked the dogs a lot daily too and I know they loved that”

About: Dogs have been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. I currently have three dogs, all of whom I brought home at eight weeks old and personally raised and trained. Caring for dogs isn’t just something I enjoy—it’s a lifelong passion. I have experience with dogs of all sizes, breeds, ages, and temperaments, from Chihuahuas to Pit Bulls to Alaskan Malamutes and everything in between. Over the years, I have provided pet care for neighbors, friends, colleagues, and clients, and I understand the importance of treating every dog with patience, kindness, and individualized care. While working as a home health care aide, I was often entrusted with caring for my clients’ pets, ensuring they were fed, exercised, and comfortable while their owners received care. I also volunteered as a dog walker with the Humane Society of West Michigan, where I gained experience working with dogs of varying personalities, energy levels, and behavioral needs. I am comfortable administering medications, following detailed feeding plans and dietary restrictions, and adapting to each dog’s unique routine. I am also certified in Dog and Cat First Aid and CPR, giving pet owners added peace of mind that their companions are in capable hands. Whether your dog enjoys long walks, active playtime, or simply spending time with someone who genuinely loves dogs, I am committed to providing safe, dependable, and compassionate care while you’re away. As a devoted dog owner of three, caring for animals is an integral part of my daily life, and I extend that same level of attention, responsibility, and affection to every pet in my care. I am fully comfortable handling all aspects of daily dog care, including feeding, walking, potty breaks, enrichment, and playtime. My flexible schedule allows me to be home for most of the day throughout the week, as well as on weekends, providing consistent supervision and companionship. I also have the option to work from home when additional attention or frequent potty breaks are needed. In my household, pets are rarely left alone for extended periods. On typical days when I am away from home, my dogs are alone no longer than 5–6 hours. In many cases, my boyfriend may be home when I am not, and when both of us are working, we are generally away for no more than 4–5 hours at a time. If both of us are expected to be away for longer than two hours during a pet’s care period, I communicate this in advance to ensure transparency and appropriate planning. I maintain a consistent but flexible routine that prioritizes feeding, hydration, exercise, and enrichment. Dogs always have access to fresh water and are fed twice daily (or as often as your individual dog requires). Potty breaks are provided frequently based on each dog’s individual needs and cues; however, I am more than willing to follow a more structured schedule if that is what your pet is accustomed to. I am also experienced with administering medications, including monthly heartworm and flea prevention, and take great care to ensure all medications are given accurately and on time. While my household follows a generally relaxed routine, I understand that many pets thrive on structure. I am fully comfortable adhering to detailed instructions and incorporating established routines into my daily care. During the days I am available according to my Rover schedule, I am home for the majority of the day. Any brief absences are typically limited to short appointments, during which my boyfriend may assist with supervision, or pets will be safely confined if appropriate. Above all, I prioritize safety, supervision, and communication. Your pet will never be left without attentive care. Whether in my home or yours, I ensure consistent supervision, engagement, and affection so that every animal feels secure, comfortable, and well cared for throughout their time with me. Your pet’s safety, comfort, and happiness are my highest priorities. I share my home with three friendly dogs, each with their own unique personality: an energetic and affectionate Boston Terrier, a more reserved but sweet Boston Terrier, and a laid-back Chihuahua who enjoys staying close by. They are well-socialized and can provide companionship for visiting dogs when appropriate. My home is set up to accommodate a variety of needs and routines. I have three individual crates with comfortable bedding available for dogs who are crate trained or require confinement, and you are always welcome to bring your own crate if it helps your pet feel more at home. While my own dogs enjoy free access to the house and are allowed on the furniture, I am happy to follow your pet’s established rules and routines, including using gates or designated areas if needed. Although my yard is not physically fenced, safety is always a top priority. My dogs are never outdoors unsupervised, and the same standard of care applies to every pet I watch. I have a large, open yard that provides plenty of space for exercise, and I regularly walk dogs on a leash around the property and in the neighborhood. If your dog is most comfortable on a leash or tie-out while outside, I am more than happy to accommodate those preferences. All of my dogs are current on their vaccinations and receive routine veterinary care. I pay close attention to changes in their health, behavior, and overall well-being, and I bring that same level of attentiveness to every pet in my care. If I am caring for your pet in your home, I will treat both your home and your companion with the utmost respect. I carefully follow all instructions regarding feeding, medications, exercise, training, household rules, and daily routines to ensure your pet experiences as little disruption as possible while you are away. At bedtime, I am happy to follow whatever sleeping arrangement your pet is accustomed to, whether that means sleeping in a crate, on their own bed, or sharing a room with me. My goal is to maintain their normal routine so they feel secure and comfortable. My boyfriend and I live together, but I will be your pet’s primary caregiver. He may occasionally assist if I need to step away briefly, providing additional supervision and support, but all communication and primary care responsibilities remain with me. For added peace of mind, I am certified in Dog and Cat First Aid and CPR. You can trust that your pet will receive attentive, compassionate, and responsible care throughout their stay.
“Another great sitting for my cat, Whiskey. Madison treats him like one of the family. She communicates regular updates with pictures and is always extremely professional. Would highly recommend.”

“Christin took absolutely perfect care of my dog, Chance! I received pictures within an hour or so of dropping him off and continually throughout his stay. In every picture, I could tell her was being loved and cared for. Will absolutely rebook next time, thank you Christin!!”

About: I have been caring for a wide variety of animals my whole life, from cats to horses to dogs of all sizes! Large breeds are my specialty, as I have grown up around Great Danes, Saint Bernards, and Newfoundlands my entire life, and feel very comfortable handling them. I have cared for many senior and small breed dogs as well, so your pets will receive the upmost care no matter the age or size! I love working with as many unique personalities and animals as I possibly can, and will work tirelessly to make sure they receive the care they need. I will do what it takes to get your pets the care they need when they need it. Safety is priority number one when it comes to caring for pets, for both me and the animals. I am sure to follow whatever instructions are given to me to the strictest degree so you don't have to worry about your pets safety while you're away. When going for walks I always maintain firm a firm hold on the leash, even with bigger dogs. I have been walking with large breeds such as Saint Bernards and Great Danes for over a decade, so I feel very comfortable remaining in control. I always carry pepper spray with me as well, just as an absolute last resort in the very rare chance that anything would happen.
“Shawna. I can’t thank you enough for your energy, confidence and overall amazing personality! Thanks for helping me out in a bind, being flexible, and so understanding of my dear yet anxious pup. Appreciate you and would definitely hire again!”

“Brittany was prompt and reliable. She did not seem at all turned off by my two dogs’ energy level and ‘enthusiasm’ (including jumping) when she met them. I believe she did a great job exercising them. They seemed relaxed and settled when I returned home. I appreciated how well she kept in contact and the pictures she sent!”

“Taylor was amazing! Yesterday was my first time using Rover and I was a little nervous about my pup being home alone... Taylor called me at work (per my request) so that I could go over how to get into my house, etc. and she calmed my nerves too :) when she got there, he had tore up his mattress pad in his kennel- she cleaned it up so that he couldn’t eat it. She then walked him, took pictures for me and played with him enough to tire him out for a bit. She was so good with him anc it was so appreciated! ❤️❤️”

“Christin took absolutely perfect care of my dog, Chance! I received pictures within an hour or so of dropping him off and continually throughout his stay. In every picture, I could tell her was being loved and cared for. Will absolutely rebook next time, thank you Christin!!”

“Jaimee took great care of Fuji! I booked with her for one night super last minute so I was grateful she was able to fit me in. Jaimee was also very flexible with my drop off and pick up time. She sent me an appropriate amount of pictures of Fuji. Fuji was very happy when I brought her home and seemed to have had a great time! Would definitely recommend and book again. Thank you, Jaimee!”

About: I have cared for animals with higher abilities and security training. I've nursed rescue pets back to health and have a great network of vets and other pet professionals. I do not have a standard work schedule at this time. I am self employed and happy to do my best to exceed your expectations. I am an open communicator. I listen to the human and animals verbal cues and body language to discern the comfort level, desired schedule, and overall lifestyle. I do not force animals into sitatuons where they are extremely uncomfortable. I smile, move slow, and try to match the dogs energy. If they want to run, we can! If they need to sit by a tree and relax, I am happy to get some pets while we wait. I also monitor the body language of surrounding animals to avoid miscommunications between pets.
