About: Hi! I am new to Rover, but caring for dogs is something my family truly loves. I have a friendly golden retriever named Stanley who absolutely thrives when he has other dogs to play with—so hosting furry friends is a joy for all of us! I work from home most days, which means your pup will get plenty of attention, supervision, and companionship throughout the day. My young kids also love having dogs around and are gentle, playful, and used to being around animals. I also have a cat in our home who is very comfortable around dogs—she and Stanley are great friends—so your pup should be cat-friendly or at least respectful of cats. I have a fully fenced-in yard for safe outdoor playtime, and I treat every dog that stays with us like part of the family. Whether your dog loves to play or just relax, I will make sure they feel comfortable, loved, and right at home. Since I’m just getting started on Rover, I’m excited to build relationships with both pets and their owners and provide a safe, trustworthy environment you can feel confident in. The smallest being a 5 lb Yorkie named Spike, who came to me as a puppy; the largest was a 90 lb Pitbull / Staffy mix named Thor, who I rescued from a humane society. About: I have been caring for pets since I was young, as we have always had dogs and cats. Over the last couple of ears have started to house pet sit for familv and friends, as well as dog walking. I am currently attending college 2 days a week (mondays and Wednesday's) and work 8-5 during the week as well. About: I've been raised around all ages of puppies/dogs, use to work at a dog daycare for a few years, took behavior classes, and did nail trimming. I am currently a nursing student and am able to care for pets before, after, and between classes, as well as on weekends.
