About: I have taken care of all kinds of dogs since I was about 14 starting with dogsitting for family friends. Once i was 16 I put my info on facebook and I started getting more dogsitting oppertunities. I dogsat for only one dog up to three dogs, small dogs up to big dogs and cats. i have driven a few miles to a house up to about 15 miles. I am in school for radiology, and my summer schedule is as follows: I have clinic from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, and I have class on Thursdays until 12:00 PM. On Sundays, I play in a slow-pitch softball league, but that only takes up a few hours each weekend. Outside of those commitments, I have plenty of free time and would love to spend it playing with your pups! I have a fenced-in yard just for my puppy—a small 8lb Mini Schnauzer who is very friendly and would love to keep your furry friend company. I also have four cats who are used to being around other animals. We have a doggy door for smaller pups and a nice backyard with plenty of space for running and playing. There’s also a nearby playground and park—one within walking distance and the other just a few minutes' drive away—perfect for outdoor adventures!

“Working with Shant'a was a tremendously positive experience. This was our first time leaving our pup Leo with a babysitter, and she helped patiently guide us through the process, worked with us coming from our of state, and created such a welcoming environment that Leo eagerly zipped right into her home without a second glance at us. (OK, that part was a little disheartening, but clearly he was happy about it.) Six hours later we came by to collect him, expecting the eager welcome we get when coming home from work, but he seemed more like a kid being told "playtime is over, time to go home". Clearly he was in no rush to leave. Shant'a sent us some nice pics during his stay, and held to the routines we requested. No complaints! She's a delight and we hope to work with her again.”

I have an adopted Pitbull who is literally the friendliest dog in the entire world and great with other dogs. If your dog needs to be the only dog around our home might not be ideal. Just being honest. I want us both to have the best experience possible. Meet and greets are amazing to make sure we are on the same page and to make sure all parties involved get along as well. We only offer dog walks and drop ins locally as it's to costly to do that outside of the immediate area. If outside of the Monroe are please advise. My husband and I are both not working. We have all the free time to spend with your pet that you could want. We could do holidays weekends overnights. If there is something you'd like me to work on with your pup let me know! I have a large fenced in back yard in a dog friendly beach community. We take our dog on morning and evening walks with the addition of play time in the yard or inside if it's raining. Typically I work half days but I can fit drop ins around my work schedule. I treat all the pets I care for like their my own. They will recieve long cuddles and lots of play time. ❤️ 🧡 💛
About: From a very young age I haven taken care of lots of different pets of my own and neighbors while they were away. Over the past few years I have taken care of many dogs while friends and family were away. I am currently a college student and do not have a set schedule . Therefore , my days are essentially completely open for booking ! I will follow all instructions in detail on taking care of your pets. About: I have taken care of dogs for years now. I am very hands-on with training my pups. I am very active and reliable. I like being up early and getting the day started. I have experience with very large breeds and tea cup breeds! At home I have a Bernese Mountain Dog puppy, and a German Shepherd. I enjoy all animals and animals usually love me. I do not mind the weather conditions of Michigan and have never called off from any job. I am good at communicating and if there is ever any issues I would ensure you know right away. I always ensure my pups at home are getting the right amount of activity weather it is just throwing the ball or going for a run. I do have a fenced in yard, with no dogs in the neighboring yards. With having the community center close, walks are a lot of fun and they love all the new smells!

About: My pet care career started in 2014. I worked for a rescue on a farm. I have experience with dogs, cats, birds, lizards, fish and most live stock. I am a dog groomer now for 7.5 years and I currently groom out of my own home. I specialize in anxious, fearful, elderly and special needs pets. I am very flexible and have my own reliable transportation to get where I need to go in a timely fashion. I can schedule times around my dog grooming clients as needed. Since I work from home it gives me more flexibility to be able to let your pets out to potty more frequently and spend more time with them.
