About: Cats have always felt like my other half. Since I was 5 I have been rescuing and caring for cats of all ages and backgrounds, and just recently rescued a little kitten that was trapped inside a car. My family has raised 2 litters of golden retrievers, so I am familiar with how to train and housebreak puppies from a young age. About: I've been around and have helped care for dogs and cats all shapes and sizes. Each one I've personally owned are a part of the family! I would take care of your fur baby like I'd want mine taken care of. I am a homeschooling mom which means your fur baby will be kept company while in my care. During the school year, on Saturdays, we sometimes will have sporting events to go to, as well as some week nights we will go to extracurricular practices but never gone for long! I currently have Midland's rail trail right in my back yard for nice walks if that's something you would like done. When we move in March we will have a large open park right in our backyard! Pet Care in My Home Pets in my home receive dedicated supervision unless prior arrangements are made: Dogs: If a dog is staying with me and needs to be left alone for an extended period, I require a crate for their safety and comfort. However, my schedule is highly flexible, minimizing the time they are left alone. Cats: Cats may be left unsupervised in a designated, pet-safe room with regular check-ins. Handling Aggressive or Special Needs Pets I have extensive experience with fearful, reactive, and aggressive pets, but clear and honest communication is essential: Cats: I am comfortable handling feral or aggressive cats and will take the necessary time to build trust. I can administer medication as needed, but I require full transparency about their behavior to ensure safety for all. Dogs: I can accommodate dogs with minor behavioral challenges, such as leash reactivity or mild anxiety. However, for safety reasons, I cannot accept: Dogs over 50 lbs who are not at least moderately leash-trained. Dogs requiring a muzzle or choke collar in public settings. Dogs with severe aggression or unpredictable behavior. Double-Booking Policy For the safety and well-being of all pets, I do not double-book boarding, daycare, or walks unless all parties have given consent and a meet-and-greet has taken place. If multiple dogs are staying in my home at the same time, a meet-and-greet is required. Even if the dogs get along, they will not be left alone together unless securely crated. Cats and dogs boarding in my home simultaneously will be kept in separate areas with no contact.

About: I have experience with special diets and elderly dogs, including diabetic dogs in need of insulin shots. Also used to dogs of all size big and small! Leash & Walk Safety: On walks, I ensure pets do not pick up items from the ground. I also clean their paws after every outing, just as I do with my own pets. Hygiene & Health: If your pet gets dirty, I will provide a bath with your permission. Any medical concerns will be addressed immediately, and I am trained in emergency pet first aid, excluding surgical procedures. Home Security: I will ensure all doors and windows are securely locked when leaving your home. Privacy & Updates: I will only take photos of your pet for your updates and will never photograph your home without permission. Supervision & Outdoor Time: Pets in my care will never be left alone in a vehicle or outside unattended, even in my fenced yard. Cats will remain indoors unless they are harness-trained and you request outdoor time. Stranger Interaction: While on walks, your pet will not interact with strangers or other animals unless pre-approved for socialization. Pet Care in My Home Pets in my home receive dedicated supervision unless prior arrangements are made: Dogs: If a dog is staying with me and needs to be left alone for an extended period, I require a crate for their safety and comfort. However, my schedule is highly flexible, minimizing the time they are left alone. Cats: Cats may be left unsupervised in a designated, pet-safe room with regular check-ins. Handling Aggressive or Special Needs Pets I have extensive experience with fearful, reactive, and aggressive pets, but clear and honest communication is essential: Cats: I am comfortable handling feral or aggressive cats and will take the necessary time to build trust. I can administer medication as needed, but I require full transparency about their behavior to ensure safety for all. Dogs: I can accommodate dogs with minor behavioral challenges, such as leash reactivity or mild anxiety. However, for safety reasons, I cannot accept: Dogs over 50 lbs who are not at least moderately leash-trained. Dogs requiring a muzzle or choke collar in public settings. Dogs with severe aggression or unpredictable behavior. Double-Booking Policy For the safety and well-being of all pets, I do not double-book boarding, daycare, or walks unless all parties have given consent and a meet-and-greet has taken place. If multiple dogs are staying in my home at the same time, a meet-and-greet is required. Even if the dogs get along, they will not be left alone together unless securely crated. Cats and dogs boarding in my home simultaneously will be kept in separate areas with no contact.
