I have experience with aggressive and avoidant, cats and dogs. My schedule is very flexible, so I’m available for boarding, drop-ins, walks, and pet sitting during both weekdays and weekends. Handling Aggressive or Special Needs Pets I have extensive experience with fearful, reactive, and aggressive pets, but clear and honest communication is essential: Cats: I am comfortable handling feral or aggressive cats and will take the necessary time to build trust. I can administer medication as needed, but I require full transparency about their behavior to ensure safety for all. Dogs: I can accommodate dogs with minor behavioral challenges, such as leash reactivity or mild anxiety. However, for safety reasons, I cannot accept: Dogs over 50 lbs who are not at least moderately leash-trained. Dogs requiring a muzzle or choke collar in public settings. Dogs with severe aggression or unpredictable behavior. Double-Booking Policy For the safety and well-being of all pets, I do not double-book boarding, daycare, or walks unless all parties have given consent and a meet-and-greet has taken place. If multiple dogs are staying in my home at the same time, a meet-and-greet is required. Even if the dogs get along, they will not be left alone together unless securely crated. Cats and dogs boarding in my home simultaneously will be kept in separate areas with no contact.

My schedule is often very open, especially during the summer when classes are out, so I will communicate well to work around YOUR schedule! I will do what it takes to get your pets the care they need when they need it. Safety is priority number one when it comes to caring for pets, for both me and the animals. I am sure to follow whatever instructions are given to me to the strictest degree so you don't have to worry about your pets safety while you're away. When going for walks I always maintain firm a firm hold on the leash, even with bigger dogs. I have been walking with large breeds such as Saint Bernards and Great Danes for over a decade, so I feel very comfortable remaining in control. I always carry pepper spray with me as well, just as an absolute last resort in the very rare chance that anything would happen.

All of my dogs are medium sized breeds, so I have the most experience with larger dogs, but I love dogs of all sizes and enjoy playing with them as well as caring for them. I’ve cared for elderly and unwell dogs as well as very energetic breeds. No dog is to big or to small. About: I have experience with special diets and elderly dogs, including diabetic dogs in need of insulin shots. Also used to dogs of all size big and small! I love taking care of all types of pets, I have a dog of my own, whom I make sure to spoil and give plenty of attention all the time. Making sure he is happy and healthy is something I do on a daily basis. About: I've been around and have helped care for dogs and cats all shapes and sizes. Each one I've personally owned are a part of the family! I would take care of your fur baby like I'd want mine taken care of. I am a homeschooling mom which means your fur baby will be kept company while in my care. During the school year, on Saturdays, we sometimes will have sporting events to go to, as well as some week nights we will go to extracurricular practices but never gone for long! I currently have Midland's rail trail right in my back yard for nice walks if that's something you would like done. When we move in March we will have a large open park right in our backyard! We have a sweet Goldador at home that loves playmates and also two cats that sleep the day away. However, my schedule is highly flexible, minimizing the time they are left alone. Cats: Cats may be left unsupervised in a designated, pet-safe room with regular check-ins. Handling Aggressive or Special Needs Pets I have extensive experience with fearful, reactive, and aggressive pets, but clear and honest communication is essential: Cats: I am comfortable handling feral or aggressive cats and will take the necessary time to build trust. I can administer medication as needed, but I require full transparency about their behavior to ensure safety for all. Dogs: I can accommodate dogs with minor behavioral challenges, such as leash reactivity or mild anxiety. However, for safety reasons, I cannot accept: Dogs over 50 lbs who are not at least moderately leash-trained. Dogs requiring a muzzle or choke collar in public settings. Dogs with severe aggression or unpredictable behavior. Double-Booking Policy For the safety and well-being of all pets, I do not double-book boarding, daycare, or walks unless all parties have given consent and a meet-and-greet has taken place. If multiple dogs are staying in my home at the same time, a meet-and-greet is required. Even if the dogs get along, they will not be left alone together unless securely crated. Cats and dogs boarding in my home simultaneously will be kept in separate areas with no contact.
