About: I have a very dog and cat friendly place to call home. Most days I am outside working around the property and the dogs are out with us. I’ve raised our dogs from 8 weeks old and the Labs are obedience trained and have taken their Canine Good Citizen class to hopefully be Therapy dogs soon. Our Pug is the youngest and raised by the Labs and of course, me. In the evenings it’s relax in the chair time. The dogs love to snuggle up and just nap after playing outside. I make my own work schedule and am able to fit work around pets. Usually only leaving the dogs for an errand run here and there. I go outside with all dogs and walk them on the property. I feed 2 times a day plus a snack or whatever is necessary for any visiting pet along with fresh water at all times. All pets have free range of the house day and night unless otherwise requested. I have an outdoor kennel for nice days if they need to be outside for a little while.

About: I have had dogs and cats my whole life. I currently have a 12 year old Doberman, a 2 year old pitbull mix, 4 black cats, 2 donkeys, 6 chickens and a parakeet. In the recent past, I worked as a temporary Animal Care Technician at the Ingham County Animal Control which gave me experience handling dogs of all sizes and temperaments, and cats with different behaviors. I also learned a lot about giving medications and vaccines, animal enrichment, feeding guidelines and more. BOARDING: Any dog I board must get along with my dogs. We will set up a free Meet and Greet at my home before the visit gets booked to make sure it will be a good fit. They are used to dogs and have never broken through the fence. I always treat others pets as my own. I interact with them with patience, gentleness and love. I only use positive reinforcement. About: In 2019, I started my journey foster raising puppies for PAWS with a Cause, an organization that custom trains service dogs. I raised 4 PAWS dogs, keeping them from 8 weeks to a year old. My first 2 actually became certified service dogs! In between fostering, I also raised 3 keeper puppies of my own. I have a female 5 year old lab, a female 2 year old golden, and a 1 year old male chocolate lab. Safe to say I'm addicted. I am available throughout the week, except for Saturdays. I am a flexible professional who is happy to work with you to ensure your beloved pet receives exactly what is needed. I believe that safety, trust, and creating a comfortable environment for the client are some of the most important aspects of responsible caregiving. When it comes to safety, I ensure that I carefully listen to all instructions and information provided to thoroughly prioritize your pet's well-being. Regarding trust and environment, I arrange meet and greets prior to bookings or scheduled dates with new clients to help your beloved pet become familiar with me and build trust naturally, reducing stress and fear when the time comes. I also stay within settings where your pet feels most comfortable, or I may take them to a nearby park to give your pet a chance to explore and enjoy. About: I’ve taken care of dogs since I was 10 years old, I had a shih-tzu that I raised and currently have an alaskan klee kai that is my soul dog. I LOVE both dogs and cats, they are such a light in this world. My friend and I used to dog sit for her neighbor once a month, and I dog walked for my neighbor every day for two years, as well as dog sat for her whenever she went on vacation! I know I may not have experience on this app specifically, but I have lots of experience in real life and I would be a great fit for your needs! I’m currently looking for a part time job so I can go back to college, and my friend suggested I check out rover, which I LOVE the idea of! I will also be moving to Lansing very soon! Whether your dog is high-energy, a little nervous around new people, or just needs a steady routine, I adjust to what they need rather than running a one-size-fits-all walk. You can expect clear communication before and after every visit, so you always know exactly how things went. My schedule is flexible throughout the day, so dog walking isn't squeezed into a narrow window — it's a real part of my daily routine. That means I can offer consistent mid-morning, afternoon, or early evening walks, and I'm also able to accommodate last-minute requests or changes in timing without it being a scramble. If your schedule shifts week to week, I can usually adjust to match it. Safety is the first thing I think about with every walk. When I arrive, I double-check that all doors and gates are secure before I bring your dog out, and I make sure the leash and collar or harness are properly fitted before we leave — no slipping out mid-walk. I stick to routes I know well, avoid off-leash areas unless specifically asked, and keep a close eye on other dogs, traffic, and anything that could startle or spook your dog. I always carry water on hot days and adjust the pace or length of the walk based on weather and how your dog is doing that day. Before I leave, I make sure your home is exactly as I found it — doors locked, lights as they were, nothing out of place. If anything ever comes up during a walk, you'll hear from me right away, not after the fact.

About: In our home every dog is a priority to us. We schedule activities around their needs and energy levels. We love to play outside, go for walks around our neighborhood and snuggle before bed. Our puppy is very high energy and loves to make new friends. The dogs will be in a safe environment, with a fenced yard, and will be given a bed time snack! We allow animals on all furniture within our home and in our bed to sleep at night, we also have a pallet dog bed available in our room. About: I grew up with 5 dogs and 4 cats, I have years of experience with all dogs and cats! I always watched our pets when my parents would be out of town I’m currently a college student and I work part time. My availability is random since I am busy often but text me and I will let you know if I am available! In your home I would make sure no messes were made and if so I would clean it up perfectly! I will let them out whenever they need it and play with them whenever they’re bored.
