“We absolutely LOVED having Skip & Mary watch our Scarlett. We booked them for an extended stay (11/14 - 12/3) and she was super spoiled and so well taken care of. They were very responsive and sent regular updates/photos which only showed she was well loved in their care. Scarlett even had new experiences while in their care by going shopping at Cabela's. About: I really love dog's and just want to do this as a fun way to take care of a pet and to play with them and to give them some nice attention. About: Your dog will be my dog while in my care. I am a huge animal lover who has always made my animals a part of my family, not just an animal. Starting May 4th, I will be training for a new job. My training hours will be 8-5, if you can work around those time please reach out. My yard is not fenced so your babies will only be outside when I am out there with them, leashed if required. I do not agree with leaving a dog alone all night when they are already seeing a difference with their family being gone. If they are dog friendly they would have socialization as well with my friends and family dogs so they could get some interaction and extra exercise! I currently work from home so frequent potty breaks or administration of medication would not be an issue. We would be one big happy family all day long My dogs are not crated when I leave the house but do have an extra large one if required for your baby. If you need me to do a drop in visit, my hours for availability are in the air for the next couple of weeks until I am given my new works hours.

About: I've had different dogs in the house for my whole life. As a kid my family brought dogs in for foster care. We've taken care of multiple dogs with disabilities, including deaf dogs and partially blind dogs. Dogs get along with me well and I'm good at getting shy dogs to warm up to me. I've also volunteered with the Jackson County Animal Shelter, working with the cats at PetSmart. I've also taken care of relatives'/friends'/neighbors' pets. Currently I spend most of my time at home working on my online classes so I will have plenty of time to spend caring for your dog. On the rare chance that I'm not home at least one of my parents are in the house and will be able to fill in for me while I'm out. The dogs that I own eat at the same time everyday and go out as needed, but if your dogs need to be treated differently it will be easy to change things for them. About: I volunteered on a farm for a couple years. I have had dogs and cats of my own my whole life and I have pet-sat for dogs, cats, and other critters! If I am unable to watch a pet at any time, I will let you know ahead of time by at least a few days. I currently own a cat, Higgins, who is a big lovebug and fairly food motivated. I've been in charge of feeding him breakfast and dinner since we rescued him in 2015, along with scooping his litterbox. He's also needed nightly medication for some stomach issues, so I have experience giving him a pill. I can feed your pet, clean up after them whether they have a set schedule or not, and provide medication if necessary.
About: I will love and care for your furry friends as I do my own. I've owned dogs my whole life and my family would say it's a passion I've never fulfilled (but will be thanks to rover!) I've owned all size breeds so teacup or a small horse, I've got you covered! I am a Navy Veteran and current full-time student at the University of Michigan and my husband works from home 100% of the time. Your pups will never be left unsupervised. We have two other dogs in the home who love having guests and making new friends. Feedings can take place whenever you deem necessary for you! We have a ton of treats (SCHNACKS) ready to spoil and pamper your puppers as we do our own. I live on 7 acres of land in a private community, and have approximately 1 acre of fenced in yard directly off the back of the house. Your friends will be able to take plenty of potty breaks and nice tranquil walks in the "countryside". They will be kenneled at night (around 11p.m.) in a dark, empty room in a padded kennel. (I know it sounds depressing but is actually super relaxing for doggos!). Doggie bath services are also negotiable.

About: I have a love for animals big and small. I enjoy exploring and making new experiences with animals. I have experience with elderly and medical needs animals. I work as a nanny and have sometimes weeks off and would love to have an animal to take care of and take places with me. I have a house with 13 acres, for dogs that are not recall trained I use a 10 ft leash and always make sure leases are on before the door opens. I also take into consideration pet personalities, likes and dislikes, and try my hardest to intuitively and empathetically care for them. As someone who grew up with pets of all temperaments (from escape artists to insanely energetic to couch potatoes), I am able to build relationships with each pet individually and anticipate their wants and needs. Pets are just as smart (if not smarter ;) than people, and I make it a given that I treat them as such. There are no silly questions or requests! I am happy to cater to what YOU believe and know your pet needs, and work especially hard to keep you updated (unless you request against it). I’m a super cautious and paranoid person, which at times can be a negative. In terms of pet care, though, this means that nothing will slip through the cracks. Any concerns that may in the past have gone unnoticed will be meticulously catered to. About: I have had pets my whole entire life and helped my dad and stepmom with their dog rescue. I love being around animals more than people ;-) Currently not working and wanting to only do things that bring me joy. Animals do that for me 100% and I will always treat them as if they were my own. I have a fenced in yard for my Bailey, our 1 and half year old Saint Berdoodle who absolutely loves everyone. I walk her with a vest because she will take off on me. My cat, Jack, is an indoor cat and only got out one time. He was so scared but I just grabbed a towel, cuddled him to me, and he calmed down immediately.

About: I volunteered on a farm for a couple years. I have had dogs and cats of my own my whole life and I have pet-sat for dogs, cats, and other critters! I have taken care of elderly and disabled dogs and cats, as well as crazy puppies. I currently volunteer at a parrot/reptile sanctuary as well! I am available most days! I plan on taking a few small trips this summer, but those dates will be marked in my Rover calendar. I am comfortable in any setting, urban or rural or anywhere in between. For my own home: I have a ten acre, fully fenced in yard. Neighbour on one side has two dogs with moderate tempers. One acre pond that is fenced in with a gate, to prevent dogs from going on the ice.
