I am new to the Rover experience and had to leave my 13-week old puppy and was nervous about leaving. I was updated daily, sometimes more, with video and photos and I could see immediately that my puppy was in the best hands I could imagine; it was like a vacation for my puppy, too! About: I’ve had my own dog since I was 13, and have always had a dog since. My dog is my baby! One of my favorite pastimes is walking my dogs. I currently have 2 dogs. Fresh water always, lots of love, and good quality food/treats and getting outside for potty breaks are so important to me. I work full time day shift during the week. Weekends and evenings are free for me! I would love to drop in and take care of your pet while your away! Pets like their routines and I am totally respectful of that. About: I worked in a vet clinic during college and I studied animal science for a year and a half. I had cats growing up and hope to get a dog one day soon! We have 2 young kids right now, so we are not ready to own our own pet just yet. I am great with training and have trained my friends’ dogs and my cats. Both cats that I most recently lived with knew “up” and know how to sit on command. I am a teacher during the school year and home during the summer. I am free all summer except a trip here and there. I try to keep my calendar as updated as possible, but you can always reach out and ask! About: I have grown up with both cats and dogs, and then when I was able to I had two large breeds of my own for many years. Currently, we have a 2-yr old Bernese mountain dog and an older cat at home. I’m a teacher with a very open availability during summer and would love to fill it with taking care of your dogs - any breed but happy to provide confidence for high energy larger breeds. I’m a full time teacher, so while weekdays do work, it would need to be around that sort of schedule during the school year. I can provide short term care on weekdays and more intensive care on weekends. During summer months I am wide open to provide care as needed. About: Let me start by saying, I LOVE animals! I have 2 Siberian Huskies and a black lab. My daughter, Lainie has taken after me in her love for animals. She’s very gentle and loves to cuddle as long as your pup is comfortable. We’ve got plenty of outside running space in our fenced in backyard. About: I’m more than a dog sitter 😁 if you want someone who will play, walk, and entertain your dog, you’ve found your match! I’m the dog mom who does everything with her dogs. I have 3of my own large breed dogs, and fostered 12 others with my husband and enjoyed every moment of it! Most of them were under the age of 1 year old, so we did all the potty training, crate training, and basic commands. I exposed them to different environments, other dogs, and taught them a lot during their time with us which was anywhere from a month to 4 months. Throughout high school and college I worked at a doggy day care, that cared for both cats and dogs, either for day visits or overnight stays. Since we had bad experiences with kennels in the past and Cheyenne came so highly recommended, we decided to give her a try. She is super nice and accommodating. She made sure he was happy and sent us picture updates every other day. When we picked him up, he kept trying to go back inside her house, so she must be doing something right, lol. She was very good with him.”
