“Sydney was amazing!!! Poor Charlie got sick with 2 parasites right before his visit. He was feeling much better after a few days on medication so Sydney still was willing to take him in. She continued the rest of his treatment which consisted of multiple medications at carousing times throughout the day. She continued to provide us updates through out his stay and reassured us that he was definitely on the up and up the whole time. I currently cannot afford to have a dog of my own but I adore them and all animals and I would love to give my time to your fur babies while your away. I have been pet and house sitting for over 22 years. I used to work at a pet store and I have a lot of experience with dogs and animals of all sizes and needs. About: I have had dogs since I was little, helped my parents walk, feed, bathe, clean up after them. I had my own dog for 12 years. My children also love dogs and love to help with them. I work evenings but while I'm at work my husband is home with our children so someone is always home to take care of your dog. We have a little yard but can offer unlimited potty breaks, clean environment, an area for naps and bedtime. Lots of love from my children to keep them entertained!
About: Hi there! We accept small to medium-sized dogs (20 pounds max or less) and typically care for no more than 4 dogs at a time. Under our careful supervision, your pup can interact and play freely, enjoying both the house and our spacious, clean, secure and fenced-in backyard. They are not confined to kennels or cages, and can sleep wherever they feel comfortable, whether in the open or in their own crate. We have many nooks and crannies for the pups to relax in and many soft, clean blankets and pillows. They will have ample time outdoors for fresh air, exercise and fun (weather permitting), and the rest of course spent indoors, having fun, resting, playing games (we have many many puzzles and snuffle mats) and occasionally having a yummy, owner approved treat (we don't want upset tummies). They are regularly let out for potty breaks and fresh air every 1 to 2 hours, and never left unattended. WHAT WE WOULD LOVE TO KNOW: We understand each dog has their own personality, likes, dislikes, and temperament. ****A meet-n-greet is required prior to the start of any service.**** -Unless arranged by special request during the week, they are usually on Saturdays and Sundays and by appointment. -Please allow enough time prior to your reservation to arrange for the meet-n-greet. LAST MINUTE REQUESTS: We will do our best to accommodate those in tight spots, but generally we only reserve this option for established clients only. VACCINATIONS: Please ensure your pup is up-to-date with vaccinations before boarding to protect them and our little ones from illnesses. PHOTOS: We know how important peace of mind is, so we send consistent, informative photos/updates/videos of your little one so that you know what they are up to and so that you can rest assured that they are doing well! LOCATION: We are located right outside of Ann Arbor - perfect spot near highways and shops! MEDICATION: Yes, we do provide, however, we do not provide service to pets that are sick/ill/recovering/ or need medical attention during their stay. About: I’ve taken care of dogs since I was 9 years old. My parents surprised the family with a Chihuahua and surely he became my dog, my best friend. He was always by my side! My family relied on me to walk, feed/water and bathe him! My husband and I adopted our first cat when I was 18 years old and throughout the years we ended up adopting 2 more and 2 dogs! I pay close attention to leash manners, weather conditions, and any specific instructions you give me (routes to avoid, reactivity to other dogs, etc.). I always bring water and waste bags, and I make sure your dog is safely back inside with fresh water before I head out. “My dog seemed to have a great time staying with Mina. She likes to be out in the sun and got to spend a lot of time in the fenced backyard. Mina sent many pics and video so I never had to worry about what my dog was up to. Very pleased and would not hesitate to use her as a sitter again.”

George kept my in the loop on what happening with her and sent pictures. Specifically his description of Winnie jumping in his lap and sitting in the lawn chair gave me confidence that she was welcomed to be her normal people-loving self. We were referred to George from a friend and will absolutely call him again.”

They had us do a meet and greet prior to his stay and ensured he would be a good fit in their home. If we ever need somewhere to send Moose for a night away or another vacation, they will be our number one pick!”

“This was our dog’s second stay with Ariana and her dog Yogi. I was very impressed with our dog’s care during her first stay and I was equally impressed during her second stay. Our dog is not easygoing, and at one point I worried whether we would ever be able to find a sitter who would make her feel comfortable. Ariana is that sitter. She provides a loving, relaxed, fun environment and is exceptionally good at communicating with owners. She sets a new standard.”
“Sydney was amazing!!! Poor Charlie got sick with 2 parasites right before his visit. He was feeling much better after a few days on medication so Sydney still was willing to take him in. She continued the rest of his treatment which consisted of multiple medications at carousing times throughout the day. She continued to provide us updates through out his stay and reassured us that he was definitely on the up and up the whole time. Her location is ideal for airport travel as she is only about 10 minutes from DTW. We will absolutely use Sydney in the future!! Thank you again!”

“Paula is great. She provides a clean house, has expertise to keep order over the dogs, and has a great fenced yard. This was my first occasion boarding my beloved Bo, and was glad to be able to leave him in a place where he would get to hang with other good-natured dogs and have a yard to play for a change. Paula attended to our needs and my concerns. I wish she were closer for general "play dates", but if you are going to/from DTW, it's a very easy drop off and pick up.”
