“I think that Maggie and Luddy had a great stay. It was so nice to have the photos of them enjoying their time with Julie and Joe. They seemed to be quite comfortable in their new surroundings by the time I picked them up the next day. In the past, Luddy had had a sitter at the house, but this was Maggie's (10-month-old puppy) first experience being away from home overnight. Since I presently do not have a fenced yard, it was great for them to have access to a yard for play without having to be leashed. Julie and Joe seem to truly enjoy having dogs visit with them, and they take good care of them and help them to feel at home. I am so grateful.”

About: I’ve taken care of dogs for 5 families in my neighborhood as well as walked them for 3 of the families. I love getting to know them and care for them. I am currently working part time at Monelli’s as a hostess, as well as preparing to be a full time student at Western Michigan University in the fall. About: Currently I have a cat, a yorkie poo, two pit bulls and a new puppy that is a Cane Corso! I have helped take care of them for over 10 years and they are all my best friends. I love all different kinds of animals so I volunteer at a pet refuge during the weekends and I want to be a Zoological veterinarian when I am older! Currently I only play volleyball during the week early in the morning so my days are usually always free. During the summer I am most available. About: We have a good sized house which we share with our sweet rescue dog, Penelope, 2 kittens, Lilo and Stitch and our almost 2 year old daughter. I offer dog walking, sitting, overnight, part day hang outs and even training! We live near several parks that are dog friendly which we frequent regularly. I've always lived with dogs but began training the family and neighbor's dogs around the age of 10. I want to make note that I understand it is a big responsibility to care for someone else's fur child and that I take it very seriously. I am home each day with my young daughter who is great with animals but in case you prefer she stay separate, we have gates and even a heated barn if full separation is needed. Our old girl has free rein of the house, even our kitties get outside every once in a while but we have the ability to set up a small fenced in area or a zip line style tether, and of course walks as needed. We love to snuggle all furry friends but also know some prefer their space.

About: We had a small dog when our children were out of high school and our world revolved around him. We miss him a lot since he crossed the rainbow bridge but I am lucky to be a grandma to 5 dogs—a Saint Bernard, a chihuahua mix, 2 terrier mixes and a German Shepherd mix. All rescue dogs with some quirky personality traits that make them a challenge and fun. I have also cared for my sister’s senior Maltese and a neighbor’s senior Boxer. Dogs are my favorite animal and I just love spending time with them! I recently retired from being a paraprofessional at a local school so I have a pretty flexible schedule. My husband works on Tuesday, Wednesdays and Thursdays so those days I am much more available but he is flexible if I’m working or have something scheduled. We live out in the country and have a fenced in yard so dogs can play and have some fun time running free. Our neighborhood is safe to walk dogs (we used to walk our little guy around the block daily—1 1/4 miles) and there are also 2 parks close by that we could walk if they seem bored with the block.

About: I have taken care of my childhood cat and dogs for 7 years , and also my own for 2 years and client dogs for 1 year I am at my primary job 8am-4pm and I work every other weekend and every other Wednesday I am working 9am-12pm. I also have farm animals after work. I always have food and water for my animals available for them. I love taking my dog for car rides and loving on him. (Sometimes when owners leave the dogs get into stuff they aren’t supposed to). I always make sure doors are locked and gates are closed. No escapes on my watch Dog walks I make sure doggies again aren’t eating stuff they find on the walk. Watch out for cars, safety is always a priority

We currently are taking care of our ‘granddog’, Larry the Corgi. Larry has a partially fenced yard but has been trained to stay in yard while we are out with him. We have also had huskies which of course needed a fenced in yard so we also had that for their safety as runners! Both dogs each walked on leashes, he plenty of playtime outside with other dogs, and provided safe and comfy sleeping places in and out! About: I have been pet sitting since I was in the 3rd grade. It's the best job in the world!! Animals are so innocent and beautiful with true hearts. I will not only take care of your pup, but they'll get spoiled with affection as well! My dogs, Charlie and Jack, love everyone and love to play in our securely fenced in yard. We LOVE walks! I can easily walk at least 6-7 miles a day so your high energy pup will have lots of exercise! I'm a stay at home mom of and 8 year old and 14 year old. My 2 pups are super happy boys and my world pretty much revolves around them lol I understand that my rates may be higher than a boarding kennel, but your pup gets so much more attention, walks and freedom to explore our home and large yard with lots of new smells for them! Allowed on furniture and beds and full house of dog lovers. I'm also good at breaking food aggression, leash training and teaching basic commands :) Animals are like family to me. About: Hello, welcome. I am a loving mother of 6 kids, yes 6 lol. Between my husband and I, we call it "The Brady Bunch!" His, mine, and the last one we share. We have 4 cats and a small dog. Not only do I love children, I also love cats and dogs! I grew up with many of them. When I turned 17 I got my very first girl, her name was missy. She was my little companion. I had her for 17.5 years before she crossed over the rainbow. I've recently got a new companion and she's my best friend. I have taken care of many friends and neighbors cats in the last 10 years. I've also taken care of a few family dogs over the years. I have my own business from home. I make purses, bags, wallets, etc. I have plenty of time in-between to play with your cat or to walk your pup. I feed and water my babies(4 cats and a pup). My pup loves to play all the time. We have plenty of play time with both cats and dogs. And of course after all the fun we have to go outside and potty.

“I think that Maggie and Luddy had a great stay. It was so nice to have the photos of them enjoying their time with Julie and Joe. They seemed to be quite comfortable in their new surroundings by the time I picked them up the next day. In the past, Luddy had had a sitter at the house, but this was Maggie's (10-month-old puppy) first experience being away from home overnight. Since I presently do not have a fenced yard, it was great for them to have access to a yard for play without having to be leashed.
