“Working with Shant'a was a tremendously positive experience. This was our first time leaving our pup Leo with a babysitter, and she helped patiently guide us through the process, worked with us coming from our of state, and created such a welcoming environment that Leo eagerly zipped right into her home without a second glance at us. (OK, that part was a little disheartening, but clearly he was happy about it.) Six hours later we came by to collect him, expecting the eager welcome we get when coming home from work, but he seemed more like a kid being told "playtime is over, time to go home". Clearly he was in no rush to leave. Shant'a sent us some nice pics during his stay, and held to the routines we requested. No complaints! She's a delight and we hope to work with her again.”

About: I have routinely watched my coworkers dogs while they are out of town, I have 3 dogs of my own and if I could I would take in every dog that needed a home, love and a warm spot to sleep. While I understand dogs are a product of their environment, I respectfully ask not to board Pit Bull terrier mix or Rottweiler breeds. Thank you. My pets have been treated with flea and tick prevention medication. I work Monday thru Wednesday and usually am home by 2. My boyfriend will stop by at lunch and let my 3 dogs out to potty. On my days off I am usually home. I have a fenced yard and 3 dogs of my home who are friendly and welcoming to new dogs. They are not crated but I can crate yours if you wish.

About: I have always wanted a job watching animals. I am very quick to learn each animal's body language to learn what they need. I have had old dogs and younger ones and understand when they just need a break and to sleep. I do love to cuddle dogs, play with them, and give them lots of loving. I also love any animals that you throw my way. I have experience with birds reptiles dogs cats and hamsters. But that doesn't mean I won't take care of other animals that aren't on this list! I go to school but I have a very flexible schedule I am also working a job and working towards my first car as well.
