When I arrived Phillip (her boyfriend) told me he just vaccumed because they had read her bio where I said she was skiddish. I felt that it was very thoughtful for him to do that before I brought her over so she wouldn't be fearful of the loud noise. Cheyenne was extremely responsive and sent multiple photos. About: I have been fostering for almost 13 years and have taken care of cats, dogs and horses growing up my whole life. I am familiar with giving meds and special needs for dogs and cats as well. I have dobermans so I understand high energy dogs! I am working part time to spend more time with my kids and dogs and my kids also love new companions we take in and care for. I have just been wanting to care for more animals in my area. I have a fenced in yard and 2 dobermans and a doberdoodle. They are all dog and kid friendly. My dogs are vetted and up to date on everything. My dobermans are the reason I started fostering as they love new friends! My doberdoodle was my foster fail that I love dearly. I do have a couple kennels but if your dog does better with no kennel I do that as well!

About: I have grown up with both cats and dogs, and then when I was able to I had two large breeds of my own for many years. Currently, we have a 2-yr old Bernese mountain dog and an older cat at home. I’m a teacher with a very open availability during summer and would love to fill it with taking care of your dogs - any breed but happy to provide confidence for high energy larger breeds. I’m a full-time teacher, so if you’re booking during the summer my availability is pretty widely open to meet your pets needs. If it’s during the school year, the weekends are there for loving your pet. I love to walk and exercise and am happy to take your dog for long walks as needed. Alternatively if they’re at my house, they can play with our Bernese Mountain Dog in the backyard for endless hours! Our yard is fenced in and the gates are always locked.

About: I’ve had my own dog since I was 13, and have always had a dog since. My dog is my baby! One of my favorite pastimes is walking my dogs. I currently have 2 dogs. Fresh water always, lots of love, and good quality food/treats and getting outside for potty breaks are so important to me. I work full time day shift during the week. Weekends and evenings are free for me! I would love to drop in and take care of your pet while your away! Pets like their routines and I am totally respectful of that. I am new to the Rover experience and had to leave my 13-week old puppy and was nervous about leaving. From the start, Scott and Steph put me at ease and even offered a meet up beforehand so we and our dogs could meet. I was updated daily, sometimes more, with video and photos and I could see immediately that my puppy was in the best hands I could imagine; it was like a vacation for my puppy, too! About: I have always taken good care of our dogs since I was little. I love every kind of dog. Big or little I love them all the same. I currently work at a restaurant a few days a week. Mostly evenings. I need something to do during the day. I would love every minute of it . We have 3 Rottweilers that I take care of everyday. About: We are a married couple who have experience raising 3 active German Shorthair Pointers. I’m a teacher and my husband, James, works his IT job remote which allows us to have flexibility with letting dogs out and walking at various times of the day. We have experience with administering medication to dogs and caring for senior dogs as well. We love exploring the outdoors while camping and fishing. You can catch us on the water any chance we get. About: Coming from a background of puppy breeders, I have more then enough knowledge in not just caring for pets but understanding them as well. I have a genuine love for all animals, and have grown up with dogs, cats, farm animals and everything in between. Animals adore my company and high energy and the time I take to ensure they’re safe, fed, comfortable and have had plenty of time for exercise. When it comes to animal care I am definitely the person pet owners would seek out! Pet care works into my schedule in many ways! Essentially I’m available any day or time as I own a snow removal company and am really only busy on the days it snows more then 3” which for me is typically one to two days a week (maybe). How I take care of my puppy, well my dog is served food twice a day about 2 cups of dog food. She is my buisness partner as I work alone, so she rides shot gun everywhere I go when plowing. We have an underground fence although she has been very well trained that she wouldn’t run off even without a collar. My dog can sit, bow, lay down, roll over and I’ve trained her to off leash walk. Everywhere I go I am complimented on how well minded she is. And as a black lab shepherd mix that’s impressive considering the level of engergy she has. In my clients home I will tend to my clients specific instructions as I know every owner to puppy relationship is defferent. I will care for their animal just as they would. And ensure a easy going, safe, and happy environment for the best sitting experience possible.

About: Hi my name is Gillian! I recently moved to Traverse City, and I am a registered nurse. I have always been a huge dog lover and have had pups all throughout growing up, so I am experienced in caring for these furry creatures whether it is walking, playing with, or just spending time together. I also adopted a husky named Blu, and he is a sweet, playful love bug. He loves playing with other dogs and is very friendly! He is good with kids as well and appreciates when they are respectful of him. I am happy to help with dog walking, drop in visits, house sitting, or daycare/ over night care in my home. “Cheyenne saved my butt when she agreed last minute to take my Reese for an overnight while I was in town for work. I was nervous since I had never left her with someone I didn't know before. When I arrived Phillip (her boyfriend) told me he just vaccumed because they had read her bio where I said she was skiddish. I felt that it was very thoughtful for him to do that before I brought her over so she wouldn't be fearful of the loud noise. Cheyenne was extremely responsive and sent multiple photos. Reese was also able to have a playmate, Lexi (their dog). When I picked her up the next day she was HAPPY to see me and tired! I will definitely book with her again in the future.... About: I have been fostering for almost 13 years and have taken care of cats, dogs and horses growing up my whole life. I am familiar with giving meds and special needs for dogs and cats as well. I have dobermans so I understand high energy dogs! I am working part time to spend more time with my kids and dogs and my kids also love new companions we take in and care for. I have just been wanting to care for more animals in my area. I have a fenced in yard and 2 dobermans and a doberdoodle. They are all dog and kid friendly. My dogs are vetted and up to date on everything. My dobermans are the reason I started fostering as they love new friends! My doberdoodle was my foster fail that I love dearly. I do have a couple kennels but if your dog does better with no kennel I do that as well!
About: I have grown up with both cats and dogs, and then when I was able to I had two large breeds of my own for many years. Currently, we have a 2-yr old Bernese mountain dog and an older cat at home. I’m a teacher with a very open availability during summer and would love to fill it with taking care of your dogs - any breed but happy to provide confidence for high energy larger breeds. I’m a full-time teacher, so if you’re booking during the summer my availability is pretty widely open to meet your pets needs. If it’s during the school year, the weekends are there for loving your pet. I love to walk and exercise and am happy to take your dog for long walks as needed. Alternatively if they’re at my house, they can play with our Bernese Mountain Dog in the backyard for endless hours! Our yard is fenced in and the gates are always locked.

About: I’ve had my own dog since I was 13, and have always had a dog since. My dog is my baby! One of my favorite pastimes is walking my dogs. I currently have 2 dogs. Fresh water always, lots of love, and good quality food/treats and getting outside for potty breaks are so important to me. I work full time day shift during the week. Weekends and evenings are free for me! I would love to drop in and take care of your pet while your away! Pets like their routines and I am totally respectful of that. I can accommodate their particular needs to keep them safe, happy and well cared for!

“I cannot say enough about the awesome puppy-sitting experience I had with Stephanie and Scott (and their super great dog, Rosie)!! I am new to the Rover experience and had to leave my 13-week old puppy and was nervous about leaving. From the start, Scott and Steph put me at ease and even offered a meet up beforehand so we and our dogs could meet. I was updated daily, sometimes more, with video and photos and I could see immediately that my puppy was in the best hands I could imagine; it was like a vacation for my puppy, too! They really take an interest in making it a great experience and environment for their pet guest. Rosie was very gentle and tolerant of a very active, playful puppy and Sophie and Rosie are now best pals! We will definitely use Scott and Steph again without any hesitation!”

About: I have helped owners with dog sitting/walking in the Traverse City area. I've had my dog and cat business for 5+ years and I spend my time with special dogs and cats during the day, overnights or on weekends. I cared for my two dogs until they passed away. Now I have time to devote to other pets who need my support. I have time in my life to care for your lovely dogs, walking them during the week and watching them for overnights on the weekends As my yard is not fenced in, I prefer to go to clients home to help out. I have a reliable vehicle and could come and visit
