“Olivia was great! Very friendly and responsive, it was super easy to coordinate drop off and pickup and our dog had a great time! Will definitely be using again and would highly recommend.”

“Hanna and her family made Charlie feel right at home! They accepted his stinky shoe fetish and his desire for hands constantly petting with absolute open arms (his favorite). Her two fur babies welcomed him and left him absolutely exhausted and maybe a little depressed that there’s no one to play with in his own backyard. We will definitely be rebooking again! Thank you!”

Always looking for opportunities to build community and knowledge around animals and people! I work part-time very close to home. I pride myself on prioritizing quality time to animals in my care. I have strict boundaries on the quality of care I want to provide so I do not take on more than I feel comfortable with. providing a safe emotional environment for your pets is my top priority I have a big yard with a small portion fenced in. I utilize the fenced in area for play and hanging out with dogs. I love hanging out with the pets inside also, I have raised beds set out in the house for relaxing and plenty of couches the dogs are welcome to enjoy. I use crates and gates in the house for peace of mind and relaxation when I am out of the house.
“First time the boys stayed with Lucy and I couldn’t be happier. She provided plenty of updates and pictures, the pickup/drop off was smooth, and they came home tired and happy from playing. Lucy is incredible and will use her services in the future when in the area! Wish we had somebody as solid as Lucy closer to us so we could book more often. 10/10”

“We were in a bind when our original sitter got sick right before we had to leave for my son’s wedding, and Stacy came through for us at the very last minute. She was absolutely wonderful with Sophie, so patient and kind. She sent updates and photos, which gave us total peace of mind while we were away. I honestly couldn’t be happier with the care she provided. We’d definitely love to use her again in the future.”

“This was my first time havinh Shawn keep my puppy and I must say she was very nice upon our first meeting and was very understanding when I was running late to drop off, which I totally appreciated. My pup seemed to have had a good time with her. I will definitely be booking with her again!”

“This was Tucker’s first stay with Christine and it went very well. She is very good at keeping the dogs busy and exercised so they stay involved and don’t think about missing us. She sent us several videos during Tucker’s stay that helped us see he was doing well. I would definitely book with her again.”

“Leandra and Mark did an amazing job with our puppy. They are so personal with clients. They took such good care of our baby. I definitely will book again. Their availability is great especially for a puppy. They love playing with the puppy. They treated our puppy like he was their own. I look forward to them watching him again soon!”

“When I came across Rover and what it was all about, I was positive that this would be a site I would never use. Allowing someone else to care for my dog in their home, was an uncomfortable concept to me. However, when I had a vacation scheduled, and my go-to dog boarding center was booked, Rover was the only option. Clara's name was mentioned to me by another Rover user who was not able to dog sit my exact dates needed. When I messaged Clara, she replied within 5 minutes saying "YES! I will take care of your dog." No questions asked. She lives about 30 minutes from where I am located in Kzoo, but trust me when I say she is worth the drive. Her house is immaculate, and she has other wonderful pups, a horse and great fenced in greenspace outside. We received pictures and a brief summary of our dog every day. Throughout my vacation, I never worried once about my dog. Clara's first impression made me feel like my dog was immediately apart of her pack. I 1000% recommend Clara for boarding.”

“Thanks so much, Emily & Ryan! We appreciated all the picture updates, and Calvin obviously had a wonderful time. You guys were always quick to respond, helpful, and flexible. We hope to book again in future.”

“Leigh was AMAZING. She was perfect for my Mazzy who is a wild puppy and Leigh taught her so much! Mazzy came back happy and had learned some new commands! I am so thankful because Leigh crate trained Mazzy too so when she came home to her new crate, she walked right in! No issues! Thank you Leigh so much and I will recommend you to everyone I know!!”

About: I have experience caring for cats and understand that every cat has their own personality and routine. I’m comfortable with feeding, fresh water, litter box cleaning, playtime, and giving cats space when they like a calmer environment. I pay close attention to behavior and make sure cats feel safe, comfortable, and cared for while their owner is away. I’m happy to send updates and photos so you can feel confident your cat is doing well.

About: As a cat owner of three cats myself, I know how important it is to have someone caring and dependable watching over your pets. I’m comfortable caring for cats with different personalities and routines, and I’ll make sure they get plenty of attention and care while you’re away.

About: Growing up, my family had all sorts of animals including cats. Once we rescued a litter that we found up at our cottage hiding under our boat. We bottle fed them and found them homes once ready. We also often helped strays. I adopted my first cat in college. Chesapeake was her name and she developed diabetes so I have experience with giving insulin injections. She also had another cat friend Sonny. Since then I have mostly had dogs but am a animal lover.
“An absolutely phenomenal pet sitter. We could not have found a better person to watch our cats while we were gone for several days. Hanna dropped in twice a day to care for our cats while we were out of town. She is super friendly and warm and sweet. Our cats fell in love with her instantly. We invited her husband to visit our place with her , and he was great with the cats too. Hanna was a great communicator. She kept us up-to-date and reached out if she had questions. She also sent us numerous photos and videos of our cats as she cared for them. That’s how we know how good she was with them. For most of us who have pets, they are almost like our kids, and we want to leave them in the best care possible when away. Hanna is the person to take care of your animals. If you are in need of someone to watch your animals while you were away, ask Hanna before anybody else. You will not be disappointed, I promise. We will absolutely reach out to Hanna again for future travels.”

“Lucy is great! We recently moved to the area and so pleased we found Lucy to help us take care of our dog Rori. She’s super professional, understands dogs so well and Rori loves her! Thanks Lucy! ❤️”

“Olivia is very sweet, I took my dog, Zoe,2 to her for daycare while we were on vacation. Zoe is a little timid around children and needs a fenced yard so this was a good fit for her. I was able to enjoy my vacation because I knew my baby was very well cared for.”

“Today was the first day of our weekly daycare. Tripp had so much fun and he absolutely loved it there. I was updated frequently with lots of messages, and pictures. Which was greatly appreciated as I was very anxious with this being the first time leaving Tripp with anyone but family. He has such a good time. I can’t wait to continue daycare :)”

“Our Lizzy was well taken care of when staying with Michaelynn. She had a lot of activity and attention. Michaelynn was very good with communication. Will definitely use her services again.”

“Hanna has been a lifesaver as me and my dog Poppy adjust to the area and with the move! Poppy loves going to Hanna’s and playing with her new friends. Poppy is super anxious around other dogs, but she LOVES Hanna’s pups. It’s such a great feeling as a pet owner to know when I drop Poppy off she’s more excited to be there than she is to be at home!”

About: With many years of experience I am highly qualified to care for your pet. Growing up I started a neighborhood pet care business where I would watch my neighbors pets when they were on vacation. This quickly grew and I started letting out neighborhood dogs after school when their parents would get home late. I also grew up with 2 Labradors retrievers and a Corgi. Due to my ever changing schedule I’m not able to commit to adopting a dog at this time so I’ve come to Rover to help the community and get my fill of animal therapy. Currently I am working from home with a part time schedule. A lot of my work can be done at any time. This leaves me ample time to care for your pet. I have a building just outside of downtown that has a large area in the back. There is a park that is around the corner and plenty of sidewalks for walks. Inside my home there are hardwood floors with area rugs. I am a very neat and organized person so there is nothing your pet will be able to get into.
About: As a big animal lover I’ve always sought ways to spend more time with them in whatever ways I could - be that pet-sitting for friends and family, helping to exercise friend’s dogs when they were busy, to volunteering for the last 12 years at a therapeutic horseback-riding facility. In that time I’ve dedicated to learning as much as I could about dogs, cats, and horses and how to care for and teach them so you can feel secure that your pet will be treated with the utmost kindness, respect, and love, with some dashes of training and fun mixed in. Need someone to care for your furry family member - look no further! I currently deliver packages for Amazon Flex and schedule my blocks day-of (usually only 2 hours or less before they start) so I’m always able to be available if need be. If in your home I can feed, water, walk, snuggle with, give medication, do basic training or exercise your dog and will do so in the most professional manner possible. If your dog is coming over to my home, I have a large, clear fenced in yard where my 11.5 month old Irish Setter has plenty of room to get her energy out daily so you can feel comfortable that your dogs would have ample space to wear themselves out and a super-friendly (and gentle) playmate to help in that endeavor. Afterwards I have a spare XL hard plastic crate if they need time and space to rest or if they are spending the night, along with plenty of fuzzy blankets and toys they can snuggle up with. Whatever it is your looking for, I’m happy to help make you and your dog’s lives happier, healthier and as stress-free as can be!

About: Hi! My name is Audrey! I am a former nurse and used to take care of humans for a living but am pursuing a career change. I now take care of fur babies, but my 7 years of nursing experience has taught me patience, flexibility, and safety skills (as well as making me an expert at cleaning pee and poop). I've been a dog owner and taken care of dogs since I was 12 years old. I've had multiple dogs growing up and currently own my 10-year old Golden Shepherd Mix rescue, Maxx. It brings me so much joy and happiness to meet any and all dogs/cats and to give them love and attention they deserve. I volunteer at the Humane Society to help socialize those dogs and give them love but also to gain experience meeting as many dogs as possible to learn more on how to identify dog behavior/body language and how to gain their trust when meeting a new person. I also love taking fun pictures, so you will get lots of pictures of your fur baby while you're gone. I also work part time as a barista and will occasionally be working 4 to 8 hr shifts periodically throughout the week, but with enough notice, I can try to adjust my schedule to accommodate for you if your pet can't be alone for long periods of time. I can't imagine a life without having a fur baby, and I hope I get to help take care of yours! I work part time as a barista and my schedule changes every week with shifts varying from 4-8hrs long at a time. With enough notice (usually about 2-3 weeks ahead ideally), I can adjust my schedule to try and accommodate for you especially if your pet can't be alone for long periods of time. I'm willing and able to do any day of the week! I'm fairly flexible, so I'll do my best to get my schedule to work with yours. I live in a cozy 2-bedroom apartment with a lot of space to walk around the apartment complex. There is a fenced in dog runner at this complex too.

About: Hello, I'm a big animal lover. Life is always better with furry friends! I have pretty much always had a dog most of my life & always consider them family. I was lucky & got to be there when my former fur baby was born. Her mom let me massage her hips & tummy while in labor. It was her 1st litter & she was awesome!! She let me handle all 9 of the babies after she was done delivering so we could transfer all them to a clean bed & to help rotate at feeding time to ensure they all ate. All 9 survived & were healthy!! I was also a "doula" for my mom's cats pregnancy & she let me massage her tummy & handle her babies right away also. It's a blessing to see & be a part of. I would love to provide a safe and comfortable care for your pet while you are away. I used to have birds, cats, fish, been around reptiles & snakes, turtles, I worked at an eagle rapture center in Alaska which is where I'm from. I have a strong belief to only work in something you love so here I am. :-) Your pet will receive the same love & attention as if they were my own & provide plenty of pictures. Before I became a provider for Rover I used the service a few times myself & was very appreciative when I was given daily updates & pictures & want to provide the same for others. It truly meant a lot to me to get that so I know the importance. -Reliable, Safe, Comfortable w/ all animals -Wellness checks -Doggie daycare in your home-Rover doesn't allow me to add this feature/pricing-please ask for free quote -Pet Sitting -Pet Grooming -Walking/Running/Playtime -Pickup/Drop Off for Appointments -Training -Overnight care -Reiki/Massage for pets -I'm more than happy to help w/ some extra house cleaning (additional) so don't be afraid to ask. Thank you!”

“She made him very comfortable and at home. He was able to play and roam in the house and outside, with her well behaved dogs. I was very pleased with his care and plan on having Kathy watch him in the future.”

“Kevin was exactly who I needed to take care of my dogs while I flew across the country for a few days. He was flexible and great with communication. He answered quickly, gave me lots of updates, and photos! He took great care of my dogs. Helped to not be worried when I was on vacation, as I missed them a lot. Would definitely book with him again. My dogs were worn out and happy when they came home. Thank you!!”
