About: We are a family of 2 kiddos, who love hockey and choir and bellybean brings us all the laughs and cuddles. The Family is easy-going and very understanding of life circumstances. We pride ourselves on personal attention given to your fur babies and adventures outdoors. We currently have one golden retriever who is three years old as of December 2024. She is playful and friendly, submissive and calm. Any questions are welcome. I’m home based for work and enjoy helping with projects objects within a company as a consultant. I am available for puppy attention, overnight and long-term care for dogs that are vaccinated and treated for flea and tick. We are busiest in the winter months with personal sports, and open to adventures throughout the year/day with animals included. We have a safe environment. I do keep our bedroom doors closed. If there’s anything else you’d like to know, please don’t hesitate to ask. Currently our pets are cared for not crate trained. Ing is an option however. I offer daily walks and multiple catch and throw opportunities daily.

About: The most experience I have with cats is from having two of my own. I raised one since she was a few months old or so. She’s about 4 years old now. I have roughly 4 years or more of cat experience. I still have more to learn with cats and I’m learning every day with my cats at home.
About: I’ve had cats in my life for years and currently have cats of my own, so I completely understand that every cat has their own personality, routine, and very strong opinions! Some want all the cuddles and attention, while others are happiest when you simply keep their food bowl full and respect their personal space. I’m comfortable with feeding, fresh water, litter box cleaning, playtime, basic medications, and keeping an eye out for any changes in behavior while you’re away. I’m also happy to spend some extra time just hanging out with them so they have company even if that means we sit on opposite sides of the room and pretend we aren’t friends yet. My goal is to keep your cat’s routine as normal and stress free as possible while you’re gone. And of course, I’ll send plenty of pictures and updates so you know exactly how your tiny roommate is doing! 🐱🐾

About: I have dogsat for friends and family since I was a kid, I worked at a doggy daycare (Paws In The City) in highschool. My family has raised 2 litters of golden retrievers, so I am familiar with how to train and housebreak puppies from a young age. I live with 2 dogs and 3 cats, all with very different energy levels and personalities, I will adjust to your pet's unique needs and routines! I am a student at CMU, so during the semester I will be gone during the morning for classes. I stop by to check on pets during lunch time, and then head back to campus. On weekends I can stay with them the whole day, taking dogs on a hike if the weather is nice, or staying in and playing on my study breaks. I have a pretty open schedule, so I will have a lot of time to spare for pet care. I am willing to stay with your pets overnight if you need, or just stop by regularly throughout the day. I will follow your instructions, and make sure your pets stay fed, safe, and happy while you are gone! I have a lot of hiking trails I want to explore, if you are comfortable with me taking your pup on a fieldtrip. If not, I am happy to walk in your neighborhood and stay closer to home.

I had many fosters through various rescues and have 2 dogs, 1 cat, and a bunny of my own. I have a more ‘difficult’ dog myself which took very patient training to get him to even be able to go outside. My schedule should be up to date with vacations. For in-home stays during the weeks, I would ask that you can set me up with WiFi connection so I can work while I’m there! I will follow any instructions given to me to best ensure your pet feels comfortable. I will take precautions to make sure that the animal is never at risk of flight, and will communicate if needed. I am extra careful to ensure the pet is safely indoors before departing and triple check locks for peace of mind. As mentioned in my profile, I am a positive reinforcement advocate so I WILL NOT use adverse methods such as prong collars, electric shock collars, etc. If this is something you use for your dog, I’m afraid we won’t be a good fit!
