Handling Aggressive or Special Needs Pets I have extensive experience with fearful, reactive, and aggressive pets, but clear and honest communication is essential: Cats: I am comfortable handling feral or aggressive cats and will take the necessary time to build trust. I can administer medication as needed, but I require full transparency about their behavior to ensure safety for all. Dogs: I can accommodate dogs with minor behavioral challenges, such as leash reactivity or mild anxiety. However, for safety reasons, I cannot accept: Dogs over 50 lbs who are not at least moderately leash-trained. Dogs requiring a muzzle or choke collar in public settings. Dogs with severe aggression or unpredictable behavior. Double-Booking Policy For the safety and well-being of all pets, I do not double-book boarding, daycare, or walks unless all parties have given consent and a meet-and-greet has taken place. If multiple dogs are staying in my home at the same time, a meet-and-greet is required. Even if the dogs get along, they will not be left alone together unless securely crated. Cats and dogs boarding in my home simultaneously will be kept in separate areas with no contact.

About: I started a new job 7 months ago where I work 12 hour swing shifts. I’m scheduled to work 3-4 days or nights per week, but have opportunities for overtime. Please do reach out to see if I’m available. I love walking and running. Being outdoors as much as I can when it’s nice out! 🌞 I pay a good attention to details and often like to double check things. I do whatever is asked of me. I always do my best and with honesty. Accept same day bookings as long as I don’t already have something planned of course! Don’t have kids or personal pets of my own. Just family pets. If I have to be gone for more than what the dog is allowed to be alone. Then I will go back and check on them and let them out for a quick potty break. I’m currently only scheduling for the weekends that I am off. So my schedule is limited as I work a 12 hours of swing shift. I do have every other weekend off, plus a day or two during the week. I walk the dog on the side walk or on the road if there are no sidewalk and if it’s not a busy road. I feed and give your dog water. Also medication if they take any. I also play with your dog if requested or I see the need.

Large breeds are my specialty, as I have grown up around Great Danes, Saint Bernards, and Newfoundlands my entire life, and feel very comfortable handling them. When going for walks I always maintain firm a firm hold on the leash, even with bigger dogs. I have been walking with large breeds such as Saint Bernards and Great Danes for over a decade, so I feel very comfortable remaining in control. I always carry pepper spray with me as well, just as an absolute last resort in the very rare chance that anything would happen.

I have 5 years of experience caring for my brothers 3 shar-pei’s (ages 1-3) whenever they’re away, which is on a regular basis. I also have experience caring for my sisters senior stray cat that she took in and adopted. I have experience in potty training puppies and will wake up in the middle of the night if needed. I also have 4+ years of nanny and childcare experience with one family of 3 children so you know I’m also trustworthy with housesitting and with children as well! :) if you have any questions, please let me know! I like hiking and going on walks to play Pokémon go so taking dogs on walks would fit right into my schedule! I love playing fetch, cuddling and teaching tricks when I spend time with pets. I verify that the floor is clear or debris and small objects to avoid a choking hazard, thus I often sweep because safety is a priority of mine. I live with my husband who also loves animals and constantly have his support and help. I encourage gentleness in dogs and always give them affection.
About: When I have been a sitter in the past I was in charge of admitting medication few times a day. Feed dogs separates if they had special feedings. I also did overnight stays up to 5 days. I also walked the dogs a couple times a day. I also have watched up to four dogs at a time. I currently very open at this point in time. My availability will be everyday from 10am on to10 p.m. and every weekend I am also available, but my hours are more flexible. A family-friendly pet environment. We also have fur babies here to keep company. We also have four kids for extra love and attention and outside play. We do not have a fenced yard and I also live by a busy one-way

About: Ever since being a young little girl, I have cared for dogs and they have a special place in my heart. I grew up with a yellow lab and took great care of her. As an adult I am the go-to pet sitter for my family and friends. I have watched small family farm taking care of goats, horses, dogs, and outdoor cats too. I have more experience with mid to older dogs than puppies, but I have also helped take care of puppies too. I am currently searching for a full-time position; therefore, I have flexibility for during the day for potty breaks or walks, evening care, and overnight stay at your house. I am unfortunately renting currently and have a no pet policy so I cannot board at this time. Your pet is to be treated like my own. I follow the owners lead but I love playtime, indoor or outdoor, walks by leash and harness, and cuddles and loves. I only give treats if that is what the household wants. I wish to keep the routine as similar to what the animal is used to.

About: Farm girl with tons of animal experience ! I’ve had several different pets in my lifetime to include dogs, cats, horses, hedgehogs, rabbits, pigs and more I’m currently a WFH/stay at home mom who personally owns 4 indoor pets( 2 dogs, 1 cat and 1 rabbit) and multiple farm animals. As a farm kid to now, I’ve have extensive knowledge in how to provide the proper care to several different species :) I do have a fenced in back yard in which all animals can safely be contained in for bathroom and play breaks but do take daily walks down the road and if permitted on leash around the farm to explore the 11+ acres we have to offer
About: A lifelong animal lover, I enjoy romping through the woods with dogs, as well as sharing their company by a burning fire. I'm a freelance writer working from my home, so your hound has a constant companion in my care. The walks help me think while letting the dog burn off some energy. I'm also willing to travel to let your best friend out on a day-to-day basis, or overnights as necessary. Your cat, should he or she stay overnight, would receive lots of attention from two teenagers and a first-grader (even if the cat is indifferent to it). About: I have taken care of my own dogs, cats, fish, and even hedgehog over the last 10 years. I am very good with any age of animals and enjoy spending quality time with them. In addition, over the past year I have been a park pal at my local humane society which means I get to take a dog out during one on one time to a park. About: I've been around and have helped care for dogs and cats all shapes and sizes. Each one I've personally owned are a part of the family! I would take care of your fur baby like I'd want mine taken care of. I am a homeschooling mom which means your fur baby will be kept company while in my care. During the school year, on Saturdays, we sometimes will have sporting events to go to, as well as some week nights we will go to extracurricular practices but never gone for long! I currently have Midland's rail trail right in my back yard for nice walks if that's something you would like done. When we move in March we will have a large open park right in our backyard! We have a sweet Goldador at home that loves playmates and also two cats that sleep the day away. My three kids (ages 8 - 13) have been shown from the beginning how to respect and love animals and they will be a wonderful addition to keeping your fur babies feeling loved and cared for!

About: i’ve taken care of dogs and cats and other animals from the time I was little, whether it be neighbors or friends or my own as I grew up on a farm! I have experience with aggressive and avoidant, cats and dogs. I’m currently free all day, which gives me plenty of time to give your pets lots of attention, playtime, walks, and care throughout the day. My schedule is very flexible, so I’m available for boarding, drop-ins, walks, and pet sitting during both weekdays and weekends. I always make sure pets feel safe, comfortable, and loved while in my care. I keep a clean, pet-friendly environment, closely supervise playtime, follow feeding and medication instructions carefully, and make sure every pet gets plenty of attention, exercise, and affection. currently, I live in an apartment with a fenced in dog area in the backyard, but in a few weeks will be moving into a townhouse with my very own backyard!
