“I was impressed with Julie’s care of my dogs. She was prompt with messages and sent me many pictures during my short trip. Dogs were happy and came home tired! Will definitely take my dogs to Julie again! :)”

“The best review I can give is that I think my dog was depressed to be home because he missed Kathy and her husband so much!! Chewy loved being there,I loved getting the pictures to start my day. Best experience ever for me and my pup!!”

“Ellie was amazing! We had a last minute trip come up as well as cancelled flights and she was so kind through all the changes. She made sure we felt comfortable with Ember’s first stay there. Even though Ember was there for only one night, she came home tired and happy which showed how much Ellie played with her and gave her attention. 100% recommend Ellie for any dog sitting needs!”

“Luke and his family went above and beyond caring for our Yogi. They have a large fenced in backyard and a host of other animal friends that Yogi fell in love with. Our Yogi has a tendency to pee on himself vs the ground and they bathed him before pickup. My toddler wouldn’t stop asking us to smell the dog on the way home. Thank you Luke and family! We will use you every time we need to head West to Wisconsin.”

“Beth and Tracy were absolutely wonderful with Duke. Beth communicated often and took lots of pictures. They took wonderful care of our pup, which made us feel really good and allowed us to relax and enjoy our vacation.”

“Willo was absolutely great with Kobe kept me updated with pictures and just did an awesome job my dog really enjoyed the company of her dogs and atmosphere surrounding her area.. I would choose her anytime”

“Becky is wonderful and took such great care of my pup, Bailey! She was attentive and responsive and sent many photos while I was gone. I definitely recommend and will use her services again!”

“Rex is just the best. Constant contact and is always sending pictures of what Brooks is up to. Super appreciative of what he does. Thanks, Rex, for another great service. In our area, he's the only one we'll go with.”

“Nayoma was BEYOND wonderful. We were gone for almost 10 days and each day we had updates and pictures of our pup. I felt so relaxed knowing he was in good hands. Will absolutely be using her again!!”

“Amanda was amazing with our two dogs! They stayed overnight and felt right at home. She was very accommodating and communication was excellent. Her fenced backyard was a plus and she treated our dogs as her own.”

“Kelli is a great host and took very good care of our dogs overnight. She gave us the opportunity to do a meet & greet and sent us loads of pictures of them running around her spacious (& fenced!) backyard. We're grateful to have her help.”

“Catherine did a great job with our anxious reactive little guy (9 yr old Morkie). She was very responsive and sent lots of photo updates. I recommend her if you have a dog that needs some personal space from other dogs that a normal kennel environment can’t provide.”

“Alexia goes above and beyond for both our dog and for us; making sure we're informed and collaborating on behavior and obedience -- while providing a safe and active environment for our pet.”

“Trina is the best! I am a new dog mom with a small rambunctious puppy so I was very nervous to leave her with anyone. I had a friend bail on me last second to watch her so I was absolutely in a pinch and Trina was quick to respond and open to a visit before hand. She made the whole process very relieving and sent update pictures through the night. My night ran later than expected and Trina told me not to worry and to enjoy my night, so sweet! I would recommend her to everyone!”

“Kaity and family made the process very smooth. It was great to have a meet and greet in advance as well. I appreciated her quick responses to my messages, as well as having Zoey so warmly welcomed in her home. This is our first time using Rover for care and we will definitely do so again.”

“Mckensi was great with my cat, Beau. She checked in on him when I took my first full week away in over a year amid the COVID pandemic. I was worried about leaving him alone because he is typically anxious, but Mckensi sent pictures, gave him treats, pet and played with him in my absence. It was very comforting to know that a fellow pet lover was there to ensure he was well cared for.”

About: I know cats are very special creatures where “pet me” can go many different ways. Whether your cat likes to roll solo or is feral like its great ancestors or maybe could pass as a small dog, you can count on me to be there for your cat(s) 😊. Litter box cleaning will be kept up daily to stay fresh and clean. I have experience in giving cats SQ fluids as well as administering topical and oral medications. If your cat has any other specific needs or concerns, I am delighted to help meet their needs. 😊

“Our young cat was well cared for by Casey! He had a designated safe space he could use at her house when needed, though he wasn’t shy and made himself right at home. She was very attentive to any needs he had and made sure to send pictures, which our family loved seeing. We wouldn’t hesitate to use Casey again!”

“We felt so comfortable with Christy and her daughter dropping in on our cats! They were so well loved during our week away and even gave extra attention to our one cat who needs to be kept separate from the other. Communication was wonderful and she even gave some yummy food recommendations for our trip. She is wonderful and we would have her back in a heartbeat!”

About: I’ve been caring for all kinds of animals my whole life. My real passion is dogs and I’m focused on dog sitting/boarding/daycare, but I’m happy to take care of cats and drop in for other animals. I have owner trained (working with professional trainers) one at home service dog and am in the process of owner training a public access service dog. I use fear free training methods and animal management (no tools like e and prong collars). This means sometimes things take a little longer and look a little chaotic, but as long as all the animals are safe and as happy and healthy as possible, that’s what matters. I have two yellow labs (one bench, one field), a mixed breed rescue, and a cat. All my animals are very animal friendly. My big lab does take a noisy minute to adjust, but he’s a big sweetheart once he’s got the lay of the land. I have a yard with a living fence and a wooded property where the dogs can be walked if needed. I am home full time and just becoming an empty nester, so I have plenty of time and attention to devote to our furry friends. Most days it will just be me and the animals on our wooded property so there’s plenty of time and room for relaxation and play. I have a fairly large fenced yard and wooded surrounding property. My home is laid back and the animals are treated like family. They are welcome on furniture and have plenty of room to play and toys to play with. I just ask they be on tick and heartworm prevention as there are many bugs in the woods. I utilize positive reinforcement techniques in my home and do not use tools like e and prong collars. We use lots of treats to reward good behavior, so if there’s something your dog can’t have, please let me know. I have regular experience with basic grooming and administering meds. I have crates available if needed or preferred. I’ll do my best to care for them as you want. Our big lab, George does have some scary looking anxiety upon meeting (barking and growling). If you are boarding/daycare/meet and greet with us, George will be in a pen on leash, harness, and muzzle to start (either inside or outside weather dependent-prefer outside). As your dog explores, I will work with George to adapt to the new situation and eventually greet your dog appropriately. Once that happens, he’s good with appropriate play, boundary setting, etc…. It’s just the initial greeting that needs a little more management.

“Ellie did a fantastic job watching my pup and was a pleasure to work with! She made sure Ophie’s needs were met and provided a great environment for her to get her energy out. I got plenty of updates during her stay, and she came home relaxed and happy. I highly recommend Ellie’s services!!”

“Mckensi was a great sitter for my puppy! She was super flexible and easy to communicate with. My dog seemed to love her time there and based on how tired she was after her stay, I know she was well cared for and had plenty of playtime throughout the day. I will definitely use Mckensi for daycare again!”

“Nayoma was great! It was our first time leaving our dog with someone other than family. He takes a while to warm up to others but Nayoma was patient with him and he got more comfortable as the day went on. We were happy to get an update and some pictures of him throughout the day. I will definitely use Nayoma again in the future!”

About: We have a good sized house which we share with our sweet rescue dog, Penelope, 2 kittens, Lilo and Stitch and our almost 2 year old daughter. I offer dog walking, sitting, overnight, part day hang outs and even training! We live near several parks that are dog friendly which we frequent regularly. I've always lived with dogs but began training the family and neighbor's dogs around the age of 10. I want to make note that I understand it is a big responsibility to care for someone else's fur child and that I take it very seriously. If you have any questions, please feel free to text, or email me anytime. I am home each day with my young daughter who is great with animals but in case you prefer she stay separate, we have gates and even a heated barn if full separation is needed. Our old girl has free rein of the house, even our kitties get outside every once in a while but we have the ability to set up a small fenced in area or a zip line style tether, and of course walks as needed. We love to snuggle all furry friends but also know some prefer their space.
About: I've always loved being around animals and understand the trust it takes to leave your furry family members with someone new. I'm highly responsible, attentive to detail, and will treat your pets with the same love and care as if they were my own. As a university student with a very open schedule right now, I have plenty of free time to dedicate to your pets! I am available throughout the day for walks, drop-ins, and boarding, and can easily adapt to your furry friend's daily routine. I am highly detail-oriented and meticulous when it comes to your pet's safety. I double-check all gates, doors, and leashes, and I strictly follow your specific care instructions to maintain a secure, stress-free environment for your furry best friend.
“Natalie is incredibly self-possessed, which creates a sense a calmness around her that Greta reacted to right away. From all the updates she sent, I could tell my girl was relaxed and just being welcomed to be herself. It was clear from the photos provided that Natalie was getting right on her level and that Greta felt secure. I was late droping-off and picking up, but Natalie was so flexible, which I greatly appreciated. I'm really looking forward to seeing Greta get even more comfortable there, and it just felt like the right fit. I really trusted that Natalie would use good judgement if any issues were to arise, and they actually live a couple doors down from a vet. I could tell Natalie was confident in this role, my dog felt safe and cared for, and I could enjoy my time knowing that she was in capable hands. Greta was so calm when I picked her up, when normally she seems a little frantic to be back with me (even at my mom's)-- if you're looking for a chill place for your pet to feel at ease, this is it. Natalie also asked a lot of important questions when I dropped off Greta which made it clear she was thinking ahead and trying to create an environment that my girl could be happy in. I'm so appreciative of Natalie's considerate approach.”
About: Hi, I’m Ellen! 🐾 If your dog is family, we’re already on the same page. ❤️ I’m a lifelong dog lover who knows how important it is to feel completely comfortable with the person caring for your pup. I’ve cared for dogs with all kinds of personalities, energy levels, and needs, and I treat every dog like they’re my own. I’m currently a proud dog mom to King, a big goofy pit bull mix who keeps me laughing and on my toes. I also had the privilege of caring for my beloved Yoda, who will always be a very special part of my heart. My experience with both of them has taught me just how different every dog can be—and how important patience, consistency, love, and lots of belly rubs are. Whether your pup needs a long walk, some playtime, medication reminders, cuddles on the couch, or simply someone to keep them company while you’re away, I’m happy to meet them where they are. I know how stressful it can be to leave your dog with someone else, so communication is a big priority for me. I’m happy to send photos, videos, and updates so you can enjoy your time away knowing your pup is happy, safe, and loved. Your dog’s routine stays their routine. I’ll follow your instructions, respect their personality and boundaries, and make sure they get plenty of attention and affection while you’re away. I can’t promise I won’t fall in love with your dog… but I can promise I’ll give them the same care and attention I’d want for King. 🐶❤️ I’d love to meet you and your pup! 🗓️ Schedule I work from home full-time, so pet care fits naturally into my daily routine. I’m able to provide plenty of companionship, potty breaks, walks, playtime, and attention throughout the day. I’m available for boarding and daycare, including weekends, and I’m happy to work around your pup’s normal schedule and needs. I have a fenced yard and a friendly dog, King, who loves having a buddy around. Since I work from home, I’m able to keep a close eye on the pups in my care and give them plenty of attention throughout the day. I’ll follow your care instructions, respect your dog’s boundaries, and make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and at home.
“Heather was wonderful with my pup. She was very patient and understanding with a new doggie in her beautiful home. She was also very flexible and responsive. Her pets are also very welcoming and easily welcomed my dog Fiona into their pack. I had a stress free day thanks to Heather!”

About: I have 2 dogs and a cat. I have been a multiple pet household for 20 years. I help my friends and neighbors with their pets when they are away. I have fostered dogs before and I have volunteered at the spca. I know how hard it is to find good pet sitters and would love to help others with this. I work from home so am flexible and able to help out during the day. I currently work from home so have the flexibility to care for your pets during the day and evening. I'm also open to boarding at our home so long as they get along with our other pets. I have a fenced in yard, 2 friendly dogs and 1 cat. I can come to your home for walks and/or play time as well.
“Thanks again for providing great care to my dog, Sarah! I’m so glad your dogs and Moe get along so well. That’s great. Sarah is an awesome dog sitter if you’re looking for one.”

About: I have had cats and dogs my whole life, and they have enriched my life so much. I volunteered at animal shelters, working with dogs of all kinds, and socializing with the cats. I regularly walked dogs and was a dog/house sitter for over a year, then took a brief hiatus while I was working full time and am getting back into dog sitting now that I have a house of my own, and can offer boarding services! I have also had two puppies over my life that I helped raise and take care of into their old age. I am currently working part time, so I have plenty of time to spend loving your critters, and my partner works fully remote so he is available to let dogs in and out while I am gone! We have a large fenced in backyard with lots of room to run and play, plus we love going on walks when we have dogs visiting us. We have two cats, Swiper and Bilbo, who are both familiar with dogs, and can be shy but very friendly. They also have their own hideaway which houses their food and litter that dogs do not have access to in case they need some time to themselves. My mom's dog, Juno, also visits us frequently, and she LOVES having playmates around and gets along with dogs of all sizes and breeds. I make sure to take swift action on any problems that may arise, and communicate frequently in detail. You can rest easy knowing I treat any critter in my care as if they were one of my own, and you will also receive picture updates every day, usually multiple times a day.
About: I am working on some pretty amazing updates. Additional outdoor yards are in the works, as well as a perimeter fence around the home property! I have also added Tracki to my collars. Tracki runs on global GPS (satellite feedback) and not cellular feedback, giving that extra security for your pups with no interruption in tracking! Bark & Barn is a privately insured in-home kennel that provides overnight and day boarding options as well as drop-in visits/walks for all pets, exotic included. I also provide optional training for dogs. I have five years of experience as a veterinary assistant in a high volume multi-species setting. With this, I have gained the knowledge, training, and experience in animal behavior as well as proper technique in safe animal hold, administering all forms of medication, administering emergency fluids, and animal CPR. Your pups will have access to multiple sections of my home, a fenced play yard, and walks over 120 acres of farm fields and streamed woods! I offer basic puppy training during board and day stays, including potty and crate training. I will gladly accept shark puppies, understanding completely how difficult these pups can be for many caretakers who are not experienced in their breed characteristics. I've worked with and owned dogs for over 17 years. I have a preference for high energy/high drive dogs, though I love all of them just the same. I am a farm mom of school aged children, work remotely, a full-time online student at KCC while my kids sleep, and have plenty of time to devote to your pets. I will follow strict biosecurity and safety measures. I am by no means a "doggy playcare". For their and my safety, I do not allow guest pups to interact together. I have sectioned off portions of my home and large basement for roam, and utilize sanitized in-home kennels for overnight and unattended times as well as movement of guests (inside, outside, walks, etc). I currently have full availability outside of school drop-off in the mornings and flexible pick-ups in the afternoon. I spend my free time caring for my own animals and attending online classes and seminars! I have a knack for social cues and when and how to approach. Discipline is and will always be reinforcement based. I have experience with reactive dogs and understand any dog can be reactive in the right setting, so meet and greets are a must! Our personal working dogs are not within the home's boundaries and remain with their flock at all times.

“I'm so glad Mckensi was able to walk my dogs today! My 2 pups are very different and I don't know many who can handle the puppy's...exuberance...but Mckensi took it all in stride when she met them pre-walk, and was able to handle walking them both together! (Next time I'll leave you a map of suggested routes, so you get a more varied walk ?)”

I enjoy taking care of pets because I feel that I understand them and their needs more than the average person. I will be very attentive with your pet, and make sure to send many pictures of them to you! I will interact with your pet based on their needs and how they feel around new people.

About: I am an outgoing, active, and loving person who prides herself in going above and beyond for animals and people. I aim to please and make the time away from your animals as easy as possible with no worries on the attention and care they get from me. I am currently a stay at home mom with a very flexible schedule and can fit anything into my schedule. I would like to keep my clients close to home for emergency purposes and also to keep costs down for everyone. I have a clean background and run a small zoo in my home. 5 dogs, 1 cats, 3 pythons, 1 turtle, 1 leopard gecko, 3 fish tanks. I have a broad experience taking care of animals of all kinds. Including farm animals. I thrive on routine and promise to keep your animals on theirs. Trust and the care of your pets is number one.
About: Hi my name is Christie and I am a huge Animal Lover! To me, dogs and cats aren’t just animals they are lifelong companions. 💕 I have many years of experience caring for a multitude of animals (40 to be exact). As a kid, we had dogs, cats, guinea pigs, hamsters, birds you name it. In high school, I worked for a groomer and learned a lot about how to properly care for different animals. I've always had a passion for rescuing because of my mom and her love of rescuing/saving animals in need of a home. It’s something that she passed down to me. RIP Momma I Miss You! ❤️🩹 My philosophy is that every animal deserves to know what love is in its fullest form so that is what I strive to provide to each and every animal in my care. We have a 2 beautiful rescue cats Bella and Lio as well as a 2 year old rescue dog named Nova. They are my furrkids, my companions, my therapy animals, and my little loves. 🐾🩷 As a self-employed cosmetologist, I am blessed with a flexible schedule which allows me the opportunity to be here to help care for your pet companions in the best ways possible. I have references available from those whose animals I have cared for previously that I will happily provide. Exercise is important to me so we like to spend time taking the animals we care for on long walks or hikes, swimming, or to the park to chase a ball or frisbee. I strive to give them the love and play time that they need and deserve. 🫶🏻 I am currently self-employed so I’ll have lots of time to dedicate to your furbaby/furbabies. I’m dedicated to making sure your pet feels loved and accepted in our home. We love to have lots of playtime fun. We teach tricks and go for daily walks, play fetch, and support lots of playtime. Daily snuggles and love are a must!!

“I was impressed with Julie’s care of my dogs. She was prompt with messages and sent me many pictures during my short trip. Dogs were happy and came home tired! Will definitely take my dogs to Julie again! :)”

“Willo was absolutely great with Kobe kept me updated with pictures and just did an awesome job my dog really enjoyed the company of her dogs and atmosphere surrounding her area.. I would choose her anytime”

“Kaity and family made the process very smooth. It was great to have a meet and greet in advance as well. I appreciated her quick responses to my messages, as well as having Zoey so warmly welcomed in her home. This is our first time using Rover for care and we will definitely do so again.”

“Savannah is very easy to work with. She was very warm and welcoming to our pup and even provided pictures and updates! Our pup had a great time, would definitely recommend!”

“Reed and Natalie were great to work with. They were both very kind and worked with my dog that is a little kiddish around new people. They took the time to slowly get her to come out of her shell. They sent many text updates, photos and videos. This was my first time using Rover and I will definitely book with Reed and Natalie again!!”

“Jamie was flexible with drop off/pick up schedule and sent updates during stay. My anxious dog seemed very comfortable with her, thanks again for taking care of Clover!”
